I opened Coastal Orthodontics in 2005 with a passion to serve children, teens, and adults in the communities in and around Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, and Milton. My goal was to create a family practice that would provide people of all demographics the possibility of having a beautiful smile, no matter what condition their teeth were in when they arrived.
At Coastal Orthodontics, we are known not only for the quality of our results, but also our ability to give a clear, precise, and thorough second or third opinion when patients come to us with this need. Clients always comment that we make them feel comfortable, and they trust us for our honesty and clarity.

My teeth have always been my least favorite part of myself. I was never really that confident growing up because of how terrible my smile was. I am in the home stretch of my braces and I have to say, going to Coastal Orthodontics has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The price was more than fair and they really know what they are doing. Dr. Litvak is always kind and attentive, and everyone that works there makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. If you are looking to get your braces done definitely go and see Doctor Litvak.

Everyone is so friendly, caring. Scheduling is amazing, they really worked to get me afternoons for my daughter because of school and my job My daughter had excellent results her smile is absolutely beautiful. Dr. Litvak and his staff have treated us like family from the first time we walked in. I cannot say enough great things about this office. My son's anxiety over getting an expander, and then again when getting. braces, was quickly put to ease once Dr. Litvak and his staff took over. There is never a wait and their office is ran so professionally. We were able to pay for my son's braces because they offered us a monthly payment plan- you can't beat that! I love this office and recommended it to anyone with orthodontic needs, especially children.
