Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Kaur was very nice and welcoming. She gave me a pretty positive diagnose, will be there again next week for a root canal. They got me in as a new patient within a day, quick and efficient staff.

I was looking for a new dentist and searched for reviews. I dont exactly love going to the dentist due to some bad experiences in the past, so I get quite anxious. They were super responsive and got me scheduled for my first appt in like 5 years. Of course I needed some follow up appts when you havent been to a dentist in a long time. But Pam was fantastic with my cleaning and the dr did a great job during my fillings.

I didnt feel anything (which should be expected) and appreciated their calmness while I was a tight wound knot. Totally not necessary here. If you are looking for a new dentist, highly recommend this place. It is in the Alaska Credit Union building, which I hadn't seen mentioned anywhere else. The reviews are legit.

I absolutely adore this dentist's office and everyone who works here. I started going here when I lived nearby in Renton, but now, even though I live in North Seattle, I still go to Renton Smile! The support staff are so friendly and helpful. The hygienists are gentle, thorough and very knowledgable -who knew angling my toothbrush a little differently would make all the difference in the world!

Thanks for the tip, Pam! I come from a family that was afraid of going to the dentist and I never went as a result. It was important to me to find a place that my daughter would have positive experience. Dr. Kaur and the whole team have been fantastic, both for me and my daughter who at a young age gets excited to go to the dentist for her check ups!

They said I needed a crown replacement after a root canal. After the root canal I choose to see a different dentist. I called them to cancel my appointment for the crown. In part because their office called me 4 times over a 3 day period to remind me to pay $595 IN ADVANCE for my portion after my insurance was billed. They hadn't even billed my insurance before asking me to pay UPFRONT!

So I go to see different dentist who advised I didn't need a crown build up and because there was no separation between my tooth and my crown there was no need to replace it. He just filled the whole that the Endontist made to do the root canal. After the procedure they advised they will bill my insurance and send me a bill. Now THAT'S THE WAY IT SHOULD BE! Don't go there unless you don't mind getting the shake down. bunch of theives if you ask me.

My goodness what a fantastic experience this was (considering having my least favorite work done). The gals are so knowledgeable and aware of everything they're talking about and doing. Honestly in my 30 years of living and routinely having work done at different locations, this has been the best dentist office I've been to.

I had a wonderful experience during my first visit here! The staff here are so warm and friendly that they make you feel like you are apart of their family. From Dr. Kaur to the dental hygienist, Pam, I felt like I was in the right place for my oral needs. I have scheduled future appointments here and look forward to a healthier, brighter smile!

Dr. Kaur was thorough and honest. I appreciated that she was caring, but focused on the work she was doing in my mouth! She didn't talk a lot, which was so nice because I felt like she was really focused on going the best dental work. She was very responsive to my concerns made adjustments accordingly.

What a wonderful office! Growing up I have always disliked the Dentist. Probably because the only one I really remember his name was Dr. Meow and he was not patient and or kind when he would work on you, plus his name scared me at 8 years old! Dr. Kaur is very gentle, sweet and understanding with you as well as she is very attentive to your needs.

Both of the Assistance are also very informative with all of the procedures and the entire process throughout the entire appointment. From the moment you walk into the office you feel welcome! The front desk staff do their best to answer any questions they can for you and they Hygienists are very welcoming and informative! I will be referring this office to anyone looking for a new dentist in the Renton area!

I have had a great experience at Renton Smile Dentistry! I hadn't been to a dentist in a while due to COVID and hence was skeptical of visiting a dentist. But Renton Smile Dentistry followed all the COVID precautions. Dr Kaur did excellent filling work on my teeth and very patiently explained the procedures. The hygienists Pam and Kaylee were very polite and gentle while doing the work. The entire staff is very friendly and I always feel welcomed. The office is super clean and bright. I would definitely recommend Renton Smile Dentistry to everyone.

I love this office. I work with people and have for a very long time. Little things stand out to me big time, like good customer service. Everyone introduced themselves! I've had dentist that say nothing and go digging in my grill-Renton Smile Dentistry was not that kind of place. Everyone explained what they were doing and answered questions in terms normal people can understand. This is my new dental home.

Found this gem online after spending hours researching dentistries and reading reviews. I knew I would have a good experience after walking in the door and feeling so welcomed by the front desk staff. Very clean, calm and relaxing. The rest of the staff including my hygienist were super personable and the Doctor made me feel very comfortable. Very excited to have found a new dentistry I really like. :

Great place to get your teeth taken care of. All of the staff is friendly and really takes the time to make sure you understand what they are doing for you during your appointments, make sure you are comfortable and teach you how you can best take care of your teeth outside of your regular appointments. Was recently looking for a new dentist after recently moving to the area and glad I came across this place.

