I have a been to a handful of Dentist, over my 63 years and Dr. Thai excels above all others. He carefully explains everything (lowering my anxiety) and never seems rushed. I've had more involved work done twice and I am very happy with the results. They are all a very friendly team!

My family of 6 goes to Dr Thai's dental office. From the moment we walk in everyone is so friendly. The receptionist is always professional and accommodating. I have two younger children and everyone in the practice is very patient with them and always makes them feel comfortable. We highly recommend this dental office.

After 4 years of being a patient here, yesterday was my last visit. I was treated very rudely by the receptionist who said my appointment was cancelled because I did not call back and confirm my appointment. Which I never did in the 4 years I have been going there. I always have shown up and on time too. So she said she would try to squeeze me in.

Then I was not given my normal hygienist and the girl I had has no clue what she is doing. My teeth certainly didn't even feel clean. She squirted water in my face. Did not have a rinse cup for me. Splashed toothpaste on my work clothes because she did not attach a napkin to me. The 2 people I dealt with at this appointment, I had never seen before and I will never return because of them.

My wife and I are both patients of Dr. Tuan N. Thai and his team of outstanding dental professionals at Colonial Dental Family Care. The personalized attention as we walk in every single time when you are greeted by your name on each visit was a first for both my wife and I. The hygienists are thorough professionals and have taken care of our family's dental needs beyond expectations. I strongly recommend Dr. Thai and his wonderful team at Colonial Dental Family Care!

Horrible horrible dentist. Canceled my appointment twice and told me he refused to see me because I was not already his patient. Very very rude, he told me he couldn't keep my original appointment because they wanted to leave early. Very inconsiderate. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY!
