I couldn't be happier with my experience of having clear aligners with Dr. Freeman and his entire staff. My appointments were always on time, the staff was professional and kind and Dr. Freeman was the BEST! I always felt well cared for and the results are simply amazing. I never thought I could have such a beautiful smile! Thank you everyone. I will certainly recommend you.

Dr. Freeman did an excellent job with my teeth using aligners. I felt comfortable wearing the aligners in public because they aren't noticeable, so it made the process stress-free. He is attentive to his patients' needs, patient, and is very precise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful smile!

The best dentist I've ever been too their so nice and professional I got my braces put on there and the experience was A+ Don't have one complaint she took her time to do it and went over every precaution I needed to hear.also they have the most beautiful workers in there

Amazing place! Great smiles made by great people who are willing to work around your schedule. I lived in Australia for part of my treatment and they made the distance work without hesitation. The staff's patience is incredible! Definitely recommend!

Great experience! My child had a complicated case. Dr Freeman gave me options that others did not offer. His creative and out of the box approach offered much better options and fantstic results. So well that he may not even need a phase 2 and completely avoided jaw surgery.

Talk about a great experience, my daughter has been working with Ashley every time she comes in every 6 weeks to get her braces tightened. She is really good with kids and making them feel comfortable. I will be referring my friends to this office great customer service.

We have always had the best experience at Freeman Orthodontics. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We have minimal wait times, the office is so festive, and appointments are always available. My entire family has had braces and now my youngest child is in braces and we love coming here. Dr Freeman is extremely knowledgeable, a perfectionist and honest.

When you think of a big outfit like Freeman Ortho, you think Good customer service, quality product and certainly a nice outgoing friendly Dr My daughter is 13 and we have been going here since before he was the Dr. She had a lot of work that had to be done before braces at 4 years old up till now her being in a retainer less than a year. Thousands of dollars spent and paid in full- When the pandemic hit my daughter was due to get her braces off and they canceled and rebooked her appointment six times until I finally put my foot down and said enough is enough.

I was met with a very nasty and unprofessional office manager that talks over you when you're trying to speak and has absolutely no business being in that position. We finally got her braces off and into a retainer November December of last year and ever since she had the retainer and it's broke twice. It is a very cheap plastic made in house product.

The first time the upper broke it split in half in her mouth I fought it and they made her new one for $50. The replacement is $200.? The funny thing is it must only cost them two dollars for the product and they charge $200for the replacement. Just recently my daughter was cleaning the lower brought it to me we dried it with a paper towel and a cracked right in half before my very eyes.

I again called the office I was forced to speak to the office manager because the ortho will not get on the phone with you and again was told if I want it replaced it's $200. I explain the situation and asked to speak to the ortho and said I had to have an appointment so I made one. I did not want anything for free but I certainly wanted some sort of discount that I felt we definitely deserved.

I made the appointment waited in the office and was greeted by the office manager that I had problems with before soon after the doctor walked in stone cold arms crossed staring at me. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I simply asked him for any help he could give seeing we just buried my mom and my daughter had been out of a retainer now for two weeks - he said no she broke it.

They don't break unless YOU BREAK them. I couldn't believe he said that. He basically said nope and for up and walked out. I will never go back here again nor will I refer another patient here again. I wouldn't give that guy another dime of my money if it was the last thing I do. He's never in office anyway it's a complete joke.

He told me they a retainer replacement program that's ready? $925 I was like yea ok Go to a Ortho that answers his phone. Go to a Ortho that smiles when u walk in and happy to see you. Freeman lost my business and my families and friends Very very disappointed. Shame Shame

Dr. Freeman and his staff are fantastic! Highly professional, friendly and always keep my appointments on time. He's easy to ask questions to about treatment and open about progress the entire time. I would highly recommend the Plantation office if you're considering Invisalign.

My kids have been coming here for a couple years now. The staff is friendly. Appointments are easy to make. Prices aren't too bad (orthodontics are never cheap). Overall, I'm pleased.

Freeman Orthodontics has treated me well. I know its hard to treat adults with braces since our pallette has already hardened, but i am seeing great results. I also have my 2 children started on phase 1 braces here. I like that they have offices in other locations as well. All of the staff here are pros. I would highly recommend Dr. Freeman and his staff if you need braces.

