It was great experience at Brite smiles dental care for my daughter dental checkup.

Best dentist and oral surgeon bar done! Great hands and he never disappoints on quality of the service! Always a great team with him with positive attitudes Crowns, implants, teeth whitening or cleanings.

I have been going to Brite Smiles for more than 25 years. They have always been very professional, friendly and genuinely caring! Their kindness is extended by all personnel there to all ages of patients!

This morning I called to schedule an appointment for my son, and I was asked if I had health insurance. When I responded I had Health Partners; the next question from her mouth was "is it thru the state?". I asked her, "why would you assume it is thru the state.". She processed to tell me "well it's either going to be thru a job or thru the state". and I asked her; why would you ask me both or lead with us it thru a job. why would you assume (only) that I have state issues I insurance?".

I cancelled my appointments as I won't be stereotyped and seek care where that is their first opinion of me. My husband and I work extremely professional jobs; and have company insurance on both sides. This dentist office may feel it's no big deal and customers are disposable; but they should care to educate receptionist that answer their phones so that they aren't making people on the other side of the call feel small and insignificant.

There are a million dentist in the world; dignify us with questions that match our character. Maybe just ask who the insurance is thru next time; so it's not so obvious what you think of those of us with more melanin in our skin.

Mary is the sweetest hygienist, makes you feel right at home. The doctor is super friendly and has a gentle touch.5 stars from me!

I came here for the first time for a cleaning and I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and my dental hygienist was very kind and gentle. She did a thorough cleaning! The dentist was also very friendly and did a thorough examination on my mouth and teeth. I'm happy I chose this dental clinic to go to!

With My background of injuries in my past? Everyone including my new Doc made me feel comfortable during every step of my visit and procedure.

Dr Simmons is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. Had an extraction and part 1 of an implant yesterday and everything went smooth. Zero pain during the procedure or since. Very satisfied with the visit.

Had an emergency for what turned out to be a root canal and Dr. was able to fit me in right away on a Monday morning (8am). Follow up only a week later. Took care of the initial pain. Great care as always.

Great team here. Its always friendly and a welcoming environment. I think its been about 10yrs that I have been coming here and don't plan changing. Dr. Simmons has a great group, and i enjoy seeing Mary my hygienist.

As someone who suffers from anxious feelings surrounding dentists appointments, this place has really been the best dentists office I've encountered. After going a few too many years without a visit to a former dentist I wasn't a fan of, I received a mailer in my mail from Brite Smiles and decided to check it out. The staff, and the doctor are all incredible and make me feel safe and welcomed.

I've recently had the need to call Brite Smiles' emergency line several times, and Mary Lynn and Dr. Simmons have been very responsive and were able to fit me into the schedule right away. While the dentist's office is my least favorite place to be, I totally trust Dr. Simmon's care and ethics.

I had not seen a Dentist in years and had some anxiety about seeing one after a long time. My anxiety was completely washed away almost immediately. Everyone was kind and pleasant, and my hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr. Simmons was fantastic too, you can instantly tell he is Incredibly competent. He is easy to talk to and has a good sense of humor too! I would recommend Brite Smiles to anyone!

I'm a 55 year old with sensory issues and extreme fear/dislike of dentistry. This is the first time, in my life, that I had a totally positive experience at a dental office. The hygienist, Kaylee, acknowledged my fears and was gentle, explaining things I've never heard before about the why of certain aspects of how things feel. Once I understood what was happening, I could deal with the process with less difficulty. Dr. Simmons came in, was friendly and engaging.

He did a thorough exam that really felt non-invasive. He had a good energy about him. One specific thing I noticed is that I didn't hear any drills going on in other rooms. That sound is one of the things that can quickly ramp up anxiety & tension in people like me. I mentioned it to Kaylee, and she told me any dental work is done in a separate part of the office. Absolutely Genius! All these years. I never knew a visit to the dentist could be this easy to get through.
