Just moved downtown Grand Rapids last summer and needed to relocate my dentist to the West Side of the state. Googled best dentist's in the area and Midtowne Smiles was one of the first places to pop up! I had a great experience and felt very pampered after I left. My smile is back and better than ever. I'll be referring my boyfriend to go this summer! Thanks again.

This dental office is excellent. Very kind and professional staff that make you feel cared for and comfortable. Dr Burton is very knowledgeable and has a kind mannerism. I felt very happy and knowledgeable after my appointment. I highly recommend them.

If you're looking for a new dentist just stop here. My first visit was easy and friendly. Aimee was great and included me in the process by reviewing all of my pictures and going over any issues with my teeth during my cleaning. Dr. Burton was fantastic. He clearly knows his stuff! I felt at ease and comfortable the entire time. So glad I found this practice!

I was recently referred here to get an appliance made for my sleep apnea. Everyone in this office is wonderful. My family now also gets our regular cleaning appointments here too. They are very thorough and caught some things that our previous dentist did not. Teeth are very important and now we feel we are at a place that will take excellent care of us! Highly recommend!

Best dental office & team I have ever encountered. Hygienists are well trained & experienced. Very helpful & always smiling. It is obvious that everyone who works here loves what they do & are very good at it. All my questions (always have so many) are always answered in great depth. The staff definitely takes care of you and greatly appreciates the time you spend with them even if that is for a half hour.

The parking is simple & quick & validated when you come to Mid Towne. The visit to this dentistry is also simple & quick - I would recommend Dr. Burton & Team to anyone I know. Thank you for your endless TLC. I appreciate your business.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr. Burton's office, and Amy in particular. I had what I would consider some fairly uncomfortable dental work that needed to be done- Amy did her best to make me feel at ease and comfortable and pain free throughout the process. My teeth are healthier and I have overcome my fear of the dentist for sure! I will also add this office is extremely clean and professional. They are very up front about cost and billing! No surprise bills on the back end.

Basic dental work and cleanings went good for a few years. Then I had a couple crowns done and Dr. Burton could never get my bite block straight. Worse yet my last visit was billed incorrectly and rejected by insurance. Tired of the back and forth I found a new dentist and my teeth are sitting straighter and getting better with each visit.

I can't add much to all the great reviews. They were courteous, they were quick, very accomodating. Dr. Burton was no nonsense, he took care of the issue quickly and explained everything. Dr. Burton seems to be an excellent dentist from a medical standpoint.

I chose this dentist at first because they accepted new patients without insurance at the most reasonable price I could find. It was a great experience and I will continue to go back. The office is clean and comfortable. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Each time I've been there the hygienist was thorough and gentle.
