Staff members are courteous and friendly. The professional staff are expert at what they do. I feel very comfortable each time I visit knowing my needs and concerns are met.

I had an appointment last year and to make sure everything was ok with the insurance I called the day I make the appointment and told them I change from DELTA DENTAL WASHINGTON to DELTA DENTAL EPO. The secretary told that was ok so I make the appointment. The day I scheduled for my procedure I get there earlier to show her the card and double check about the change She asked me for my card I showed to her.

She told me everything was all set and asked me to wait for my appointment. The next day I received I call and the SAME secretary told me the EPO insurance wasn't accepted so I have to pay more than $200 for the teeth cleaning. My wife called the office and talked to Loren and try explain to her that we show the insurance card to try to make sure everything was ok! Loren said "if you showed the card we know it's not accepted" She was very disrespectful during the call. That's was so disappointing! I'll never come back.

Sue makes having your teeth cleaned an experience that you look forward due to her professionalism and friendliness. The staff at Central Dental is the best! Great care and exceptional atmosphere.

Excellent experience here as usual. I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. This last visit was for my six month cleaning. My hygienist, Sue was very nice and did a great job!

Really cool, the place really is not very actually large but everything basically is nice including the atmosphere, which particularly is quite significant.

I had my 6-month cleaning appointment with Allison at Central Dental in Norwood. I do have anxiety when going to the dentist but she made it completely comfortable by explaining exactly what she was going to do before she did it. She couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The office and operatives are immaculate. They practice every precaution. I have been a patient here for many years and have always felt that each staff member strives to make it a positive experience for their patients.

This office is an absolute pleasure to interact with, and I have never said that about a dental office before! Everyone is professional, compassionate and kind, from the front desk staff to the medical professionals and their assistants. You leave feeling very safe and well cared for, with every concern addressed. I would absolutely recommend Central Dental to anyone seeking a high quality and welcoming practice.
