I can't say enough good things about Dr. P! I've been a patient of his for 5 years and I am so glad I found him! I have severe dental anxiety but I no longer have to mentally prepare to go into the office! I feel calm when I'm there. Dr P. Is a very accredited dentist and I love that he explains everything, he is very gentle and patient and kind.

His office is so clean and organized. His staff and assistants have a great attitude and they always make me feel so welcome! The other dentist, Dr. A, has worked on me and I love her as well! Highly highly recommend! So thankful I'm in good hands!

I've spent a long time looking for a good Dentist and I finally found one where I'm comfortable. The entire staff is friendly and happy to be at work! So far I've had a root canal and a couple fillings & I was amazed by the little to no pain during and after. The place is also really clean & organized

Dr. Petrosyan is awesome, he makes you feel welcomed and always explains all procedures and just makes you feel comfortable overall. This review is long over due, I been coming to this dentis for few yrs. im very satisfied with the overal esblishment. Their services are excellent. The cleanliness, professionalism of their staff. but most of all the Dentist Dr. Arman Petrosyan, He is the best. He makes sure you uderstand. the procedure that is required and that patient is relaxed and pain free of any pain. I truly recommend this dental office.

I have been coming to this office for about 10 years. I love the Dr. He is very professional and explains to his patients with detail any work that needs to be done. The receptionist are very nice and polite. The entire team is great.

I been coming to this dentist for a few years, I thought the doctor was great but their new policies have made it difficult to stay. You can only use care credit if you spend 300 dollars. The financial manager over charged me for the procedures, I call my dental provider and confirmed that it should be less. If you don't confirm an appt, they automatically drop you, they won't try to call your other telephone numbers.

It use to be a good place but now there are too many rules. If you need a crown, you have to go to another place, they only do basic things. The reviews are bribed by having you enter a raffle if you leave a review so the reviews could be false.

I love this office, from the moment you enter the office you're greeted with the most amazing front staff, the girls are truly wonderful and always very helpful. Any time I call, they are patient and answer every question I have. There is never a wait in the lobby, they get you in an exam room very quickly I really love visiting this office because I always get the best care from Dr. Petrosyan.

I also recommended my sister to their office. I am never going to go to another dentist's office after experiencing this type of amazing care from this team. Thank you to everyone that works at this office, you guys are simply the best!

The people who work at California Dental are very nice and tend to your every need. I had a chipped tooth and they squeezed me in on my day off. California Dental also have an Optometrist who is available every Wednesday Called California Optometry.

I want to recommend THis place They have really nice Doctor the most is the cutomer service and staff they were really polite and profesional answering your questions, scheduling your appointment and care for the procedure. I have my full cleaning, root canal and crown done with excellent result. This place will be my primary for my family. Well done California Dental Glenoaks

California dental workers and Dr Petrosyan are always so warm and welcoming from checkin to the follow up appointments and calls. He's super informative where he explains what he is doing during the cleanings and cavity fills and moldings, plus shows me issues on X-rays since I'm a curious person. Dr Petrosyan is also super careful with me, and as someone with what I consider a smaller mouth yet massively sensitive teeth and gums, I really appreciate that. it makes the process easier and less stressful than some places where you feel tools sort of banging around against your teeth and gums, and end up with bleeding gums or a sore bite for days.

Best dental I've ever been to, the assistants are extremely nice and they even give you a tour of the office to make you feel extremely comfortable. Everyone is awesome and gentle and a very clean and organized office. Sanitation is very important for them and making you feel like family. Thank you California dental.

Ana and Andrea at the front desk had great customer service skills and guided me through the checkin and paperwork process In the back Mario and Dr Petrosyan did a great job with my cleaning, fast and professional. No pain felt or any mistakes made. I'm satisfied with the outcome and will be returning for a deep clean. Highly recommended dentistry.

Wow.called the insurance provider to change the dentist office to california dental. Called the office to let them know and to book an appt in December as "Andrea" the dental office rep said they have few open spots available. She said they cannot book an appt until the 1st of Dec as the roster is updated. Asked if I can just book an appt for December as I wait for the roster to be updated.

