Dr. Otteson and his team are amazing! I was referred by a coworker when I was experiencing great pain and discomfort. They were able to get me the same day and I was able to get treatment very quickly. I quite literally don't know what I would have done without them. Thank you team Otteson for all your help!

Called to schedule a first-time appointment and the person who answered the phone was very nice and got me scheduled to come in for a routine cleaning quickly! When I arrived everyone had smiles on their faces, great attitudes, great atmosphere, etc. Pam was my hygienist and she was gentle but thorough and my teeth feel awesome! Already scheduled my next appointment.

The staff and Dr Otteson are great. Dr Otteson met me after hours to do a repair. I was very appreciative. If anyone needs a wonderful dentist and staff, I highly recommend them

I have been a patient at Otteson Family and Cosmetic Dentistry for almost 10 years now. Dr Otteson, the dental hygienists, and all the staff there are amazing. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my dental needs.

Dr. Otteson and his staff are absolutely amazing! I had 4 teeth extracted today and I was so nervous prior to the appointment. The doctor and the staff really put me at ease, explained to me what was going on every step of the way, and repeatedly asked me if I was doing okay throughout the whole process to make sure I was in no pain. I showed up early and they got me in really quick, and the extraction process was quick as well!

Everyone was super friendly, funny, and caring. If you're looking for an orthodontist who really does care about their patients, look no further! I may have had 4 teeth extracted, but I still walked out with a smile because of how great the process was. I will be referring all of my family and friends to this office! Being going to Dr. Otteson and team for more than 30 yrs. Would never consider anywhere else. The most caring Dentist. Perfectionist and is not happy until you are. Amazing team facility and team. I have been going to this practice since 2008 upon the referral of a friend. Gentle, caring professional staff who do great work using updated technology. I'm one of those who has sensitive teeth and have had bad experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend.

Dr. Otteson has an amazing staff and facility in Chandler. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The facility is state of the art, clean, and they make you feel comfortable and welcome. I've been seeing Dr. Otteson and his wonderful staff for years and I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you all for taking care of me and my dental needs.

From the very beginning, Nora answered the phone when I was full of questions. She was extremely patient with me and returned my calls promptly with answers. Dr. Otteson and Susan were FANTASTIC as well! I spent a lot of time with these two for my cosmetic procedure, they were both so kind and patient with me every single step of the way. Dr. Otteson did such an AMAZING job on my cosmetic procedure. This clinic truly is like family (treats you like family). I am so glad I found them! I went to Dr. Otteson to have a three-unit bridge. Both ends of the bridge were already crowns. So, Dr. Otteson removed both crowns, took impression and I had a new bridge. Around five years later, one of the teeth that held the bridge has decayed under the crown moving to the root. Now the decayed tooth must be extracted and two implants must be put in instead at a cost of approx. $9000.00.

I went back to Dr. Otteson and he washed his hands from any wrongdoing, however, other Dentists' opinions say it is possible that the decayed tooth had a cavity before the bridge was put in but wasn't detected at that time. Not only that but he refused to give me one Dollar discount to redo the bridge. No compassion whatsoever from the Dr. especially the office manager, Nora.

Unless I pay every penny, they refused to help me and correct the problem. Before the bridge went bad, I went to Dr. Otteson to recement a front crown. When I was done I was told I owe $198.00. I was shocked and I asked if recementing a crown cost that much. The office manager said because Dr. Otteson said you could replace the crown with a bridge or an implant.

I was shocked because I have seen many Dentists before but never I was charged by any Dentist if I was told I need a crown or implant etc. Is that money hungry Dentist? Sure is. Find another Dentist. March 2018 - When I went back to Dr. Ottoson to examine the decayed tooth under the bridge, he noticed redness around the implant i had done before. He asked if it is sensitive and I said yes.

He never said anything else. Then another honest dentist I saw said there was infection around the implant. I am so disappointed with Dr. Ottoson for being dishonest and greedy.

Dr. Otteson and his staff are superb! I was recently in to fill a cavity and was assisted by this awesome new laser they have in the office. I didn't feel a thing and had ZERO pain. I didn't need to numb and Dr. Otteson continuously checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. I truly believe Dr. Otteson and his staff are the best dentistry in town!

Dr. Otteson and his staff are amazing. After growing too old for my pediatric dentist, I went through several dentists who tried to do unnecessary work, used fear tactics, and tried to gouge me for money. Finding Dr. Otteson was a blessing! I hope to be a lifetime client. It's always easy to make an appointment, the office staff are helpful, the hygienists do a great job, and the doctor is very knowledgeable, reasonable, and kind. Now most of my family members (grandma, parents, cousins) are patients, too, and we all love this office.

Dr. Otteson and his team are fantastic. They provide magnificent customer service. The dental hygienist did a wonderful job. She was great to work with. The administrative team communicates very well with their patients and they have a good sense of humor. Thank you for a pleasant patient experience.

Dr. Otteson and the entire staff are a pleasant, professional group of people. I've never been treated in any way other than exactly how I would expect and want to be treated when I've gone to see them. Dr. Otteson and the staff always take the time to explain what they are doing and are going to do and always inquire about my comfort and understanding of what is happening.

I would recommend them to anyone and have done so on more than one occasion. Unfortunately over the years I've had less than stellar experiences with 2 different dentists and feel fortunate to now be a patient here.

I have been going to Dr. Otteson since I arrived in Arizona in 2005. Yesterday, he proved once again, the reason I will forever go to him for any Dentist work needed. He, along with his entire staff (especially Susie) are friendly, professional and superior in their patient care than any Dentist office I've ever been to. I simply cannot say enough great things.

I broke a tooth and lost a pretty big size of it. They squeezed me in the next day and did a needed root canal and crown ALL IN THE SAME SITTING. It did take 3 hours but I had absolutely no problem as it saved me a trip to come back. They have an incredible machine (all very high tech) and they were able to make the crown from a scan inside my mouth. You do not need to know any more details, other than, go to Dr. Otteson. He and his staff are just the best out there. Maria
