The staff at DPD was incredible and made my family feel at home. Dr. Rob was very patient and calming with my 6 and 4 year old during their cleaning appointments as well as a filling for my 6 year old. They explained every detail of the visit to the kids and were very hands on. They also have movies and headphones to offer kids who need a extra diversion from a procedure. I would highly recommend them.

They were absolutely fantastic with my toddler son today! It was his first dental appointment and he was very anxious, but they put him at ease right away in the lobby. Dr. Jamie was also so wonderful with him. In the car on the way home, my son asked when he can go back to the dentist.

Dr. John and the entire team at Durham Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontist provide the perfect atmosphere for taking Littles to the Dentist! I've taken my children to Dr. John for the past 12 years! The only Dentist they know and highly trusted!

Have been going for 2 years now - only good things to say! Short wait, efficient billing, super kid-centric office and staff couldn't be more gentle, friendly, and helpful to my daughter! X-rays scared her and both Dr Rob and Hygienist Yidara were super creative and fun in their approach - and they succeeded to get those images! Update on year later: both kids have now been seen, and only good things to say still! My kids love going to the dentist!

Dr. Ramos and staff are simply the best in the business. Extremely knowledgeable, insanely professional, very accommodating in all aspects, and sincerely care about their patients. In addition all of their equipment and technology is state of the art. I have been going to this practice for over 20 years and cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a dental team that will exceed all expectations end your search now. You will be glad you did.

Today was our first visit and it was great! The staff was friendly and welcoming and Dr. Rob was fantastic! When I told them my daughter has special needs Dr. Rob called me the morning of her appointment to ask how he could make my daughter feel more comfortable. Can't say enough good things!

My daughters absolutely love Dr. Rob! He is amazing. He gives me great overall advice to help me better care for my two daughters. Dr. John is amazing too. The girls were seeing Dr. John prior to Dr. Rob joining the practice years ago. They have been patients with the practice since they were one year old, now they're 5 and 8. The office manager and front desk staff are amazing and very knowledgeable!

I recently took my 5 year old son to Durham Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics for the first time. Originally, he had seen another dentist at an unrelated office and had very bad experiences there. We tried switching to Durham Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics and have been amazed at the difference with Dr. Rob Christensen and the rest of the team.

I never wanted my son to have a fear of going to the dentist and I'm now confident that this is the right choice. Dr Rob is a saint. He is fantastic with little kids and even better with their anxious parents. I am always so impressed with how this practice is run.

Dr. Rob Christensen is amazing. He is always ready and willing to help in any and every situation needed. He always calls to check up on his patients after any major appointment (extractions, etc) and takes time to answer all of your questions. He even asks about how siblings are doing as well. Dr. Rob and all of the staff really make you feel like part of the family. We have seen multiple "family" dentists in the area and Dr. Rob is by far the best.

Every staff person here is kind, helpful, and professional. We love Dr. John and Dr. Rob and completely trust them with our kids dental health and needs. We can not recommend them enough.

Dr. Rob is an excellent provider. My 2.5 year old was put at ease immediately by his friendly attitude and all his welcoming staff and she can't wait to go back again for her next cleaning. Wholeheartedly recommend this entire office!

Dr. Rob and his staff are the best! After my young daughter was traumatized in 2 separate dental incidents (out of state and overseas) we were looking for a good pediatric dentist that could handle her fears. From day one at Durham Pediatric Dentristry, my daughter has felt safe and comfortable with all of her cleanings and procedures that have needed to be done.

She is never anxious or upset about going. Dr. Rob explains thoroughly and thoughtfully, to both the parents and the children about their dental needs and what needs to be done.

My kids have been patients of Dr. Jon's just under 10 years. One child was highly anxious when we transferred here from a different dentistry practice (now retired) and she immediately bonded with her hygienist at Durham Peditric Dentistry who worked her magic and got my child through her anxiety! We've had nothing but a perfect 5 star experience here.

There's never been a delay or a scheduling issue. Both front desk and dental staff are highly professional and all know exactly how to deal with children, their anxieties, as well as their parents . Dr Jon is a specialist in the process of orthodontics (both my kids have had braces) and they do a superb job from start to finish.

Durham-based folks: I can not recommend Durham Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics highly enough. My son had his first cavity filled this AM and it was completely non-scary and painless. He even told me next time I don't need to go back and sit with him (which broke my heart a little. Also, side note - there better not be a next time!). Then the dentist called us at 6:30pm on a Friday night just to make sure he was doing OK. Just the best practice!

Great experience! Loved the waiting room - full of plush animals. Dr. Felicia was very sweet and very patient.
