Avoid at all costs. went to have some implants re-inserted that had fallen out, after paying for a consultation I was asked for further details which I supplied that very same day. 10 days of calling and e-mailing without response a voice mail was finally left saying that they could not be re-inserted but that if i wished to have the whole process done it would be very expensive.
I went to a real dentist who did the job in 30mins, for minimal cost. I'm left with two conclusions either the dentist is totally incompetent or this is a money grabbing organisation, either way please save your money and go to a qualified dentist. probably the worst healthcare I have ever received, giving one star because google won't allow me leave none!
In response to your libelous effort at clarification, It saddens me greatly when I see an organisation failing to take responsibility for their own ineptitude. I actually have the evidence that I called your service several times on my phone history so if anybody would like to get in touch with me directly I can prove that I clearly did try to contact you and you failed to respond for 10 days.
Also I would like to say that the person that did the work for me (of which I'm extremely happy and contented) has a Doctorate in dentistry as opposed to Masters level so I think I know where I would place my trust, professional opinion wise. The work carried out is permanent and pain-free as is my experience of that encounter, I'm extremely happy with the outcome. Take ownership for your failings and stop trying to pass the blame onto your fee-paying customers, it looks bad and unprofessional but then again if the cap fits.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company is a joke. I was told I needed some big procedures, E15k worth, i listened and was ready for it. I had paid out E1k for numerous appointments and stilll no work started, just excuses, different xrays, fillings that i didnt need and now cause me pain in each one they gave me. The big day finally came to actually start the big work that I needed to be told that.
Oh we cant do that, its too big a job for us, we will recommend another place to go to. So I am down 1,000 euro and no work done except for some fillings I didnt need that now cause me pain. I had to keep calling the dentist asking about the place she was sending me to, she kept saying, oh they will contact you. I then sent an email of complaint to that dentist and the new place, the dentist never even bothered to reply and the new place rang me and said they never heard of me that the dentist never forwarded my records or tried to arrange an appointment for me.
Its now 9 months since I started my appointments and still no work done! The dentist also had the worst bedside manner and was so rude at every appointment. I think this place is a scam and highly recommend to everyone to stay well clear of the place.

I've attended the Mydental clinic for several months as I had to have 2 implants. The clinic in my experience is very professionally run. From the moment you step in the door you are greeted by the really lovely, friendly and efficient frontdesk staff (the main 2 staff I dealt with were Juan and Emma). I'd like to thank them as they really made me feel relaxed. Dr Ana was my main dentist and did most of the work.
She and her team are excellent and I got all the work done without any trouble. I would recommend the myDental clinic for their excellent work and very good prices. I'm very happy with my implants so far. My own dentist said they looked great too. So thank you Mydental.

I had a lot of work done at My Dental Cherrywood, all staff are very very helpful and friendly, from reception to all dentists. I recently had an implant with Dr. Ana Martinez and her work is A1. Dr. Ana and her assistant were very kind, patience and understanding as at the start I was a very nervous patient. I still have ongoing work with Dr. Alex Lite. I cannot recommend them enough. Excellent work from everyone.

I am been going to Mydental for over a year now and I have always had a great experience from the minute I walked in the door the girls on the desk are so nice and amazing nothing is ever a problem. If I need a answer they will always answer by phone or email. Dr. Ana Martinez is brilliant at what she does her work is A1 I have never felt discomfort or had any bad experiences, not forgetting about her assistants they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I am never nervous for my appointment because Dr. Ana always reassures me. I am happy with all my treatment it is definitely money well spent.

The best dentist I've ever been. Everyone is so nice and friendly to talk to! I'm so nervous and don't like going to dentists, but this place makes me feel so relaxed and at ease as well as safe. They Explain everything to me when I'm confused or curious about everything. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I am currently receiving treatment at My Dental to have my teeth straighten with traditional braces. The staff are always very welcoming and very accomadating with appointments. They are always very professional; and their attention to detail is exceptional. I always feel I am in good hands with the team at My Dental. My wife has started the journey of implants and part the half way mark. This clinic is great. Lived in Canada for years and MyDental provide excellent dental services. So much so I became a patient as well. The front desk staff are amazing. Implants are a daunting experience but reassuring approach is amazing. Dr. Ana has been doing a great job and professional. Offices and location are top notch

I've attended Dr Ana for several months for implant work. She and team are superb and my experience so far has been excellent. Front desk team of Juan and Emma are welcoming and I genuinely enjoy turning up for dentistry at this practice. Just off motorway at Cherrywood, it's convenient and parking is usually available. I'm looking forward to this series of treatment coming to a conclusion soon but am happy to highly recommend the myDental Cherrywood team - I've been to dentists supposedly "for the stars", I feel in better hands here with Dr Ana.
