I was told that the service is covered under my insurance and I don't need to pay anything. However, they sent me a $150 bill afterwards. When's called and confronted them about it, they told me that yes, we told you that you don't need to pay now! But you have to pay us. Avoid this place if you don't want surprise bills.

I went there for dental cleaning, the front desk staff checked my insurance plan and told me I didn't have to pay for it. But after a few weeks later we got a bill, we called the clinic and the staff said "I said you didn't have to pay at this moment ". And they refer us to the insurance company. However, I believe this is the staff's fault.

Great staff. Always pre-quote dental work so you know exactly how much you're paying, excellent education to patient on pre and post care, thorough, thoughtful, never rushed. Dental hygienist equally as talented. Great practice, highly recommended.

The best dentist I've ever been to. Couldn't feel more comfortable with their amazing staff. I'm happy that I made the switch years ago. True pros that work with you.

I hadn't been to a dentist in 10+ years. I needed a tooth extraction and they found the best oral surgeon for me to get it removed same day! Cut to a few months later and I am getting my first fillings in 34 years and I always thought it was a terrible experience but they were informative and very personable and honestly it wasn't bad at all. Friendly and just all around great place.

I have been here several times for fillings, crowns, and general dental care after going many years without. They are hands down the most compassionate, thoughtful, intentional, gentle dentist and dental care professionals I've ever encountered. I recommend them to everyone. They also helped me find the Delta Dental Discount program because I don't have dental insurance. I couldn't have afforded the care I needed without that help.

They are seriously the best. From the reception personel to the hygenist to the doctors they truly are amazing. Had some really bad dentists when I was little, been going here for years and never had an issue. They don't hurt me when working on my teeth which is very important to me. If you want your dental needs to be addressed in an effective way this is the place to go in Bloomington, I am convinced after having been a patient at multiple places in this town over the years. Prices are reasonable and they have tvs in the chairs. Pretty cool!

I have had issues with going to the dentist my whole life. Most of those issues are chalked up to me not making myself go and poor examples in my childhood. However, when I tell you that Bloomington Dental Group is the first office I've returned to in the 10+ years that I've been driving myself to my appointments, I'm not exaggerating one bit. My visits to other dentist offices, sporadic as they were, never once led to a follow up appointment.

I expected the same when I showed up to my appointment with Dr. Howder. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I looked forward to my return visit. Even though he told me I needed TWO root canals (which I also did and STILL show up to my follow up appointments). I've only ever been a patient to Dr. Howder at this office, but the atmosphere is so friendly and accepting there that Dr. Parker (someone who has never seen me as their own patient) stopped in to check on me during one of my appointments.

Take it from me, someone who didn't go to the dentist like they should have, stop wasting your time. Make your first appointment with them and see for yourself. I now go to the dentist like I should. And I don't plan on that changing.

I've been a patient of Bloomington dental group for a number of years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. All of the dental care that I've had there has been excellent. I've had a handful of crowns put on. And a number of fillings, and cleanings. All the work that's been done for me has been done at of what I consider to be a very reasonable price.

I have the Delta Dental discount plan, and they honor it there. It saves me a lot of money. I highly recommended it. Everybody at Bloomington dental group is very friendly, very professional, and does a really good job of putting me at ease. I don't know about you, but I really hate going to the dentist. But these guys make it as easy as it possibly can be. And Doctor Howder is the greatest!

Excellent experience! Shannon was fantastic! She really did a wonderful job explaining everything from the least expensive to the most expensive repair costs. She went out of her way to make the flipper (purchased elsewhere) fit properly. I couldn't be happier with the replacement filling that now matches my normal tooth color! Dr. Howder was very kind and informative. He did an outstanding job. I will definitely be making this clinic my dental home! The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming, too!
