I had an appointment today with Dr. Brown and was welcomed by the entire staff. Everyone in the practice could not have been more professional and more pleasant to work with, I highly recommend Lanier Family and Cosmetic dentistry for any of your dental needs! They are simply the best!

The entire office is amazing- clean, kind, and professional. Dr. Newberry took extra time to correct a situation we discovered so I wouldn't have to make a second appointment. She was efficient with her work. Also- I felt no pain. Thus is my forever dentist. The whole family goes here now. We love Lanier Family and Cosmetic Dentists!

Today I had my semiannual checkup at Lanier Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Newberry and her staff as always are fantastic. Appointments are kept on time and everyone makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

My first experience as a new patient was great! The new patient process was seamless and the front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. My Hygienist, Jessica, was very thorough in educating and explaining my dental needs and various options. I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a great dentist.

Dr. Brown has been my dentist for many years. She is the best! Her staff provides world class customer service. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a great dentist.

Long time patient of Dr. Brown. My husband and I did have a horrible experience with a receptionist who texted us over and over - herself - telling us she would cancel our appointments for our kids if we didn't reply "yes", even though I was replying to the text. Specifically she wanted the word 'yes' by itself. Very strange and unacceptable behavior.

The staff did not seem to believe me at the time, nor do they now, about the texts and doubted my experience actually happened and how we felt harassed. I had to block that number. Other than that, Dr. Brown has always been a wonderful dentist and we have never had a problem with our appointments and my family will continue to go to her office. We simply will not have any interaction with that one receptionist and asked her to not call or text us. And we will no longer get texts from that office.

Hands down the best dental practice I have used in the US or overseas. Dr. Newberry and her team are excellent.

My first visit as a new patient at Lanier Family Dentistry was a wonderful experience. The staff is the best! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their professionalism and willingness to explain and educate you about your dental needs and options made you feel as though you were in good hands. Our family dentist for over 20 years retired and I was concerned about replacing him. I am confident that we made the right decision with Lanier Family Dentistry. For those who care about decor, they have a beautiful building and office.

These guys are such a great group to have for your Dentistry! Their new office is like something out of HGTV, and Dr. Newbury-Wilson is so fun and professional! The up front staff are so friendly and helpful and every cleaning I've had is always top notch and they get me in and out with no hassles.

I accidentally booked an appointment for my husband with Lanier Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. I was trying to book with a different dentist and for some reason I booked on their website. Nonetheless, he had a great experience and said the staff was super friendly and the practice was very professional and clean. As a result, I booked appointments for myself and my son.

We had the same experience. clean, professional and friendly. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was the most gentle I've ever had. so concerned with my comfort! They determined my son needed to have his wisdom teeth out so they not only referred us to a dental surgeon, they booked a consultation for us! I was very happy with the experience overall and would highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely love it here. Having been the person who needed to be sedated for cleanings, they have worked with me slowly to help resolve my fears and learn to trust. They are warm and welcoming, gentle, and compassionate. I will not go to another dentist ever again!

Our dentist for the past 4 years apparently dropped out of our network--and didn't bother to let us know! In fact, when asked if they still accept our insurance they said "yes"! Only today when we were told that our out-of-pocket percentage cost would be $870 for 4 fillings and we called our insurance questioning it did we find out! $1300 for 4 fillings is beyond absurd!

Prior to this experience I would have given them a higher rating--except being a little on the "snooty" side and definitely more interested in the cosmetic dentistry aspect than the general.