I love how I feel and look anytime I leave Renton Smiles! I have been going here for over 3 years and I can't see my self going any where else because of how amazing the staff is here. The Goddesses of the Dental industry work in this office! I have always been deathly afraid of Going to a Dentist. I found Renton Smile on an emergency situation. Immediately Shay who works the front desk was full of smiles and very friendly. The Dentist was very gentle and very compassionate! Which was a first for me! So I booked a check up and cleaning after my emergency situation and came back in. Pam my dental hygienist has been the Goddess of Smiles!

She has truly restored my smile. I came in with bad Gum disease and after consistency and visits I am smiling with no Shame! The new Dentist Dr Kaur is also amazing and compassionate. I can't ask for a better Goddess Team to work on my teeth. Shay also takes time to call you on a random day to check up on you to see how everything is going. I have never experienced this in a Dental office before. I recommend anyone that says they need a good Dentist all the time. Thank You Shay, Pam, and Dr. Kaur for all you do!

This is the third time I came in and everyone has been incredibly helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. It's been a long time since I have gotten to a dentist since I've always had a bad experience but Simi, one of their dental hygienist, has been so nonjudgmental and informative with everything that I needed to get done. She is also so fun to work with and is super attentive. Everything was extremely clear, they even took care of my insurance stuff! I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Manchester is an alumni from UW School of Dentistry. She delivers attentive, clarifying and excellent customer service. When I had to have multiple procedures done, she planned out a day for consult. During the consult, she explained and illustrated a diagram of the issues. Manchester will detect your problem, explain the reasons, treatment options, and ask if you have any questions at all.

I actually am excited and stress free going to the dentist office because the quality of all staff at Renton smile dentistry goes above and beyond. Trisha (Dental hygienist) is very funny and you're so lucky if you have her. Jennifer works at front desk and is very polite and helpful with any complications and questions you have. I highly recommend this place to everyone! You will not be disappointed. :)

OK -I am not sure if anyone is actually happy about going to the dentist however I can say I was very pleased coming back from the dentist. Over the years I have had a few difficulties with dentists (from billing to just packing up and closing down with no notice) so I was a bit apprehensive about going to a new one however I knew I had some significant work to be done.

I arrived to a warm and welcoming office with a great receptionist who easily looked up my insurance information since I had forgotten my card. Soon enough I was brought back and Dr. Manchester talked with me before hand to get an idea of what my concerns were and then she performed an in-depth (compared to what I had previously had) exam taking numerous pictures/x-rays.

After My Initial exam I was scheduled to come back in on another day for a formal review of what the Dr. Manchester thought I needed and how we wanted to proceed. They were very mindful of cost, time and in general how well I was treated allowing me to feel at ease while scheduling the beginning of what will be a bit longer of a process than I would like - however all of my options were carefully explained to me so I could make the choices I wanted.

My next visit was for the initial deep cleaning (they do one side per appointment) which went about as good as that sort of thing can go. The dental hygienist was very nice (as is everyone else seemingly) and thorough. What is an uncomfortable appointment was definitively made much nicer through her careful attention and friendly demeanor. Last but not least I would like to say that about a week after by cleaning I received a hand written note thanking me from the hygienist and it is those little details which separate Renton Smile Dentistry from the rest.

Renton Smile Dentistry is the best! Dr. Elizabeth Nikolaeva Manchester is so nice and so thoughtful. Her staff are very friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. The environment is warm and inviting and you feel very safe and in good hands. They also have a great sense of humor! My dentist was Sami, and she was amazing. She took time with me and I could tell she cares about doing a good job. I felt very relaxed and comfortable. Thank you so much!

After having a bad experience with my last dentist (poorly done fillings with wonky bite settings, unfriendly people, insufficient Novocain, etc.), I was nervous to try to find another. As soon as I walked through the door of Renton Smile, I knew it was going to be a completely different experience. Awesome office, super genuine, kind people, and some of the best dental work I've ever received.

It sounds super cheesy, but I feel like they actually care about me, and for somebody who dreads the dentist. that is a BIG DEAL. I whole heartedly recommend all of them, but Sunny is the best!

When I walked inside the Renton Smile Dentistry, I had this positive feeling of the environment. The Staff was friendly, the place was clean, and it has affordable/reasonable price ranges. This is a perfect family dentist. I definitely recommend this dentist for everyone. The staff treat you like you're VIP.

