First visit after my old dentist left the business and transferred me here. After at least 10 years of cleanings every six months, with no issues, suddenly, on my first visit here I need a "deep clean" the the optional "laser cleaning" that just happens to not be covered by insurance, so now a $900 out-of-pocket punch to the gut on my first visit. Will not be back.

I came here after my Dentist sold her practice to Cherry Creek Dental Group. Getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months prior, I came here and got X-rays done and was supposed to get my teeth cleaned. No cavities but was told that I wasn't able to get my teeth cleaned that day because I needed a "deep clean" and a shot in my mouth to numb it. I felt uncomfortable with this but the nurse told me my teeth would fall out of my head if i didn't do the deep clean.

I left my appointment spending $100 for X-rays and fluoride on my teeth. Went to another dentist for a second opinion, whom found NONE of the same issues and cleaned my teeth same day with no issue. My nephew came here after for the same teeth cleaning and X-rays and they ended up telling him he needed a root canal, wisdom teeth removed and a few fillings.

They also told Him his teeth would fall out of his head. His quote was over $5k and that didn't even include the wisdom teeth. I took him also for a second opinion and he only has two small cavities with no other issues. Do not be scammed by this place. Save your money & go elsewhere.

I had a great experience with the Cherry Creek Dental Group! Kat and all of the staff were amazing! I was brought back for my appointment on time, the office was beautiful and clean, and I had an overall great experience. I work in dental myself and felt very well cared for.

I have been a patient of Dr Micklin ever since he bought the practice in Cherry Creek and have followed him across town as he moved. I have always been treated well by his professional staff and actually look forward to my cleanings. Dr Nguyen has been treating me in Dr Micklin's absence and I love his gentle, calming presence. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental care!

I've seen Doctor Sujin Yi on 3 different occasions for 3 different procedures. She recently contracted with Cherry Creek Dental Group (CCDG), making my most recent appointment with her at the aforementioned location. I'm certain that CCDG is aware of the excellent choice they made when they took her into the practice as a partner. There are not enough words to describe the excellent service both the doctor and her staff have provided.

I can only conclude that having Doctor Yi is a great asset to the CCDG practice, and, I'm certain, from the way I was treated, that every employee is also just as efficient in their own specialty. Both Doctor Yi and CCDG have made me feel that this is the proper place for me for all my future dental procedures.

I was really impressed. Amanda was so thorough. I never had so many photos taken of my teeth, my bite and my gums. She had specialized tools that help stretch your cheeks in ways to allow for greater access! She had state of the art high tech cameras that fit into you mouth with tiny lights. The exam seemed so thoughtful and thorough. My comfort and needs were considered throughout the whole process.

The Dentist was personable, confident and took time to review the pictures and measurements. I listened and felt assured he knows what he is doing. He was patient and made the experience interactive and asked thoughtful questions. Amanda had documented specific details. The Dentist explained some of what the exam revealed, but said he wanted to review my previous records too.

He discussed a few items and then I agreed to return for a consultation on what he recommends going forward. I appreciate the time they took to review all these details. I know it's important to take care of my teeth. I am glad I came to this practice. I felt the office had a great vibe. Receptionists were friendly, seemed happy, the music was upbeat. I was able to relax in the lobby for a few minutes. It was busy. It was a good busy. Parking was good. It was a positive experience.

As someone with high anxiety about the dentist, this is a dental practice I trust and would highly recommend. Every professional I encountered at this office made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Transparent billing and comprehensive dental exams with a heart. Right on!

Background: Been a patient for a couple years now, and I tend to have a lot of dental issues. Micklin Dental is the most capable, caring, and kind dental team my family has ever found (and we've done some searching!). They are proactive and communicative as well as incredibly skilled to make every visit pleasant and painless. Every staff member is excellent at what they do. And they take many different brands of dental insurance! Seriously, you'll never need to shop around for a new dentist again.
