Was a patient there years ago but left cuz all they seemed to care about was payment before service. Doc was great but all they seemed to care about was being able to pay on the spot and were pushy about it. Won't ever go back.

Fantastic staff! I use Dr. Herrman, he did a great job on my implant and routine care. Once he was out and I saw Dr. Johnson, and I really liked her too. We have used several hygienists and REALLY liked them all, some of the best ones I've ever had. I've had a lot of dentists over the years and have had a lot of work done, and the quality of care here has really impressed me.

I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade because of traumatizing childhood experience. I have been feeling pain that comes and goes for over a year and was still hesitant about going because of severe anxiety. I became too concerned and finally went in to see Dr. Polk and Amanda. They're both very understanding about my situation and took time out of their busy day to listen to all my concerns and questions.

They were very friendly and gentle with me, I am forever grateful to meet them and will continue going here. I hope this review will change someone life and consider seeing Dr. Polk for anyone that have anxiety.

Very nice dentist office, check in was super easy and employee's we're friendly, answered questions and are very helpful. Dentist assistant was very nice and friendly, helped my 10 year old granddaughter feel at ease. Dentist is nice and explained any procedure that needs to be done, helped my granddaughter feel more at ease as well. Will go back.

The people at Cambridge are wonderful! Especially, Lindsay, the hygienist I had today. She was very thorough and made sure to walk me through the process and kept checking in to make sure I wasn't in pain. Great experience!

I have been seeing Dr. Wright for 35 years and really missed him this time. But I'm glad that he is enjoying retirement. I wasn't happy that my hygienist put Fluoride on and didn't tell me that it was an extra charge. I have a very tight budget and was not planning on that charge. Can you please suggest to her that she make the patients aware of the charge before just applying the fluoride? Other than that she was a very nice girl.

I have been a patient at Cambridge for several years and what I most appreciate is the expertise and care by Dr. Johnson and the hygienists. I always feel confident about my care and the professionalism exhibited by Cambridge staff.

Horrible experience. Rude office staff. Dishonest. "Decided" to keep an overpayment to them vs refunding me because "we did some extra free work". Also, problems with dental work a year after were not addressed. Felt like an ego issue.just wouldn't admit he (Dr Wright) inserted implants crooked.

Wonderful caring staff Dr. Vessali and her assistants Olivia and Beth have done a wonderful job I would definitely recommend!

I am a long time patient at Cambridge Family Dentistry. Dr. Johnson and Amber always does an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and right at home. I never have to worry about a thing when I go in there, they don't beat around the bush and anything they are honest and straightforward. They both go out of their way every single time to make. me fell right at hime.

I'm very comfortable when I'm there spa like feeling! Recently I asked them to do a coat and winter drive for me as I am apart of a homeless outreach program. They came out with flying colors still getting donations and very very grateful. Thank you to all the staff there who donated. The organization Friends Of Friends, Step-Up and most of all the Homeless appreciate everything. God Bless you all!

The lady that cleans my teeth is ALWAYS thorough. She washes her hands EVERY SINGLE TIME, and I appreciate that SO much. I was a germ freak BEFORE covid so the fact she takes that extra step says alot. And she always gives me wisdom on what I should be doing to maintain a healthy smile. I forgot your name (sorry), but YOU are awesome!

10/10 would recommend Cambridge Family Dentistry! Growing up, I had horrible experiences with dentists. They were mean to me, made me feel less of myself, and didn't provide great care. Cambridge Family Dentistry knocked it out of the park! Dr. Johnson and Amber were phenomenal and I recommend them to everyone I come in contact with. They are personable, caring, and provide you with all the care you need!

Friendly place nice people who work there and really care about what they do

Super friendly staff, and very accommodating to my toddler that I had to bring along to my appointment.

They made my dentures and I told them they were wrong, but was told to tough it out and wear them. Well 3 years later, atleast 3 sets of dentures, alignment, and adjustments, they STILL don't fit right. Found someone who said they can Cambridge screw ups like they do weekly, because they don't care about their client. They installed 6 mini implants. and today I was told since they were installed else where, it is going to cost me extra to make lowers to use the implants.

Up to today, I already have invested 8 grand in my mouth. after today I will have invested $4400.00 more. Nothing like having 14 grand invested in my mouth just to eat. I WOULD HAVE CAMBRIDGE FAMILY DENTISTRY CLEAN MY DOG'S TEETH. CAMBRIDGE IS ONLY AFTER THE MONEY AND DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND CAMBRIDGE FAMILY DENTISTRY TO ANYONE

Tried to get a consultation on two implants. 10 minutes late for appointment after calling and asking if I should still come in and got the rude treatment from the receptionist. I thought I was the customer? Cambridge spends a lot on tv advertising I guess they have plenty of patients so they can treat people that way. Not me thank you!

I always have a great experience with all the folks here from check-in to check-out and everything in between! They really care about the health of their patients and are always happy pass along their knowledge in a fun way that I can remember. Two thumbs way up!

My first visit for a cleaning was a delightful one! Nadia did a fantastic job and was very friendly. Dr. Johnson was caring and honest.

First if all I would like to say the hygienist was SO nice and professional. The 1st thing she did when she entered the room was WASH HER HANDS! I even thanked her that she did that. I see a lot of them just change gloves but not wash their hands. She cleaned my teeth THOROUGHLY and told me what I needed to do to keep a healthy smile. Good job.
