It was the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist or doctor. Instead of listening to me, I was treated like a car at a mechanic. They didn't care at to listen to me about the painful toothache I had. My horse was definitely treated better at the vet clinic I took him to afterwards. If I could take away stars I would. It was a very negative experience.

They were so caring and very perfessional. I'm very upset about all I needed done and they reassured me they would be there every step of the way. I really appreciated how I was treated. Thank you

The doctors and staff at Abbeville are wonderful. From the time you walk through the front door until the time you leave, they are courteous, make you feel comfortable and at ease.

They were friendly the hygienist was gentle she was though on the cleaning. The downfall was I was there a long time I was moved from one chair to the next 3 times and waited a long time to get my cleaning procedure done. There were 5 different people who came in during my visit, I started with the hygienist, then a male, then another female then the Dr. then a payment coordinator then back to the hygienist. Hopefully next visit will be quicker I did like the results of my exam and procedure.

Seriously the best dentist I have ever been to! Dr. Tiner and his dental assistant were both so attentive, thorough and very explanatory throughout my entire visit (the entire staff was as well)! I received a root canal with a crown, and also a bridge and I am so happy with the results!

I set up myself and my kids for dental exams. On the phone, I was told as new patients it would be no charge. When I came for mine, the dentist was not personable, seemed to get irritated with my questions, and was clearly pushing for maximum profit. I did some quotes and another dentist will charge me half what they said. When I came for my kids, I found out when I walked in that they decided without telling me to add cleanings for them all. Now, I don't mind paying for things but I expect honesty, integrity, and professionalism from a dental office.

Instead I was grilled about insurance and they were insisting it was all worked out before they would even see the kids. This was after I had only set up new patient exams! Further, as a kid's dentistry, you'd think there would be at least something for kids. Maybe books, magazines, even a small table with a contraption to play with. But nope, just some wall paintings and TVs for the kids to mind numb in the back while they wait. Then, the dentist looked like he needed a shower, badly, and the other dentist made me feel like I was being told what to do and when to do it for my other child.

It wasn't, "This is what we're seeing. Here is my recommendation. Do you have any questions I can answer? How can I help?" Nope it was just, "You need to do this and do that as soon as you get out." She was even using dental terms I had to ask what they meant for clarity. Never, ever coming back to this dentist office again.

While I was in the lobby, three staff members were out there talking trash about their customers. One faculty member answered the phone and was very rude to whoever was on the phone. She then hung up and proceed to bad mouth the customer to the other staff. Once I was taken to the back, I waited for a really long time. At one point the doctor went back there and said "oh you're still here!" I'm guessing he knew I was left waiting for much longer than I should I have.

They recommended I get a root canal, after they had just charged me for a filling for a cavity I don't believe I ever had. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion on the tooth, they stated I don't need a root canal and they don't see why it was said I needed one. To say the least, this dentistry took much of my time and money for no reason.

I've been going to this dentist for years. I always have a good experience and they always tell me my out of pocket costs up front before any procedures. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I went to 82nd and Milwaukee with Dr. Tiner and his amazing staff. I have fairly severe anxiety with dental appt. and I can easily 100% say this was the best and most calming dental appt. I've ever had. I have some major dental work needed and the doctor and his staff were unbelievable. I couldn't have ever dreamed of a doctor with better bedside manner. I feel very confident and fortunate to have found this practice. Thank you to the staff and dentist!

Abbeville west offered a very thorough and professional dental experience. Went for a s heduled cleaning and ended up having to have some fillings. The experience was quick and painless. The Dr. was good to explain in detail my teeth conditions. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked in the door, all of the staff was friendly and helpful. They explained things to me and answered any questions I had. They also offered in-store credit services which makes the financial service in this office so much better than my last visit to a dentist.

I always enjoy going to Abbeyville Dentistry because the minute you walk in the door, the entire staff greets you and make you feel welcomed. Then when you actually are in the back, in the chair, the same treatment is given. Everyone seems so caring and professional.

The office staff, hygienists and doctors are always so respectful and nice! I drive over 40 miles to come here and will not go anywhere else! Great service!

Had 3 fillings filled today, the dental assistant Michael was amazing today! He answered all my questions helped me with my anxiety and not feeling so nervous! Dr Stephenson is amazing the front office staff is so sweet! This office is amazing keep up the good work! You all deserve a raise!

I love my dental team! The staff at Abbeville Dentistry are the best! My appointments are always on time and their very professional and courteous in every way! My experience on this visit and over the past three years has been the best, with very caring practitioners! Thank you all for your great care!

