Our goal is for our practice to feel more like a getaway and less like another place to check off of your to-do list. We believe that patients should have a safe, relaxing space to get the dental care they need. Our patients are our top priority and we want patients of all ages to have a positive, stress-free experience while they're with us.
We are proud to offer two convenient locations for our patients. Our local Coeur d'Alene office has been serving our patients for over 15 years. Opening our doors in 2005, we have since expanded and now offer eight hygiene chairs as well as five treatment chairs. Our office is conveniently located inside N. Merritt Creek Loop off Northwest Blvd., at the south end of Riverstone Drive.

As usual, I departed Riverstone Dental Care as a fully satisfied patron today. The front office staff is friendly and efficient. My hygienist and dentist were both professional, thorough and a communicated well. I've been going to Riverstone Dental for years and am grateful to have access to this awesome team of providers. This office was prompt at getting me in quickly for an emergency abscessed tooth. The wait time was minimal to get back in to see the doctor. All the staff were friendly, and the facility was beautiful, clean and comfortable! Financially, being someone who is paying out of pocket, the prices are reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this practice! I am super satisfied with my whole experience.

Dr. Ditto is great! I've been a patient at Riverstone Dental for five years and have always had excellent, professional, pain free dental care. Recently I broke my bridge and needed both a root canal and replacement of the broken bridge which was anchored to that same tooth. He removed the broken bridge, sent me to a specialist for the root canal, and then replaced the bridge, which was still under warrantee, at no cost. Wow!
I appreciate how he managed the entire process. He took care of getting the replacement bridge from the lab and provided excellent care while replacing it. Thanks Doctor Ditto!

Hygienist, Cami, was spectacular. Emily, Business Mgr, was super helpful, as usual. BUT the check in procedure was terrible. First of all, I had already provided all the information except for updated insurance info. AND they asked me to update the file via text message (iPhone) which was extremely inconvenient. (And they did so at the last minute) Would have been better via email so that I could have taken the time to provide a more accurate medical history. Also, they demanded a picture which I refused. AND then, somehow, they ended up with a picture anyway that reflected in my chart. When you get down to the care, this place is great, but the business end leaves a lot to be desired.

Riverstone Dental Care is by far the best I have ever had (I am 58). I neglected my teeth for years and developed a severe toothache. Even as a new patient, I was able to make a same-day appointment on line. The website is phenomenal. When I nervously got to the office, I was greeted by a smiling young lady at the front desk who made me feel comfortable and at ease by offering me water or juice.
Within just a few minutes, I was greeted by another smiling young lady who sat me down and had all of the X-rays done within 10-15 minutes. She did such a fantastic job! The Doctor was very caring and professional and helped me manage the pain until the next visit. They even texted me the next day to see how I was doing. I used to hate going to the Dentist but Riverstone has changed that. 5 Stars all the way!

First time patient with Riverside Dental Care. The staff was wonderfully pleasant, professional, courteous, and most of all; friendly! My attending dentist, Dr. Snow, was endearingly personable and was very patient in explaining his diagnosis of my dental health care and listened to my concerns and frustrations. Most of all, the in-mouth dental care was achieved through gracious gentleness and understanding. I felt like royalty throughout the whole process and the King's treasury was not abused.

I have been going to Riverstone Dental Care for the past year and a half and can't say enough great things about this group. The staff is always warm and welcoming which happens to match the decor and environment. I've had minor and major work done here and this place tops the cake. I'm always pleased and look forward to my next appointment and I've never felt that way about a dental office in decades! Keep up the great work, Riverstone!
