What a wonderful place! I hate the dentist and Dr. Graves and her team are kind, professionals and caring. She makes sure that the patient is comfortable and takes great care of her patients. I only go to Champlain Smiles!

Very professional group. I feel very comfortable with the job they do keeping my teeth healthy. Would not go anywhere else.

Great teeth cleaning, thorough and gentle at the same time. Dr Graves is also interested in myofacial therapy and breathing problems.!

I brought my 95 yr old mom in with 2 loose teeth. Everyone was so great--patient with her repeated questions (she has dementia) and helpful with all of her many needs. The dentist was very clear with her, as well as careful and gentle.

Dr Graves and her staff were lovely. I took my 3-year-old in for her first visit, and everyone was so friendly and patient to try to make her feel comfortable. In the end she was too upset for it, but they were totally understanding. Dr Graves took lots of time to chat with my husband and me at our first appointments and get to know us, and then gave us very detailed and personalized evaluations, with no upselling of extra treatments.

My husband tends to be a bit nervous about cleanings, but he said his hygienist gave him one of the most gentle-but-thorough cleanings he's ever had. A great experience overall.

For years the dentist was a necessary evil to me.and then I met (Dr.)Athena Graves through my work and found she was a dentist. I described my past horror stories of dental visits and she explained that things could be very different with her. I'm so happy I listened and visited her. Dr. Graves is the ABSOLUTE BEST and I no longer fear dental visits. And when you add in Michelle (dental hygienist) and the rest of the staff, you CANNOT ask for a better place.

The pros: the assistant that had me register and then did a full set of xrays was great.friendly and helpful.answered my questions ( even if i didnt like answers).the place is very clean, comfortable. The dentist herself. was nice enough. no warm feels but professional. I was hoping for some temp option to my dental nightmare. but no. and quoted prices that were way out of my range. ( so def cons are the quoted prices( I am sure that I can find lower elsewhere). this place was the one dentist equiv of high peaks dental. And?

When did dentists stop taking insurances. as in private self purchased insurance.ads for dentists online misleading. as this place has been "out of network" for 2 years. all insurance. So. nice place. great dental assistant but way too costly, need to pay out of pocket. and no payment plan. as with other dentists their idea of a payment plan is "care credit".

I dont qualify.and if I did.i would hesitate to accept as i have heard pretty bad things. so I shall proceed on my quest to find affordable care. (?canada, mexico? If all offices are this expensive)

Got me right in on time. Super nice people. My exam was very thorough and professional. The office waiting area is inviting. Parking is great.

Love the staff and environment here! As a veteran who is seeing Champlain Smiles as an outsourced dentist I very much appreciate the effort put in to get me seen in a timely manner. Everyone was very nice, willing to work with my anxiety, and they have a TV on in the room to also help as a distraction. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

I had a great fear of dentist which led to some bad cavities and even more fear. Dr. Gaves was the kindest, sweetest Dentist and helped me in so many ways. Out of pain in 24 hours! I didn't have insurance and her cash pricing was so fair and a wonderful surprise. I can not thank her or her staff enough!

I love coming to Champlain smiles! So much so that I still come here even when my insurance pays out more and covers more at other providers. The staff are always very friendly and professional. Dr. Graves is amazing and makes you feel heard. She has always addresses my concerns with oral health and will sit there with you and talk every detail out. I love it here! I highly recommend this office, your teeth will thank you.

If it's possible to make going to the dentist fun, these people do. All hygienists I've had, have been gentle, friendly, personable people. As are office staff, and Dr. Graves. Grateful for this practice and my long-time hygienist, Michelle. Highly recommend!

The dentist was fantastic. Very thorough, kind and caring. Spent more time with me than any previous dentist. Dental hygienist and suppose staff were all lovely and very professional and efficient.

High prices, shoddy work. Dental Hygienist damaged my teeth during a cleaning and gave me a fluoride treatment that burned my mouth and lips. Didn't want to transfer my files to another dental office afterwards.

This is the best dental office I've ever been to. Dr. Graves is so friendly and accommodating. I absolutely love the staff. They actually took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable about the decisions that I had to make. I will always come back here. It is truly a gentle dental experience
