I have been a patient of Dr. Lees' for at least 10 years. He does a terrific job of taking care of my teeth. I have recommended him to my friends that are looking for a dentist. I now have my husband. son and grandson going to him for their dental needs. He is a great and honest dentist. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a dentist

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for about five years now. His dedication to craftsmanship gives me confidence in his work. He uses technology to show the patient what the heck is going on and explain his recommended approach. He's a soft spoken, thorough, communicator with a pleasant, calming, demeanor. His team members are friendly and welcoming. These are good people and you'll feel you're in good hands. Something else I appreciate is the office is good about sending out reminders for an upcoming appointment by both email and text.

Phenomenal experience at this dentist. Even scheduling my first appointment, the receptionist was friendly and incredibly helpful. When it came time to visit I was treated with the same excellent customer service that I had received on the phone from every person in the office. The xrays were thorough, and the time in explaining my xrays and the cleaning done by Dr. Lee was amazing. This was such a pleasant experience compared to some other dentists I have seen that I am actually looking forward to my next cleaning in 6 months. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited Dr. Lee's office for the first time a couple weeks ago after over 20 years with a different dentist. Friends of ours recommended Dr. Lee to us. We both were very impressed with Dr. Lee and his staff. Dr. Lee was very friendly and courteous as well as detailed in his exam. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We both felt welcomed into his office and look forward to future visits with Dr. Lee and his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Lee for your dental needs.

I've had a lot of dentistry work preformed by close to 6 or 7 different dentists in my lifetime, and I would choose Dr. Lee and his team over any of them. he's a man of few words and only talks business, yet he's very soft and caring at the same time. Dr. Lee closely examines me, fully explains the problem and the options to fix the problem, and then, he doesn't speak while he's fixing my tooth!

I can't tell you how happy I was to find a dentist that isn't asking me dumb questions while they have a drill in my mouth! also, I have felt less pain from Dr. Lee than from any prior dentist. Barbara, the assistant, is the sweetest thing on the planet. and last, but not least, I am overjoyed to have Kristie back! both her energy and her smile are simply magical!

I have been going to Dr. Lee for several years and probably won't look for another dentist until he retires. Friendly staff, accommodating, and overall an excellent place for individuals and families.

Once again, very well taken care of by Dr. Lee. Went in for a deep-cleaning which I felt he was thorough & gentle. While he has my hood up he found an old fractured Mercury based filling. He drilled it out, cleaned it all up & installed an enamel filling that looks like a real tooth without the ugly mercury. He's great & I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I need to share my poor experience with the staff at Dr Lee's office. My fiancee and I were happy patients but that was the past and this is now, former patients. I called Dr Lee's office approximately 4pm on Thursday February 4th and talked to Kay for over 5 minutes. I told her at the time that my insurance has changed and gave her details and would email a copy of my card to her after my call.

She said "no problem" and we booked our appointments for us back-to-back for Wednesday afternoon February 10th. We have always been booked back-to-back. Between those two dates I received not one but two separate text reminders confirming my appointment and nothing confirming my fiancee's appointment, text or email. Then this afternoon, I received three calls, two voicemails, a text and an email stating that they do not accept my insurance with zero apologies. Overkill? Absolutely!

Someone has too much free time. They even had the nerve to try and confirm my fiancee after canceling mine. We have never booked appointments individually. Why did it take so long to let me know? 5 days! Yes there is a weekend in between and they are closed on Fridays but this is not acceptable. If this is how they treat current patients, I would hate to see how they deal with new patients. This would not have happened with Kristie in the office.

Friendly staff who have you feel welcomed, super clean facility and nice new equipment. Highly recommend as they take care of me and have me feel safe going in for dental work.

I'm so happy I found this dentist office. Dr Lee and his staff are so friendly, helpful, and fast. They have made me feel completely at ease after having been anxious about the dentist my whole life. They're also being very safe and taking a lot of precautions during these uncertain times, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this dentist.

