SO, My insurance WONT COVER MY Extraction(s)! NOW-BECAUSE Dr. Fountain decided NOT to follow MY DENTIST'S REFERRAL ORDERS (MORE THAN ONCE). Did NOT REMOVE ALL of the teeth, in the same region of my mouth, causing INFECTION, SEVERE Pain and Awful Swelling as was stated in several ORDERS. (Maybe, TO GET MORE PAYMENT(s) from Medicaid. Otherwise, WHY NOT TAKE THE TEETH THAT HE WAS TOLD TO?) (Yes, called and reported this Action. Medicaid WILL be speaking with him.) ** Watch out!

Just because Medicaid pays them, THIER NOT always going to be good people at heart. SADLY. EVERYONE NEEDS to Beware of these doctor's/dentist's professing to be HELPING Low Income and/or Medicaid insured Persons. **There's a NEW discovery that REGROWS YOUR Damaged ENAMEL ON YOUR TEETH! Money back if it doesn't do it. ***NOW, That's A VERY GREAT THING! We will NO LONGER NEED THESE GREEDY dentist/doctors ANYWAY! NOW, THAT IS PROGRESS! Thank you!, D.Flynn

I can't say enough good things about this place. My 6yo son is absolutely terrified of the doctors/dentists. He needed some work on his teeth and had been to 2 different dentists before being referred here. They weren't even able to get the xrays or look in his mouth. The nurse at this office was SO kind and caring and talked to my son throughout the entire process (I think her name was Sandra).

They were able to do everything that was needed with minimal struggle. I was very surprised and happy how different this experience was compared to the others. A kind compassionate staff makes all the difference!

From the time I made my appointment to the time I left the office absolutely everything was handled with excellence! I'm so thankful and impressed. They are all very friendly and professional!

Cadillac Oral has changed my life. I have been in pain for the last 10 years from my teeth. I have built up the courage to try an get my teeth fixed on 4 different occasions. All attempts ended in me being more embarrassed an ashamed then before I went an asked for help. Then I went to Cadillac Oral. The service I received was 6 star. The receptionist was friendly and non judgmental.

I always can tell when someone does not want to do a job. I have received this attitude from dental assistants an dentist alike when they seen the condition my teeth were in.27 teeth in total were removed 27(not a typo).I did not get that feeling from none of the people at Cadillac. The maturity an professionalism shown by the staff could not be rated on the scale it was beyond an above all the others.

I was treated how I would want someone to treat my mother or how I would want you to treat someone you care about. They eased my anxieties and made the process soooooo much better for me all the way around. The only complaint I have was the window to the receptions desk made this menacing sound every time it was opened. I was informed that it had been changed since.

I am a month healed since my oral surgery today I received a call from Cadillac Oral stating that my insurance did cover the cost of my Xray an I would be refunded the out of pocket fee I paid previous. I have to say they are still making me smile after I thought I would never smile again. The weight that has been lifted from my self esteem can not be expressed. Im so thankful.

If you or anyone you know is about to go through this process. I would recommend Cadillac Oral every time 10 time out of 10. They are awesome an made me feel awesome an have me feeling awesome. Its so worth it

It felt like family right when I walked in. They called me a few hours after my procedure to make sure I was good and made it home safe I just thought that was amazing! And to top it all off I left a earring there (I live 3 hours away from the office) and they just shipped it to me! I didn't have to call or anything such a amazing place!

I had all four wisdom teeth extracted. Very compassionate. Nurse adjusted chair to my comfort, surgeon was very friendly. The work itself was very finely done. I only got one dry socket, and it was because I accidentally pulled some gauze out too hard, so not their fault. Very understanding of my anxiety about the situation, and helped soothe my nerves. Went back for my pre-op and met the other surgeon, also extremely friendly and clearly very experienced. Overall I give it a 10/10. Wish my dentist would treat me this nice!

The staff was extremely friendly and understanding as well as patient, the surgeon himself was great. Very thorough and one of the easiest iv's I've ever had. Sadly, but thankfully, I dont remember anything else of the operation.
