The purpose of this initial visit is to provide a thorough examination and to discuss any necessary treatment recommendations. This appointment is complimentary; there is no fee to be evaluated. The doctor will point out any existing or potential bite problems and will illustrate how they are best solved.
At Chong Orthodontics we treat patients as young as 6, as early orthodontic treatment can help guide adult teeth as they come in and minimize future interventions. This can help stop problems before they start. The images below belong to a patient we first saw at the age of 9. You can see that she has developing crowding.

Dr. Chong was patient with my treatment, every-time I have an appointment he would explain what going on with my braces and what I should do help them improve. Overall It was a great experience and everyone in that facility was so nice, and I'm happy with the results that I got for my braces and teeth.

The result of my treatment is absolutely fantastic! All staffs are professional with patience and love to answer any questions and concerns I had. My case is little complicated in my perspective since my front tooth was broken before and filled with resin composite or something. I was worried about it, but Dr. Scott handled this case amazingly as I still have my filled tooth but in a new, better position. Strongly recommended!

Dr. Chong was very understanding and workable with my financial situation and that put my mind at ease. His staff made sure to stay on me about scheduling my Sons appointments which I really appreciated. This is my second child that has been a patient of Dr. Chong's and both experiences were awesome.

My family and I have all gotten braces/services from Dr. Chong and his team and came out incredibly happy with the results! Everyone in this office is so sweet, they had no problem answering any of my questions that I had about the treatment, and there was never any pain or judgement when I came in for adjustment or if I had broken a bracket/power chain. 10/10 :D

I came in to have a repair on my bottom retainer. Staff from phone call, dental assist to Dr. Scott Chong himself, and office staff are courteous and friendly. Same as what I remember from before. Unpretentious, down-to-earth. Covid protective measures in place, followed, and enforced. I got my braces from Dr. Leonard Chong over 25 years ago and still have the OG wire holding strong.
It's nice to know I will still be well taken care of here. Consider this orthodontist practice where they care about a long-term relationship with you (even after your braces have come off many years ago). Thanks for seeing me today.

I've been to many orthodontic offices but this office is by far my favorite! The staff and Dr. Chong are so welcoming and fun to have a conversation with. I got my braces off a couple years ago but came in early this year to repair my bonded wire and it's like I never left! If you're looking for an orthodontist for your or your child or whoever, they are the place to go!

Both of my daughters had their braces done with Dr. Chong's office. We are very happy with their services. The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful when we have questions or need to make or reschedule our appointments. Dr. Chong is very friendly and patient with my girls. He's very knowledgeable on his specialties, and he explained my daughter's teeth condition to us in an easy and understandable way. Overall, we are very happy with Dr. Chong's office and the service they provided. We strongly recommend their office to anyone who needs their teeth straighten.

All three of my kids were patients of Dr. Chong's. We were very happy with the services they received and would highly recommend this office for anyone seeking orthodontic treatment. My daughter was nervous about getting braces, but Dr. Chong and the staff were very gentle and reassuring. She did just fine and all my children now have beautiful smiles!
