Immediately following surgery, keep the gauze pad placed over the surgical area with pressure applied by biting down until the bleeding stops. A certain amount of bleeding is to be expected following a surgical procedure. Placing the gauze pad over the area and biting firmly may control excessive bleeding.

It was a very good experience, I had a tooth pulled, the dentist was great, no complaints at all with the dentist, just the receptionists were kind of weird, especially one of them that bad mouthed another dental office I went to, she asked what dental office I visited before coming here, like why do you need to know that really? I told her anyway, it didn't matter to me and she says, oh we aren't so and so, we are alot better than them, just really weird, no need to bad mouth another dental office, kind of unprofessional.

My experience was a pleasant and seamless process on 4/13/22. Happy front staff. Hygienist very professional and knowledgeable. Explained thoroughly. The dentist likewise was very personable. Office space was clean and organized. Team used a handheld X-ray which was interesting and let me see my X-rays on the screen as they showed up.

Dr. Avetisian and his staff are awesome. I found them on zocdoc and I'm glad I did. I've never had a dentist that didn't make u feel bad but with Dr. Avetisian it's the opposite. He's reassuring and cares about how I feel with the results. I come all the way from Haverhill passing tons of dental practices on the way but it's well worth the drive. I wish I could remember his assistants name as well as the receptionist bcuz they are just as great as the doc. I highly recommend!

Dr. Avetisian is very knowledgeable. Having a diverse training and educational background and years of practice he is very insightful. And this is on top of being considerate and sociable. He clearly and patiently explained the situation with my crown and helped me to choose the best option taking my concerns into consideration.

Dr. A and staff are the most wonderful dentist in this area. My family has been afraid of the dentist for many years, this practice is so caring and compassionate, pain free. Everything is explained, as you can see, my son loves this place. The staff is amazing, all Covid precautions taken, temperature checks, this office is immaculately clean. If you need a family dentist check this place out.

Dr. Avetisyan is a very good dentist who uses the latest technology to provide dental care. I recently had a filling done and not only did he complete it very quickly, the procedure was painless, and the filling feels perfect when I bite. His staff is very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and inviting.

It is hard to find a dentist that is caring, professional and yet with the grade skills. Because I believe dentistry is Form of art. Dr. Tigran Avetisyan Has all these qualities. I am very grateful for the great smile. Office is very clean, bright with latest equipment, And a parking garage only couple 100 feet away is a big plus, not to mention street parking right in front of the office. I would highly recommend this doctor.

I was visiting my friend in Boston and had a dental emergency and needed my tooth pulled my friend took me to United Dental. Dr. Tigran is the best possible dentist you can go to. He is so gentle and caring. I didn't even feel the needle going in and before I knew it he was done pulling my tooth. I was so pleased with the whole process and with the way Dr. Tigran works.
