I just completed my visit with the team and Dr. Marsh. He asked me why I decided to move forward so quickly after my initial visit. The answer was simple. Kindness, Trust and Respect. From the first interaction with his staff at reception when I made the appointment to his hygienists and finally to the man himself- the smiles were genuine. I felt like they understood my concerns, took the time to answer all my questions and there was an immediate sense of trust.
I didn't feel like a number or that they were only interested in my credit card. Dr. Marsh isn't just the handsome face on TV, he actually handled my case! If you are on the fence, jump over. His team will be there to catch you! Don't waste another day not smiling.

I'm giving Dr Marsh and his ENTIRE staff 5 stars and that's only because I can't give them 6! I spent the last 20 years making sure that my kids had nice smiles but unfortunately I neglected myself. I was embarrassed by my smile and when I laughed I would cover my mouth. I decided to man up and address my issues with a dentist. I saw an advertisement for Cleveland Smiles with dr. Marsh.
After much reluctance, I called and made an appointment with a dentist. My life changing experience started the moment that I walked into their office after opening their door with sweaty hands. I was greeted with a smile by a very professional and friendly staff. They put me at ease during every step of the process. They listened to my concerns and priorities and they came up with a plan that I was more than excited to pursue.
After my first appointment, I called my best friend and told her about my dentist appointment and I actually use the word amazing LOL. Three appointments later, I'm writing this review with the biggest smile ever! I feel like a new man with this smile! I forgot what it was actually like to smile and laugh without being embarrassed. If you are reading this review that means you're probably considering making an appointment with dr. Marsh and his staff.
Do yourself a favor and make that appointment today! I can't recommend them enough! This might sound corny but I actually consider them friends at this point and not just my dentist. They did an amazing job with my cosmetic dentistry (special thanks to Traci) and I will also continue all of my maintenance and cleanings with his staff. Do yourself a favor and visit Dr Marsh!

I don't know anyone whoever looked forward to visiting a Dentist's Office. I can honestly say, that time tested paradigm has been turned Upside Down. From the Moment you walk through the Door, Patients are introduced and and greeted by the Support Staff, Dental Assistants, and of course, Dr. Steve Marsh. Focused not only on Patient Care and Comfort, Dr. Marsh has consistently delivered Life Altering Cosmetic Dental Results.
For most of my Life, I endured a Condition commonly referred to as an 'Open Bite.' In my Case, even though I had all of my Upper Teeth, whenever I smiled, it appeared as though I was almost Toothless. Consequently, to hide this embarrassing situation, whenever someone was about to take a Photo, I tried to keep my Mouth closed, in order to avoid smiling. Using Today's Cutting-edge Technology, finesse, and incredibly impressive Cosmetic Dental Skills, Dr. Marsh, created a dynamic, restorative Smile worthy of unlimited PhotoOps. I will remain eternally grateful for this Herculean, Cosmetic Dental Transformation.

THE BEST DENTIST EVER. Dr. Marsh and his staff are incredible. After finishing Invisalign with an outside orthodontist, I really wanted something to take my teeth to the next level. I debated on how to go about it but ultimately elected to get composite bonding with Dr. Marsh and WOW. I honestly don't think I could have gotten a better outcome anywhere else. It's been months with my new smile and I couldn't imagine life without it. (The pictures are before and after my final procedure)

My experience with Dr. Marsh was PHENOMENAL. I want to describe each step of the process so you fully understand why. My own dentist didn't know about gum contouring, so I discovered Dr. Marsh from a Google search. They sent me just enough reminders for my upcoming appointment and took the perfect precautions to ensure Covid protection for all present.
I was perfectly comfortable in the waiting room, but I wasn't there but five minutes before I was greeted by Dr. Marsh himself and a member of his staff. As a new patient, Dr. Marsh took time to chat with me as a human and then determine what I wanted out of my time. He was transparent with pricing and made it easy for me to decide to proceed that day.
Everything moved at a reasonable pace and I could tell they invested in customer service and their office itself. On my return visit, I was greeted by name by all the staff, some even expressing excitement for me. I was quoted two hours for the work I requested and they moved right on schedule, never leaving me in the chair to wait in discomfort. Even though, watching HGTV was a nice distraction. They were genuinely excited for me, always explaining before they started any work, and treating me like family. I would give them a rare 10/10 for likely to recommend!

I've been to many dentists in my life, and I can say with certainty that anyone looking for a great general dentist and/or the best cosmetic dentist in Cleveland will be happy with the results they get from Dr Marsh. Take the time to have a look for yourself at the veneer work he does. It's unbelievable. But regular dentistry and maintenance are also top notch at this office.
It's nice to know that whatever needs my family has they can provide the results I desire. I came in for the best cosmetic dentist in Cleveland and I'll never go anywhere else. It's hard to believe that an accident, which left me devastated about my smile, led to me actually having gratitude for the accident because I've truly never loved my smile more than I do now.
It bears mentioning that my teeth have also never been cleaner or healthier in my life. Everyone who works in the office is a true professional. It's obvious they are at the top of their field and enjoy working in the environment they are in. I don't care if they are nice (they are so nice!), I really only care about results. But, they are very kind, accommodating, and will help you figure out what you need and how to afford it. Dr Marsh himself is one of those rare souls who radiates positivity and kindness.
He will immediately put you at ease. He has old world manners and class. He isn't pushy, doesn't recommend unnecessary work, but cares deeply about how you feel about your mouth. He is just a really nice guy. I'm honored to write a review for him because I genuinely like him and he has restored my faith in dentists and my own smile. It's apparent in his actions and demeanor that he does what he does because he wants to help people.

Dr. Marsh, Debbie, Traci and the entire team were incredible to work with. After having my bonding done twice by other dentists I knew it was time to do veneers. I stressed to them that I wanted a natural smile, I wanted to look like me but with whiter teeth.'. They listened and they delivered. I only wanted to go to the best and I found them. I'd go no where else and trust no one else with this important 'change'. Dr. Marsh and his team do BEAUTIFUL work and I HIGHLY recommend them. They were kind, understanding, helpful and worked around my very tight schedule!

Dr. Marsh saved my smile. Prior to my meeting with Dr. Marsh, if asked the one thing I was personally least confident with, I would have answered my teeth. After much embarrassment and hatred of my smile, I decided to inquire about fixing it. Through internet research, I fortunately stumbled across Dr. Marsh and believe it to be fate. I have never encountered such an understanding, kind, and helpful staff in any other aspect of my life.
Because of the extent of work needed, I visited the office numerous times over a 3 month period, and by the end, I felt welcomed as family. Dr. Marsh and the entire staff practiced the utmost care, cleanliness, and professionalism that any patient could hope for. The Dr. and his staff personally called and checked in with me during the process to ensure that I was satisfied and comfortable.
I could not have asked for better service or a better experience, and his work is materialized through the endless compliments that I receive on my teeth. Dr. Marsh is one of the best in the Country. You don't need to fly out to Hollywood to get the smile you want in just a few visits. Plus, his entire team is phenomenal and very friendly. I truly enjoyed interacting with everyone in the office. I came in with crooked upper and bottom teeth and wanted to avoid 1.5-2 years of orthodontics. Dr. Marsh had the solution.
In just a few visits, I got the perfect smile I wanted and enjoyed interacting with the entire team throughout the process. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my smile besides Dr. Marsh.

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Dr. Marsh, Traci and the entire team went above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone looking to revamp their smile or any dental procedure for that matter! The entire team made me feel comfortable, treated me like family and always communicated the entire process before doing anything. I will be a life long customer!
