The best dentist I have been to in 20 years. Very caring, courteous and they do everything they can to make you comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone. My daughter enjoyed going as well. She is nervous about anything medical or dental but she loved going here.

The service, procedures, & prices are great. The one thing holding them back is the excessively long periods between appointments but I guess there's not much that can be done about it.

My 3 year old has been going here since she was 1. I made an appointment for tomorrow to have them look at a cavity they missed and was spotted by a different dentist. They "apparently" called me and cancelled her appointment the same day I scheduled it. But they called a wrong number. They called the right number today and the lady was unprofessional and snotty and told me they won't see my 3 year old because she wasn't "cooperative" she's 3 YEARS OLD.

Would you like someone you don't know coming at you trying to pry your mouth open? I thought you were CARING FAMILY DENTISTRY? You lost my daughters business, and you certainly lost my business, and I will let everyone I know, know you're horrible.

I'm new to Big Rapids and hadn't established a new dentist yet so of course I had a dental emergency. I left a message on Caring Family Dentistry's emergency line hoping for a call back as it was after hours. They were willing to squeeze me in the next morning to take a look. I was pretty worried and anxious about what it would take to fix the crown on one of my front teeth that had fallen off, but everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and office manger were all very friendly, compassionate and so helpful!

They had me fixed up in no time and I could go to work good as new! I've already scheduled my cleaning with them for the fall and plan to be a long time client! Thank you Caring Family Dentistry for making a stressful situation turn into really no big deal! You're all wonderful!

This was a wonderful experience. I was welcomed when I arrive and was taken back right away for my new patient exam. Everything was smooth and I was so comfortable and did not feel pressured. I will follow up more once I have my cleaning.

I went in for some minor dental work and was really impressed with how professional, pleasant and quick the experience was. They have a great handle on new protocols to keep people safe. Everyone one I dealt with from the front office, to the hygienist to the dentist was absolutely great. They are also well prepared to help people who have anxiety about visiting the dentist. 10/10, would reccomend.

Great business! Very short wait. Friendly hygienist who can numb your gums so that the cleaning is less painful. Teeth are super clean and stain free now. Dentist is cool and carefully checks for cavities. Highly recommended.

Liars! I would give them zero if I could. They grossly underestimate quotes to sign you up for procedures, then once it's done you end up paying 5x the quote out of pocket. Absolutely awful and fraudulent.

This is an excellent dental practice. I have gone there for years but mostly recently my mother-in-law came to live with us and CFD accepted her as a patient. I can never thank them enough for the excellent and compassionate care they gave her during the last two years of her life when she had dental problems. She would always say, "Dr. Paul will take care of it." My wife and I have been happy clients for years, and now we are even more grateful to the dentists and staff who helped our family. We have total confidence in them!

Some of the best people I have met! They go out of their way for their clients and always give the best care. I am able to schedule and reschedule without a problem. I am always treated with respect and nothing less! I would recommend carrying family to everyone!

The DO's and office staff were most always rude and insensitive during my experience with this office. They were insensitive to my children's initial anxiety and tried to prevent me from going back to comfort my child. It is our right and responsibility as parents to protect our children. There is enough room in the work stations for a parent to attend with your child and be out of the way.

I would not recommend this office to anyone just because of their overall rudeness. They also recommend unnessesary work to be done on my children which we found when we switched dental offices. We now use Professional Dental Associates. They are super polite, understand that children get nervous, and they are extremely easy to work with.

Had appointments set for months for my daughters. Then said one of my daughters wasn't scheduled. But I guess you know no big money to be made off of check ups priorities I guess. After filling 12 cavities supposedly my daughter had. No money left to be made.

Today my son had his first ever filling done. He was terrified to go in and I was dreading having him go to this appointment, however appointment is done and my son LOVED it! Due to me having class his grandmother had to take him. She didn't have anything but good things to say about both the dentist and her assistant. My son still has another filling that needs to be done and he is excited to go and show me how good he does! Thank you Caring Family Dentistry for being awesome and making it such a good and fun experience for my kiddo!