She said no, the only was is if the insurance company sends over eligibility documents. Called the provider and it was sent, granted they sent the wrong document at first but I called the provider back, explained the situation and rep called on my behalf to explain that we just want to book an appt for after dec. 1st and that she is available to provide any information providing proof of eligibility.

Then the office manager comes online and says we dont have appts available for the month of December and we may need to book an appt for January. I hung up the phone at that point. I spent 30 minutes with the provider getting the information to the office, even a live rep from the insurance carrier to verify the information and then they say that we dont even have appts available for the following month? All that time wasted because they dont want verification of eligibility from the insurance carrier itself? Wow, just couldn't believe it.

Look no further! Absolutely best dentist ever. I'm usually so nervous and scared of going in for dental work but I'm always excited to get work done here. Dentist is very kind, patient and clear about what he is going to do work on. He gives updates on what he is working on while working on each tooth. I'm always very comfortable here.

I had a lot of fillings done and they were not painful at all. Even numbing part was a breeze, I have a low pain tolerance. Amazing staff as well! Everyone is kind and in a great mood. Wait times are reasonable and I'm always in and out in about an hour. Clean office. Parking is always available. 100% recommend

Best dentist ever! I literally fell asleep when Dr P did some filling work. Amazing bed side manner and knowledgeable- an unusual combo in the medical field. Dr P is great with kids and adults that hate the dentist- like me! Friendly and efficient staff as well. Come here, you won't be sorry.

I wouldn't even give this place a star! I've tried setting up an appointment for a month now and they just say they'll get back to me but they never do. Their customer service is the worst.

This used to be my favorite dentist, I've been a patient since 2016 and brought my entire family along. I even recommended him to friends and other family members. But, the office staff ( 2 in particular) the office manager Mr. RAMIREZ AND THE LADY IN THE front. Sorry, I don't know her name, but she answers the phone and has colored eyes. I gave her my information to verify my insurance via phone and 2 days later she called stating that it was denied.

I explained that that's a mistake I am employed and have insurance. I contacted my HR and had it verified but she insisted it was denied. I called the endodontist who saw me a week prior and they pulled up my insurance with no problem. I FORWARDED TO HER AND RAMIREZ, they insisted it was denied. The day of my appointment, I asked what social and zip code she had inputted, she reads it back and my social and zip code is WRONG.

She had the audacity to say that I gave her the wrong social. A lot of unnecessary phone calls and stress could have been avoided if this lady would have verified the information instead of just repeating that my insurance was expired. She was too Busy talking and didn't take time to LISTEN. She didn't believe me that I knew I had insurance and a PPO insurance.

The office manager Mr. RAMIREZ, treated me like it was my fault that they had wrong information. These two need to GO! I hope Dr. PETROSYAN reads this and holds his office staff accountable. A simple verification of information would have kept 5 patients from walking out of your dental office! This used to be the best, get some people with common sense in your office again, dr. PETROSYAN. P

Was a great Dental visit, with a seemingly new office & equipment you felt comfortable that you were going to a quality dentist with high standards. The RDA was welcoming by giving me an office tour and efficient with getting my x-rays done. I didn't have to wait long to see the dentist after that who was friendly and quick to find and explain work needing to be done.

After that I saw the hygienist for a cleaning. She was friendly but I felt like she was trying too hard to be friendly by talking to me that she was distracted and missed some teeth while cleaning and was in a rush. she did a good job but not the best. After that I was quickly scheduled for my next visit. Overall great experience!

So much better when Vivian was there running the office. We have been patients of Dr Petrosyan for 20 years, loved him. My opinion of the office operation has changed significantly since Vivan left and the Vivan replacement arrived.

I'm from Kent, IL i found myself calling California Dental when I realized my dentist was closed. Being this many states away they were really helpful and polite, and gave me a few suggestions. If they are this polite and helpful being this many states away I can't imagine what they are like in person. Thank you guys so much for the guidance.

My first time at California Dental was an amazing experience! The X ray technician gave me a tour of the office and she was very nice. Over all the Doctor was very nice and made me feel at home. The whole staff was amazing and before I knew it I was in and out with x-rays and a cleaning. Can not wait to go back! Thank you!