I would NOT recommend this orthodontic office. If you want to get Invisalign, there are other places that give reasonable price & better services. I went to this orthodontic a year ago. I saw the orthodontist for only once & the visit with him was less than 5 min. He asked me 2 quick questions, looked a my teeth for one second & left - I never saw him again.

I had to sign a contract on the same day. They told me to come back to get a half of Invisalign sets for the first half of the treatment plan and then come back by the time I finish the first half to get the the other half of the Invisalign. It was half of the treatment and I'd paid $2,500 for half of their service & Invisalign but I didn't see any movement of my teeth, my friends & family even told me so.

I came to tell them that the Invisalign didn't work for me, they told me that I had to pay for a visit with the orthodontist. It didn't make sense for me, why I had to pay to see the orthodontist while I'd already paid a lot of money for their service and gained no result? Also it was their responsibility to look at my teeth to find out why the Invisalign didn't help.

If my teeth didn't move, it meant their service brought no result! Since the way they talked to me made me felt that they were not responsible for their no-result service & all they needed was the money out of my pocket. I decided to cancel the treatment. The woman told me that she'd send me a document to sign for cancellation, but I never heard from them.

A year later they called me to collect my money for the second half of their service or the Invisalign sets which I was NEVER received from them. I asked them if they still collect their patient's money even though their Invisalign didn't help & even though I did not receive the other half of their treatment plan. They said yes because I'd signed the contract.

This is so obvious that all they want is money out of their patients' pockets. But I asked her, "Didn't the contract say that I'd make the payment when I received the service & it actually helped me?" She repeated because I'd sign the contract so I had to pay for the service even though I did not get the service or was not satisfied with their service. She told me that I either had 2 weeks to give them the $2,500 payment or they'd send to the collector.

I have just about had it with Freeman Orthodontics! We had our son there when he was in 3rd grade for his first phase of braces and it was a great experience. We have referred many patients to Freeman. We began his second phase during the summer before his eighth grade year. This phase was supposed to last only one year. We are now just about to enter summer before his tenth grade year almost 2 years later. Yes, my son occasionally forgets to wear his rubberbands, however, the much bigger problem and REAL reason he has been in braces for this long is that we can NEVER get in to see a doctor.

They have ONE doctor (no longer Dr. Freeman who we consulted with before beginning this second phase) and this ONE doctor is spread across THREE different locations. The only location convenient for us is the Plantation location. The doctor is only there on Tuesdays and every other Thursday. And if you have something happen like a loose bracket, they will only take you in the middle of the day.

My son is in highschool. First of all, he can't be taken out of school or miss a day just for an ortho appt. These highschoolers have too large a workload and miss far too much by doing this and then get behind having to make up the work. Additionally, it doesn't work to take him out for part of the day because his school is 30 minutes away from the closest Freeman location.

I am beyond dissappointed by the changes that Freeman Orthodontics has made and truly regret choosing them for this second phase. The braces were paid in full a year ago so I have no choice but to suffer through until they are finally done with him. I guess Dr. Freeman is trying to rake it in but seems to me that it's going to backfire on him when he starts losing patients and what was once a loyal following.

Would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. When we began treatment on my daughter over a year ago, the two doctors Freeman and McCaffee saw my daughter and were great. The rest of the staff was excellent at that point as well and VERY accommodating. Now, one of those doctors has left and started when practice and Dr. Freeman is non-existent and has one doctor working who travels to all the locations. It's almost impossible now to be seen and the administrative staff is awful and not accommodating. We are so displeased.

Freeman bought this office out and turned it to a dump. Parities care is non existent. Communication is a joke. It's basically like going to a welfare clinic for braces. freeman doesn't give a crap about anyone. He's more of a business man than an ortho. As a matter of fact, he's never there. He doesn't even see patients. He's on the road pushing his swanky smiles business.

You never see the same ortho because they quit Your care is less than satisfactory. Do yourself a favor and don't go and if you already are sucked it, as for a refund or discontinuation of service. They seem to have hat down down to a science. Aside from the nice office girls, that practice is a joke

I lost my retainer and when I called they were happy to get me in for an appt that same week. When I arrived at the office I was greeted and sat shortly after that without a long wait (fantastic). Dr McCaffrey was extremely pleasant and took a look at my mouth, he discussed with me which retainer would benefit me the most then advised his assistant what we were doing. (Extremely proficient) Dr Mc Caffrey's assistant was very knowledgeable and very gentle while scanning my teeth. I am greatful that I was recommended to Freeman Orthodontics!
