C² Dentistry

Since we moved to the Santa Clarita area 5 years ago, we found and started going to C Squared Dentistry. Dr. Chen and his staff (Jackie, Susana and MaKenna and others) are amazing! They don't pressure about anything, but they are honest with you. They walk you through and explain everything to you. They are happy to answer your questions. Helpful with options regarding procedures and insurance coverage.

They listen to you and any concerns you have. They truly care about their patients / clients. I highly recommend C Squared Dentistry. When someone inquires on social media or Yelp for a dentist in the area, I always recommend Dr. Chen at C Squared Dentistry.

Had tooth pulled for an implant. Everything went very well. Dr. Chen & staff are wonderful people.

I had the opportunity to use the above Dentistry. I was very impressed with the office and the staff. the entire personnel are very friendly and helpful. The office equipment is very modern and up to date. As soon as I was finished with some minor paperwork, I was taken into a room and X-rays were taken. Very soon after DR. Chen came in to exam my teeth. I was very impressed with the entire procedure and would recommend this Dentist and his office to anyone.

Very resonable prices, friendly staff, great in-house discount plan, excellent hygenist! Dr Chen is not trying to up sell or over sell. Very happy!

First time at C Squared Dentistry and loved how professional they were. Mandi was awesome. She left me feeling brand new and will listen to her instructions on flossing lol. I also loved how they broke down what the insurance covered. Also letting me know how much the deep cleaning would be. Because of that I will be returning and making sure my teeth are an essential need.

I went to Dr. Chen's office as a new patient after seeing all the glowing reviews. Him and his team definitely deserve all the praise. Had a routine cleaning + fillings done - the scheduling was easy, the staff were friendly, and they readily answered any questions.

As always the staff takes great care of our family for our visits. Took our 4 yr old in and they made her feel very comfortable and confident during her cleaning. She was happy and brave the whole time.

C2 Dentistry is the best. My whole family and extended family goes there. You couldn't ask for a more skilled dental practice. Also, they don't ever have you pursue unnecessary treatments like other dental practices in the valley. This is a huge plus!

I just realized that I never rating here. Dr. Chen is super awesome and their whole office is very nice. I have been in Dr. Chen's office for over 6 years. They always take good care of me. Not only the quality work but very friendly service. Jackie who works at front desk, is very professional. She knows a lot and quick response when need help.

I really appreciate everything they did for me! My mom does not have PPO plan, however, their in-house price is very competitive compare with other offices. This is a good place to go even you don't have good dental insurance. Highly recommend here for everyone!

I've been coming here for years because Dr. Chen does such wonderful and professional work, and because the office is always such a pleasure to visit. Dental visits used to be uncomfortable and awkward for me, but since I found C Squared it's been a relaxed, easy experience. Would highly recommend them.

Dr. Curtis is amazing! This visit he closed small gaps on both sides of my lower teeth. You can't even tell they were there and my teeth look natural. He is a true artist when it comes to teeth/ dentistry

Ok, I had an appointment that was pushed 4 weeks for a cleaning; if I would have been late or couldn't make it, I would have been charge, reward the clients that are being ask to reschedule, this will help with accountability. I also had an issue with the price and plan that a treatment would cost me; the original plan was to have the treatment starting this year and finishing the next year, so my benefits can cover as much as possible.

When I went to start this treatment, the prices were different and no one knew about the plan of starting this year and ending it next year, it was uncomfortable to remind them of what was agreed originally and the lady who spoke to me about it, did not have a kind attitude when going over the treatment and the prices. It seems that it is not about health but making money, it makes me hesitate about returning back. Kindness and gratefulness should be a golden rule, people will return with a smile.

The discrepancy got resolved after discussions, but I felt that they did not care as much - questioning what the course of action - like if I made it up. There should be a way to keep these details in the system, so even a new secretary could easily see what was agreed to do and keep the client happy and the office workers from questioning a previous agreement that I made with the doctor and whoever was there at that time.

Love Dr Chen. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He is so patient. I have many fears, and he gives me the freedom of taking the time to progress slowly. Every one in the office is awesome, and I love my hygienist. I moved to MO, and made sure during my visit to have my teeth cleaned by C Squared Dentistry. If I could I would fly out every 6l months. Not sure what I am going to do! I highly recommend!

We've been going to Dr. Chen for several years now! He and his staff are always professional, on time and make our trip to see the dentist as easy as it can be. I was having an issue over the weekend and they promptly got me in on Monday morning and took care of the problem. Thank you Dr. Chen for taking care of us all these years! Dr Chen and his staff are wonderful. We have been going there for about 10 years now and I highly recommend him. He is caring, detailed and very efficient at his job.

I found Dr. Chen through my insurance company, and let me just say, this is probably the most legit dentistry I've had the pleasure of coming to! Dr. Chen is so professional, and you can really tell he cares for his patients well being! His staff is amazing, very knowledgeable, very professional. I will absolutely be returning. As someone who is typically very nervous and anxious about going to the dentist, This is the place I would want to come to. Thank you Dr. Chen & staff!

Curtis Chen is a really great dentist. He tells you the information you need straight out, gives you the price (with your insurance!) and your options, and lets you decide based on facts, his judgment, and the costs. Plus, the work he and his staff do are always first rate. I hate dentists, but I don't hate Dr. Chen and C Squared. He's a pro.

I have been looking for a good dentist for a while and I found him. Dr. Chen makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. No pain. Very friendly. His assistant was a very nice young lady. And he is so close to my home. No more driving. I am happy.

First off, this review is based entirely off the front desk and has nothing to do with Dr. Chen or his services. I made an appointment over 2 weeks ago as a first time patient. I forget who I spoke with over the phone, but I was able to make an appointment without giving them my insurance group/policy number since I was at work and did not have it on me at the time.

She said they would call me back the week of the appointment to confirm my insurance. Come the day of my appointment (no phone call yet), I get a phone call at 8:00am (my appointment is at 9:15am) asking for my insurance information, which I gladly give them. The lady says "Great, see you at 9:15am." I get another phone call at 8:15am saying they cannot take my appointment because they are not taking new patients at this time, reason being that my insurance is an HMO and beginning next month they will only be taking PPO. Honestly, I get it, but the fact that this all happened within an hour of my appointment is very frustrating.

I had to move a couple of other appointments to other days because of this appointment. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Again, this review has nothing to do with Dr. Chen and his services. I initially booked here because of his great reviews.

Highly recommend Dr. Chen and staff of C Squared Dentistry! His teams works out of a suite in Rye Canyon Pointe building in Valencia. The office is modern and clean. Staff are professional and courteous. They provide email and text notifications for all appointments and wait time is minimal. I have known Dr. Chen for years. He goes over his findings in detail and incorporates both photos and Xr's to help educate.

Both he and the hygienists are consistently gentle and caring in their work. He is a phenomenal dentist and I have had excellent results! I have recommended him to friends and family and they have had equally positive experiences!

I went in for a cleaning today and saw that my prior rating was only a 4 star.it should definitely be a 5 star as I have never had a dentist or a dentist office give such care and personal service on my teeth. Dr. Chen is a big foodie too so it is great to talk to him about different food and places to eat. All his staff is really great, friendly and fun to talk to and I have referred several friends over and not one of them has had one bad thing to say. I highly recommend C Squared Dentistry over any other place in SCV, you will not be disappointed if you come here for sure.