I came upon this dental office using Yelp, and the reviews did not disappoint. The front office did a great job accommodating my work schedule with my appointments, they did an excellent job calling me back etc Everyone is super friendly, from the drs to the office manager, to everyone I encountered. This dental office is also super clean inside, very modern looking.

This was by far a pleasant visit. Both dr A, and a Dr who I didn't get his name, did a super good job at explaining my treatment. I did not feel rushed, Dr A, and the male Dr. both have smooth hands and are careful when working with your teeth- i did not feel like they were being "savages". Lol Overall a great experience!

Amazing experience! Never in my life have I been to a dentist that's males me feel so comfortable! He literally elaborated everything to me what was what! And why. Home extremely patient with me and very informative! I have another appointment coming up in a couple weeks and I'm not nervous at all. Yayyy I'm so happy I found this office! The best Dental clinic ever! The doctor is very honest and knowledgeable, stuff is friendly and helpful! I take my kids there as well they are 7 & 4 and they love the doctor! He is very good with the kids. He takes time to explain all the details and makes sure that we understand everything. My entire family goes there and I'm so glad I finally found great dentist in LA!

I've been going to California Dental for MANY years now. The new office is absolutely gorgeous! There's no reason not to go to the dentist when coming here. The staff are ALL very sweet and helpful all the time. I don't live in the valley and make the drive. They're worth the commute!

The Dr and all the staff here are beyond words, extremely nice and very professional. Their new location is beautiful, very nice, clean, new, modern, plenty of parking, i luv it. Finding a good dentist is never easy. Esp when u have worked in the dental field in the past. The staff and environment is important, not just how the patients are treated but how the staff is amongst each other. And knowing that all the staff here has been with the office 14years +. now that shows alot.

After finally getting this place under my HMO dental insurance plan I can see it was definitely worth the wait. The staff are all very kind and attentive the place is super clean and organized. The dentist is wonderful! He is very informative about the procedures he will be performing so you don't have any surprises and know what to expect. He checks in at all times to make sure you don't feel any discomfort and is very detail oriented when working on your teeth.

A dentist is not the best place on earth but I can honestly say I was at ease during my whole visit. Me and my husband are happy to have found this place. Definitely recommend

California Dental provides superior dental care. Dr. Petrosyan is a wonderful dentist who provides excellent care for his patients. I was interested in setting up an appointment they receptionist was extremely rude. I was just asking questions and she wouldn't answer any because she needed my insurance information before she could move forward. I was put on hold 5x, before the call "dropped"

Really glad I found this place. I've always been terrified of the dentist, but needed a lot of dental work. I was referred to California dental by a close friend and couldn't be happier. Great service, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They worked with my medical insurance and made it the easiest process ever. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist

Yesterday was my first time at the new office and it looks amazing just like his staff. This is my third cleaning with Dr. Petrosyan the first 2 were done at his old office. Each time I've had a pleasant experience. I always hated going to the dentist but that hasn't been the case since finding Dr. Petrosyan he is gentle and constantly asks how am I doing or if he is hurting and I truly appreciate that. And his dental assistant is always nice and friendly.

I really love the doctor, he is great and explains everything to you! +++ BUT I don't like that they had to give me a referral for a root canal. I don't like that i have to call my own insurance to ask about my coverage. I've only been to one dentist prior to this one and never once did i need a referral or call regarding my benefits, the manager did that for the customers. Staff is not the kindest either :/

Been coming to this dentist office for over 8 years for various reasons. First the staff is extremely helpful and friendly and will answer all your questions. Second the doctor will explain everything before and after a procedure is done. Third they make the experience fun by making raffles that patients can participate in. This dentist office actually make me want to come back!

Haven't been to the dentist in a while. Found them thru the insurance website and also they have one of the best ratings on yelp; and for a reason. I went today for a 1st time visit; The office is warm and inviting, they explained in detail the work I needed done, including how to read my own xrays, and they also explained clearly what my insurance covers and doesn't. They were all very professional and I definitely found my new dentist. Good vibes from the time you walk in and you walk out feeling cared for.

AWESOME! I have been to many dentists before and haven't met anyone so nice and charming dentist like him. He will make you feel comfortable and relax. Clean faculty great stuff. They also are very fast and efficient. Thanks great job
