I can't say enough about the staff here! Dr. Rosa had great chair side manner explaining everything to my son (8yrs) and myself.

Excellent Experience for our kids first time. The layout of the entire place made my kids feel very comfortable. The staff was friendly and will definitely be bringing my kids back.

Coastal kids did such an amazing job with my daughter. She's only 2 1/2 but they made her feel so comfortable that she sat in the chair all by herself for her exam and cleaning. She loved every minute!

We had an excellent experience at CKD in Mt. Pleasant. All the staff were very friendly & informative, & helped my 2 kids feel comfortable throughout our cleaning/check up experience. Their staff & services were also very efficient & we were in & out in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing teamwork! Everyone was jolly, the hygienist that serviced my kids was friendly and informative. The dentist of the office was very warming and welcoming went around the office meeting every patient and parent. Love the atmosphere. Highly recommend choosing as a place to choose!

We went for a consult for my son's molar cavity. The wait was very long, but the staff more than made up for it. They were patient and helpful and fun and explained everything, and they recommended the least invasive procedure to help us. I will review again when we go in for the filling.

Our experience at Coastal kids dental and braces was great from the time we walked in and checked in at the front desk all the way through the appointment with my not so cooperative 2 year old. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and great with my daughter.

If you are looking for an amazing dentist and amazing dental practice Coastal Kids is by far the best! Dr. Rebecca Ward is amazing and everyone else that works with your child from check in to exit is great too. She works exceptionally well with special needs children and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. My kids love it there! I cannot say enough great things!

I will preface this by saying, this is one of the 1st reviews I've ever done. I called coastal kids after my 2 year old daughter had major trauma to her mouth with a loose tooth and bleeding. I called at 745AM and was told there was NO availability for that day, even for emergencies. We have been patients for 2 years now and have come in for regularly scheduled cleaning, and loved the doctors and nurses. Unfortunately will never ever come back. The fact that a pediatric dentist does not keep 1-2 slots open for emergencies boggles me.

All of the staff we encountered throughout our visit from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist were all knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My kids were very at ease during the appointment. The dentist spent time with us answering questions. We also love the awesome "under the sea" decor! Would highly recommend this office.

I was here recently with my 3 children who I thought all had scheduled appointments. When I got to the front desk, the receptionist informed me that only one of my children had an appointment. It was extremely frustrating because my older two had missed school that morning in order to make their appointments. So we sat in the waiting room trying to figure out what our next move would be. Thankfully, the office manager allowed all 3 of my children to be seen and fit them into the schedule for the day.

I was especially grateful because it takes a lot to get my 3yo calm during his dental cleanings but being there with his two older siblings and seeing them get their teeth cleaned helped ease his nerves. It really turned my day around and it made a good impression on me.

My 15 yr old daughter had her 1st appointment here yesterday. As soon as we walked in we noticed how clean the lobby was. The staff was very polite and helpful. One thing I really liked is I was able to schedule her appointment and upload all of my daughter's insurance information online, which made for a quick check in process the day of her appointment. She can't wait for her next appointment. My daughter said I are very happy we chose Coastal Kids Dental and Braces.

Great job team! Check in was easy, wait time was reasonable, all the staff members were extremely friendly! Amanda did an amazing job cleaning my toddlers' teeth thoroughly and quickly and Dr. Rosa was amazing and very sweet.

My 6 year old had the best first experience ever! They explained every step to us both and made sure she wasn't afraid. Mandy was the assistant and she couldn't have been sweeter. I loved all the staff pleasant attitudes and fun atmosphere. I will recommend the WA clinic to any first timers. We can't wait to go back!

I've had my braces ( still in treatment), cleanings, and will soon have oral surgery with them. Every visit is always phenomenal. The staff is on point, and the prices are very reasonable. Thank y'all for your service. Till next time.