My husband and I have been happily going to Dr. Manchester for over a year now. She is an exceptional dentist. She genuinely cares for our health and goes above and beyond to make our visits comfortable and positive. Each visit, she takes time to explain what needs to be done and has been fair in her pricing. I am extremely picky when choosing a dentist.

Before going to Renton Smile, I was so scared to go to the dentist that I would take anxiety medicine beforehand. My teeth have always been a challenge for me even though I take great care of them. Dr. Manchester and her team have changed that for me. I now go to all my cleanings and get my fillings done when needed without being freaked out. Dr. Manchester is a perfectionist in her work on getting fillings and caps just right.

I love that about her. She does crowns and root canals in the office, so I don't need to go through the stress of a new dentist or specialist. She also goes slow when giving shots, which is awesome! I have enjoyed most of her staff. Sunny is a great dental hygienist. She is thorough and kind. All of the staff that has assisted with my fillings have been great too.

My husband and I have recommended Dr. Manchester to our family, friends and even co-workers. Thank you all for making my life much less stressful when it comes to going to the dentist!

I've only ever gone to one other dentist my entire life so I was definitely nervous when I moved and had to find a new one. The entire team at Renton Smile has made the experience nothing but positive. The work they do is exceptional and everyone I've met at the office has been absolutely delightful. I recommend this office to all of my friends.

I am truly satisfied with the service levels I receive from the team. Sunny does a great job cleaning my teeth and is extremely gentle working around my sensitive teeth. Just great service levels from the whole team.

I've been visiting this office for a few years now. When I first started, it was owned by Dr. Keh, who was great. It is now owned by Dr. Manchester, and I'm happy to say that she's great, too! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Sunny, my hygienist, is the best. I may need a night guard, and without even having to ask, they were taking notes to call my insurance to see what would be covered. They're prompt in their responses, and thorough with the exams. I'm very happy with this practice, and would definitely recommend Dr. Manchester.

I went to Renton Smile because Dr Keh received so many good reviews. I made an appointment and was surprised that Dr Keh had sold the business and the receptionist should have informed me when I told her that I chose Renton Smile because I was impressed with the service of Dr Keh. She told me that she also works with my insurance provider all the time.

I figured I would give this new dentist a try but since I cannot take epinephrine in the anesthetic, she treated like I had some kind of disease. She was afraid to do a root canal but she did give me a treatment plan which she modified added 3 more crowns. She took too many x-rays that were not covered under my dental plan and instead of calling to apologize, she sends me a bill for the difference.

Since she made the mistake she should pay for it. I do not trust her at all and then she refereed to a dentist to do the root canal and it did not take (I had pay for another office visit) and then now I have to pay to have the tooth extracted and another office visit. maybe if she was more brave and more customer oriented she would cover her mistake in the price since she cannot do any work and I have to pay for an office visit to see my third dentist.

I will never visit her again and will need to find a dentist who is not afraid of working on me. She wanted to do a cavity on one of my teeth and she told me if she hits a nerve she will stop her work and send to a dentist that does root canals. Of I am still in severe pain from the root canal that did not take and I need to wait 2 weeks for my husband who is out of town to take me to get my tooth extracted. Very poor planning on her side. DO NOT VISIT HER SHE IS NOT TRULY INTERESTED IN HELPING UNLESS THERE IS NO PROBLEMS!

Wow! Renton Smile is an amazing dental office! I don't have the time to write everything I love about them so I will try to be as brief as possible. My dad needed alot of extractions for dentures. he was in a very bad shape. The doctor made both of us feel so comfortable, never rushed at all- took all the time in the world to explain and answer all of our questions (very rare to find in medical providers!).

Most importantly, he saved as many teeth as can! My dad has already seen 4 dentists at this point on his own. They all recommended pulling everything out. I felt very uncomfortable so I asked my dad to get another opinion with me and I brought him here. I don't know what to do without Yelp. We are both extremely relieved and happy we did! It's only my assumption but I think the other doctors wanted to pull more out which means more $$.

But Dr wanted to save as many as they can! Yippee! Staff is amazing too! Medical assistance, Hygenist, receptionist. ALL are so friendly, welcoming, makes us so comfortable and takes time to explain with all questions answered! Extremely knowledgeable and skilled Doctor, Friendly and welcoming staff, Clean office, very good prices, why else would we go to another dentist?! So happy I found a perfect dentist for our entire family!
