Posted again because they tried to remove my review. You shouldn't report reviews that you don't agree with. That says a lot about your business. I called to see if they were currently accepting new patients and inquired about the process. The receptionist (or whoever) answered the phone rudely told me, "the first step is to find another orthodontics office because we aren't accepting any new patients." Very rude, and the delivery of her message could have been different and a little more pleasant.
She also abruptly hung up. I found another practice, and I'm glad it isn't Brier Creek Orthodontics if that is how you treat and talk to people. I attempted to reply in my previous review because they lied in their reply about me inquiring about a same-day appointment and assuming I was coming from a different local orthodontic office. I never called them asking for a "same-day appointment" because I was in a different state and moving to North Carolina. That doesn't even make sense. Why would I call to ask for an "x-ray?" Choose somewhere else, people! They can't even lie accurately or remember situations.

This clinic is heaven! They just know how to make their customers super happy and comfortable. Congrats on a beautiful new clinic and new location. Since day one with them I have been always treated in a fantastic way. The staff at the reception, the assistants inside and Dr. Gina Lee who I call the genius, you guys are the best and what blows my mind is that they are all gorgeous in their specific way. Ruby and Amanda are the two sweet assistants that take care of me when I am there. You guys deserve the best. Thanks for an unforgettable experience. You guys made me love the issue that I have in my teeth.

Dr. Gina Lee is THE BOMB DOT COM! The level of professionalism, precision, & knowledge Dr. Lee and her team exude are TOP TIER! Prior to being referred to Dr. Lee, I completed consultations with other Orthodontists where I was very apprehensive moving forward with treatment. I didn't feel reassured that my diastema would not be manipulated in the process of correcting my crossbite. Dr. Lee not only assured me, but with her accurate measurements and detailed notes, the comfortability in moving forward with treatment was a given.
Present day, I am beyond ecstatic! Today marks day 4 of being braces/crossbite free! Smiling has never been an issue for me, but today, my smile is brighter, whiter, & straighter! I highly recommend Dr. Gina Lee for ALL of your orthodontia needs! THANK YOU!

Dr. Lee and her staff are awesome. Back in October I had a tooth pulled and there wasn't enough space for an implant. I went with Invisalign and today I got the attachments removed and fitted for my retainers. Twice I had issues because I didn't remove the braces properly and they got me right in to get worked on. Only eight and a half months and the gap is gone. Thank you to everyone in Dr. Lee's office.

Dr. Lee is one of the most authentic people I have ever met. After seeing several orthodontist in the area for a consult, I am grateful that I found her. She has seen all 3 of my children and is always there even in a sports related emergency! I am even a patient as an adult. I have been extremely impressed and happy with all of the results for my entire family. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Lee and her staff are absolutely the best! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They take there time with me and always explain the steps as I progress through my treatment. This is not my first time in braces but I'm sure this will be my last because I am on pace to the results I've always wanted. Brier Creek Orthodontics not only earned my business but I've already began consults for my daughter to receive her treatment here too!

My son has been going there for a little over a year now. They are friendly, prompt and efficient. My only complaint is the very loud television in the waiting room which plays non-stop pre-teen programs. It is intolerable, and I am unable to sit there so usually have to wait outside while he is being treated.

I have been going to this facility since May 2016, and I must say it has been one of the best experiences I have ever have. Dr. Lee is great! Toby, Caitlyn, and Rozanne are just fantastic. The entire staff is the best, when you come in you are greeted very professionally and before you can even get to a seat you are being called to the back to be serviced.
I can go on and on about this staff but that would take all day and night. To anyone looking for a great staff and orthodontist please look no further you came to the right place and you wont be disappointed; I would recommend anyone to this office.
