They told me I could no longer be a patient there because I missed 2 appointments. I have been a patient there for 11 years, obviously they don't have any loyalty to any of their patients. I was told by the rude receptionist that they can't make profit if I don't come to my appointment. I told her to do the math that they would make more profit if they wasn't about to lose a family of 4 for kicking me out for missing 2 appointments in 11 years. Probably a good thing she isn't the accountant.

My family has been going to this office for a long time. They have literally watched my kids grow up. I absolutely love this place and staff! Couldn't imagine going anywhere else

DO NOT GO HERE! SHE WILL DO UNNECESSARY PROCEDURES! I came in with perfectly fine teeth left with 4 holes I never had!

Dr. Amerson and her staff does an amazing job. Very happy with the service she provides.

Burns dental is one of the most pathetic excuses for a dental office you can imagine. The main dentist is always in a huge rush and will give you maybe a cursory exam if you're lucky. Also, she told me I could let an abscess remain untreated while I saved up for a root canal. This is potentially life threatening. Avoid this place if you can.

Horrible. receptionist rude and not very knowledgeable. I try to support my kind but how can I if the service is horrible. Called another dentist they knew exactly what I needed and set up my appointment asap. I contacted Burns Dental 3x and could never get any answers to my concerns

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. Very friendly staff. Doctor was amazing I didn't even realize she had pulled my tooth. What a Great experience.would give it 10 stars if I could

Don't have words for as poorly run this place is. Made an apt showed up and no one was even at the office. Come to find out their was a death in the family but I guess phones don't work and my job isn't as important as theirs. Made a 2nd apt cuz this place can't be that bad right? Wrong left work once again to go to my apt that supposedly wasn't on their schedule and they did not even try to fit me in or say sorry just told me it was my fault. This place is not worth your time or effort and those who do not own up to their mistakes will never improve. Stay far far away.

I've been a patient here for a couple of years. I always get fast and friendly service and quality care. They have email reminders for appointments and are always very accommodating.

All of the staff are very pleasant and professional. I love this office and will never go any place else.