I chipped a tooth in July and got a crown. Soon after I developed an abscess. It's now November 30 and they have yet been able to arrange for a root canal. I would gladly go somewhere else but I've already paid them $269 for 25% reduced cost for the year. The office never answers, rather someone outside the office takes the calls. My appointment has been rescheduled four times.

I had an appointment today and before I went I talked with them and they assured me that I would be seen. I don't drive. I got an Uber only to be told that I would not seen after all. I'm worried that I will loose the tooth. When I was told that I should take an antibiotic it took seven days to get the prescription to my pharmacy. Terrible service. Three months and still waiting.

I had a horrible experience here and won't be returning. I had previously gone to their west location and everything was fine. Now I won't be giving my business to any of their locations.

These folks have no, I mean zero concept of their patients time. The fact that you might have to wait out in the waiting room to be seen for over a half hour is pretty much standard. The you get to move to an exam room and wait some more. Here's the kicker; They made a super duty lower denture for me, but could not make it fit. Did I say MAKE IT FIT!, you bet I did.

They pushed and grinded and shoved this thing in my mouth and it absolutely did not fit. It would not lock down on the implants. So, they gave up and said well, this is how it is. I just walked out. Go back to dental school, all of you.

I have not been to this dentistry as an adult so I cannot give a review based on that but. As far as the Pediatric dentist location a.k.a. Abbeville "dentist tree" it was a wonderful experience for me and my children! I arrived with four children so obviously I had a lot of paperwork to get through the lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating, very smiley and pleasant.

They also allowed my children to go back and start their x-rays before I was even done with the paperwork which I was thankful for. Everyone that worked with my children were attentive and patient. The facilities were top-notch and I loved the paint colors and decorations. This place is very appealing for children and it wasn't overbooked which was great. So thankful I have found a good dentist in Lubbock! I would recommend to anyone with children.

I made a morning appointment for when they first opened. Several people that came in after me were seen before me. I waited nearly an hour to be seen for them to tell me they never got the okay fax from my doctor. I had to call my doctor, have them say they sent it, ask them to resend it, and wait even longer until they got it. It would have been nice if they would have called me the day before to let me know they hadn't received that.

After the cleaning, they scheduled me for my next appointment. When my reminder text came, I called and left a message that I needed to cancel because I was no longer covered for dental insurance. About a week later, I received another reminder text. They also called and left a voicemail. I had to call again and leave another voicemail. They seem extremely disorganized and I would not use them again even if I was covered.

I had to issues like the people below, I got in and out as quick as I wanted to. The staff is friendly, they may be busy, but they make time to check on you and to be sure that you're not bothered. I was offered a blanket because it was cold in the building. They filled me in on what I needed, what it will cost, and what I will have to pay or is covered by the insurance. They give you a take home paper to look over and tell you to take your time on your decisions. Amazing!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The dental hygienist and the dentist on staff are great, but the office staff is incompetent. They will send you to collections for 4 years without the courtesy of calling you ONE time. Mailing statements to an old address, without a response didn't trigger any brain cells to think maybe they moved (as a college kid at the time, we moved every year).

One 5 second call could of prevented this entire thing (cell phone number on file has never been changed). The statement was a dispute between the office and the insurance company on billing, after every visit, I would ask what was owed, only to be told, "It was all covered". And if you try to reach out and ask them why they never called once, they will inform you they had enough time to mail a statement over and over for 4 years.

To think People would have more courtesy and brain power, especially being in Lubbock (home to the courteous). AGAIN, this is a great dentist who's office is run by incompetent/rude/ignorant/lazy individuals.

So yeah I waited a little to be seen. With the way medicine is office appointments will be backed up unless you're the first patient of the day. The staff there is wonderful. You get a detailed list of fees for what you need to have done. They are upfront with the cost. My wife and I will continue to use this office.

It is 10:15 and I am writing this review for my 9:00 appt. I was late about 17 min after driving in from South Texas (where I work) the night before and Lamesa this morning to get a hurting tooth fixed. I was turned away because they have a 10 minute late policy. I understand the need for rules, but I think after listening to the situation they would be more compassionate.

And we pay cash, no insurance they have to deal with. My family was looking for a good dental office in the area, this place isn't for us after this. So beware, they claim to work with your schedule, but only when they choose to. They did want to reschedule, whenever it was convenient for us they said, yet wouldn't go ahead and see me at 9:17 after driving in from out of town.

I had an appointment but after waiting for over a half hour past my appointment time, I had to leave. I'll probably be looking for a different dentist.

Absolutely horrible service, they will over charge you and never look back. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of. Avoid this place!
