We recognize that you can have an emergency situation arise and we will do our best to respond promptly. If you do have such a problem, please call as early in the day as possible. If we receive a call at 8:00am, we will be able to see your child or you that day. The office is closed on Sundays and major holidays.
It is recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry that children have their first dental exam around one year of age. This allows us to work with you and your child to help them to develop great oral hygiene, to prevent cavities and to discuss habits.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PEDIATRIC DENTAL CARE. My daughter, 6 years old, struggled with fear surround doctors, which the pediatric dentist here knew very well as he has worked with her since she was a year or two. Today she had an appointment to get a filling, and I strongly encourage her to ask questions to help ease her anxiety. Instead of having a good bed side manner, the dentist basically ignored her questioned, forcibly laid her back in the chair, and when she began freaking out more due to being forced to lay back before she was ready (maybe 5 minutes after entering the "quiet" room used for children with anxiety) she asked with tears coming down to sit up.

The dentist abruptly stood up, said to my 6 year old that "this isn't going to be a 14 questions time. I have a job to do, I don't have time to negotiate, so you guys can negotiate and I can come back when your ready" and left. I immediately said to my daughter that we can leave. As I was buckling her into her car seat he came out, asked if today was not the day, and when I confronted him about his terrible attitude and rudeness to a 6 year old who clearly has anxiety, he denied being rude and again stated he is here to do a job. I calmly told him that if that is how he does his job then he is not the dentist for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR PEDIATRIC DENTAL CARE.

My children had a great experience after visiting the office for the first time today! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even though my children were a little nervous about their dental visit, amazing dental hygienists and the doctor were able to comfort them and make them laugh. At the end of the visit, kiddos received cute gifts! We will be back again! Thank you Tsoleridis family.

My kids and I have been patients there for many years. Unfortunately when I actually needed an emergency dental appointment the receptionist required me to be considered a new patient. She claimed I had not been there in several years but due to covid my apt. I was going to have in February of 2020 had to be put on hold. Instead of being compassionate about it all, they where very sharp made it clear they did not care about my dental health and would not give me an apt. even though it is much needed.

I could tell they could care less about it. Very curt and cool in response. When I asked if I could talk to the actual dentist as I know he, himself cares about his reputation and how his office is run, she would not allow. She said he was completely unable to ever talk to me nor I him. I then proceeded to tell her that my three children where all patients there and she seemed to put them on the same "I don't really care" attitude.

She just said "we'll see about their apt. but with no normal check in with where they are at with cleanings or anything. I am not sure what happened with this office but certainly not in the direction of compassion and client receptivity. I would not recommend this dental office as we where very poorly treated in attempting to nothing more then take care of our dental needs with a dentist we where under the understanding that was our dentist. Not anymore however. If they dropped us as patient then I would hope they would of at least had the courtesy of letting me know.

This is hands down the best dental practice. My 8 year old son is a patient here. He never worries about going because they are super innovative and use lasers instead of drills. But they haven't even needed to do that because they have taken such excellent care with my sons teeth. And everyone is always kind and pleasant to work with

Everyone in the office is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, caring, and easy-going. Dr. Xu is skilled and caught an infection none of my previous dentists noticed. The dental hygienists are the sweetest and get me excited to go to the dentist for cleanings! Amazing office

I love everything about the practice, everyone is so kind and friendly, from the front desk lady to the hygienist and Dr. Johnson is very pleasant. We always feel welcome and my kids feel so comfortable that they love their dentist, my 6 year old said it after our visit today " mami, I love my dentist ". Nothing beats that.

I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone. My daughter use to see Dr. Johnson, and all he did was yell at my daughter who was 2 and is now 3. When I had brought her there last, I brought up some concerns with some of her teeth, that I knew something was wrong. I said something to Dr. Johnson about them, and he said my daughters teeth were fine.

Well now my daughter has to go to Boston and get teeth surgery done on 10 of her baby teeth, because of what's wrong with them. When I brought it up to Dr. Johnson I was told that it was normal for kids her age and the color of her teeth were fine. Well I know and I'm pretty sure a lot of other parents can agree, teeth aren't suppose to be white, not yellow nor are they suppose to be brown.

Well when I told him and showed him my daughters teeth I told that it's okay and her teeth are normal. I brought my daughter to a new dentist today and after the first visit they found 10 teeth with something wrong, and now my daughter my 3 year old daughter will he put under and get surgery done to make her teeth healthy and better. I would not send anyone to see Dr. Johnson.

I took my son there to establish as a new patient, everyone was so kind and great with not just my son but every child in there! Front desk was courteous, efficient and very helpful. The dental assistant who was working with my child was amazing, she was so kind, patient and just overall amazing at her job! She made him so comfortable for his first visit and informed him of everything she was doing which really helped made his first visit an amazing experience. Dr. Johnson is just as wonderful as the rest of his staff and I'm so glad that we found them!

This place books six months out. even when they said my son needed immediate attention and put him on a cancelation list they never called us. we waited months only to have a traumatic experience where the tooth had waited too long for to be restored and had to be pulled- with no anesthesia and no gas. hes only five years old and will fear the dentist now forever! poor boy. not to mention most of the dental assistants were nodding out and looked so high one girl reached out to open the door and missed the doornob and she had her eyes closed, standing up! doctor johnson is a nice person but this is not a reliable office.

Brought my son here when he was 1 year old. He was seen for his appointments that were scheduled 6 mo in advance just fine. Once i have noticed a bump on his gum and contacted this office for help i was told that it can be abscess and he needs to be seen sooner rather than later but there is no time available and they would call me back. I got no call.

I Called myslef next day just to hear he is on a cancellation list. 2 weeks later i heard nothing. I took him to a different office where he was seen same day. He needs to have tooth removed. The tooth was moving (all due to an accident he had at the age of 1, the reason i brought him to this place and was told he is totally fine). Do not recommend anyone to have this place as a doctor who you can rely on. Unless you only need cleanings every 6 mo by the appointment you booked last year!

My son had a dental emergency while we were on vacation. I found Dr. Johnson while searching for a dentist with good reviews. He was amazing and the staff was fabulous. They took care of my son, put him at ease, and made the visit a great experience. I wish that his practice was closer so my kids could see him as their dentist.