I'm certainly grateful to Dr. Charles Lee DDS for all he's done for me. When other dentists don't want to do certain Medical work due to the inconvenience of billing, Dr. Lee and his staff took care of needed crowns, cavities and I even have all my missing teeth replaced with partials. Also, their office is very clean with up to date equipment. They are also considerate enough to wear masks and check my temperature before each visit.

Such responsible behaviors as cleaning their office properly, checking temperatures and wearing masks gives me the confidence they have my back along work their other patients back to protect us from illness.

I was a new patient, and everyone in the office was kind and very professional. Dr. Charles and the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very informative. He is a dentist with integrity, honest and straight forward. Once you get to your appointment, you don't wait, they pass you immediately. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment.

They were very gentle when they did my root canal, teeth cleaning, etc. I can't thank Dr. Charles and staff enough for taking care of my teeth! It was a big relief to find such a great dentist. Don't go to another place. You will be thankful you came to see Dr. Charles.

Can't recommend. Did not have a good experience here. I lost a piece of a filling while flossing. I was told I needed a crown for the tooth. I had a deep cleaning done, full mouth x-rays and a filling on a different tooth. During the filling procedure an instrument was pinching my tongue and was quite painful. It caused an abrasion and hurt for a week afterwards. I have since been able to have a filling done on the tooth I originally went in to have repaired.

After searching around and finding Dr. Lee from my insurance provider, I was extremely pleased to find how thorough and professional the entire staff was. The extra protocol they take to ensure patient and staff safety during the current pandemic were wonderful and made me feel safe. Dr. Lee was very informative about the things he found during my exam and went over a treatment plan and course of future action to help me make an informed decision on how to move forward with my dental treatment.

His assistant was very courteous and had amazing chairside manner, his receptionist was very polite and helpful during all the paperwork required and his billing personnel answered all my questions and was up front about how much coverage I had through my insurance. I'm so happy to have found my new Dentist!

He has taken care of my dental needs for several years, and I trust and appreciate his skill and sincerity. I can count on Dr. Lee's straightforwardness to manage my teeth to keep them at their best.

His office staff, Christy and Debbie, greets me with a smile, are equally professional in their manner, and make my visit to the office a pleasant experience. Dr. Lee, thank you for making my teeth one less thing for me to worry about.

I usually have nitrous oxide for all dental work. I was really nervous because Dr Lee doesn't use it. They helped calm my nerves. The appointments were quick and I love the results. Especially my front tooth.

Dr Lee is amazing! He is very thorough and very gentle. The whole office is very friendly. I am so happy that I chose this office to fix my teeth. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years and wouldn't have put it off that long if I knew how easy this whole process was. The office feels like family and I am blessed to have found Dr Lee.

Going to the dentist is never going to be something I look forward to. However, I don't dread it. That's largely because a trip to Dr Lee's office is a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and professional. They're timely (no waiting) but not in a hurry. It's a relaxed environment for patients and staff. Additionally, Everyone anticipates the possibility of pain on a visit, but their staff goes above and beyond to make sure it's minimized. Lastly, I appreciate a dentist that is not looking to generate business with procedures that aren't necessary or can be prevented by cautions and/or recommendations.

I'm one of those people who gets super anxious about anything having to do with my mouth or dentists, but from the moment you walk into Dr Lee's office you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was given a treatment plan with everything explained before hand and the costs for everything, what my insurance did and did not cover, so no surprises or hidden costs. Christy and Debbie always have a smile for you and they're just all around sweethearts.

I never feel judged and even the most "painful" of procedures are handled with the utmost skill and care. I recommend Dr Lee to EVERYONE and I've had multiple friends who have gone in to see him and have heard nothing but praise from them as well. No one likes going to the dentist but everyone in that office makes it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

So thankful for this amazing dentist office! They take our insurance, which has been very difficult to find. Dr. Lee is caring and considerate of what my kids need. Love our receptionist, she is on top of it, and welcomes us with her friendly smile every time!

Always a quick and super easy experience with these guys! They have been great working with my family regardless of the hassles we've been dealing with regarding our insurance. I highly recommend scheduling your next appointment here!
