I have a few small complaints. When the technician was flossing my teeth, her nails occasionally dug into my gums on the lower inside of my mouth. Her nails are lovely, but I hope she'll figure out a way to manage them better when she's working with patients. Finally, compared to how other technicians used to do flossing and cleaning, she seemed a bit rushed and therefore wasn't as thorough. She is very polite and friendly, and I hope these suggestions will help her improve in her profession.
