I was visiting a friend in San Antonio, when I started having terrible tooth pain after a meal. I tried to ignore it, but it really started hurting. Everything I ate caused the pain to increase. My friend recommended I call her dentist, Clint Clements DDS and I'm so thankful I did. Turns out, I'm brushing too hard and because of this, my gum has receded so that a nerve was exposed. Dr. Clements got me in the day I called even though I had never been a patient before.

He fixed my toothpain and saved the rest of my vacation. His staff was so professional and he was so comforting that I wished I had him as a dentist back home in Colorado. Would definitely recommend and return if I ever find myself with another tooth issue when I visit my friend in the future.

Our family is so blessed to have Dr Clements as our dentist! He has filled our cavities, crowned my tooth. Highly skilled, compassionate dentist. I receive the most thorough cleanings ive ever had! I have more than 35 yrs experience as a patient sitting in a dental chair & Dr Clements is awesome. Although i had a traumatic experience during a surgery performed decades ago, i feel @ ease with Dr Clements & his staff.

The billing dept. Is so patient with me & all my?'s, i forget easily& things often have 2b repeated 2 me because of that& I'm always treated with the utmost respect. Thank God for them!

I would highly recommend Dr. Clements and his entire staff. They are always friendly and courteous, but more importantly, they care about what they are doing. I went in with a periodontal problem a few years ago and they took care of me. What struck me the most was the care they put into it. The dental hygienist that treated me for the next year was genuinely excited each time I showed progress. That's what you want in a dentist office!

I have been going to Dr. Clements exclusively since he began his practice. I have always found him to be compassionate and highly skilled. He always keeps the patient's best interest in the forefront. He is the best dentist that I have ever seen; I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

When my front tooth broke off at the root (prior root canal and crown) at 7pm, I called Dr Clements emergency line and he got back to me within an hour. He scheduled me in right away at 8am the next morning. By 3:30pm he'd gotten a temporary tooth made so I was no longer front toothless. Amazing is all I can say. I felt very well looked after during this distressing time.

Great dentist, was a patient for seven years. The reason I stopped going is when my son told me he couldn't make his appointment because he had a class that conflicted with the appointment time and they charged me $60.00. I actually just recommend him to a friend but I told her to make sure she cancels in time to avoid the fee.

I simply called to get a quote using Avia dental plan. Marsha, as someone already mentioned, was rude and unprofessional. I thought her job as insurance coordinator was to facilate the patients navigation of insurance issues. She told me I was asking her to do all the "leg work". Like seriously who says that to a patient. Anyways needless to say I do not recommend this practice. The front office staff says a lot about the actual dentist. There's hundreds of practicing dentist in San Antonio. Take your business elsewhere.

Less than a year ago I had a crown put on by this dentist. A couple months ago that crown broke, which really should not happen but I figured that this dentist should have done everything possible to make this inconvenience as pleasant as possible for me. I contacted the dentist who initially responded the way one would expect. He stated that he stands by his work and would replace the crown.

Great I thought, I then began discussions around the logistics of getting this done, he said he would work with my schedule as this would be an hour and a half trip one way for which I would need to take a day off work. After providing him with dates and time that I could make the trip he responded with his normal business hours as the only times he would be available and made no attempt to flex his hours to meet a schedule that would work for me.

After several more attempts it became clear that this dentist had no interest in doing what was best for me to help get the crown replaced, yes! the defective crown he put on me, instead he told me that he would only work within the parameters of his daily routine. He also stated that he would not give me a refund so that I could have another dentist replace the crown, he was only willing to replace the crown himself.

This dentist claims to stand by his work and do what is best for his patients, however my experience tells me that he will only stand by his work if it fits his schedule. If he is not a truly dentist that cares for his patients, then I would think he is into this for the business only but he is not a good business man either, he should know that he should do try his best to accommodate the needs of his customers, in conclusion I don't know who this man is, I definitely do not recommend anybody going to see him. Watch out San Antonians, keep out of this dentist!

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, so I had to write a review about my visit. First, I did not have to wait! My appointment was at 2:30 and I was in the dental chair at 2:32. Second, I was told exactly what was being done and did not have any pain. Third, I saved a lot of money. I was quoted about $150.00 more at another office.

Dr. Clements is a superb dentist. I have been going to him since he opened his practice. I have required a great deal of dental work and have found him to be a unique combination of technical expert and cost conscious dentist. He recommends what he thinks is best for you, why it is best, what the potential results will be and the rough cost of various options.

I would highly recommend him regardless of your dental problem. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable of all types of insurance. Appointments start on time. Additionally, if you get Mary to clean your teeth, you will not go to anyone else.

This is Dr. Clements. I would like to respond to the previous patients complaint. I did do a crown on her and the porcelain did unfortunately chip. I corresponded with her numerous times via email and on the phone trying to get her in. Her work schedule and logistics keeps getting in the way. She hasn't contacted me in months now. I don't understand why she is negatively reviewing me on the internet.

I am a stand up guy, am here to fix her crown whenever she can get time off of work. It just has to be during normal business hours when my staff is here to assist. Any long time patient that comes to see me knows that I stand behind my work and am proud of the services I provide.
