I highly recommend the whole staff at Bittner Family Dental. Dr. Chloe was an extremely skilled and kind doctor and she was able to quickly and painlessly complete my fillings. She made the whole procedure so comfortable and communicated with me on every step. I've been going to Bittner Family Dental Group for the past few years. Everyone I've encountered there, from reception, the staff, and all the dentists are very warm, caring, and friendly. I feel very confident in the services they provide. I also appreciate the fact that they listen to all of my questions and concerns related to my oral health. They are fantastic!

Both Drs. Bittner (Sr. and Jr.), and Dr. Jen, plus two dental assistants worked on helping me acquire a bridge in one afternoon this week. Awesome teamwork and dedication! They made an extraordinary effort to take care of my dental issues. I chose Dr. Bittner as my dentist almost 15 years ago and although I live in another state now, I fly back to the Bay Area for appointments; I would not consider going anywhere else!

I am also a dentist and the young Jerry Bittner III is the only doctor I will let touch my teeth. I live in southern California and will fly up to him whenever I need work done. He has an extremely gentle touch, knows his stuff very well, and is the best dentist that I know. His family practice is also incredibly amazing and relaxing. I highly, highly, recommend Dr. Bittner III and their practice.

I had an falling accident and had knocked out my 2 front veneers. Dr. Bittner's staff quickly scheduled an emergency appointment for me.taking x-rays and impressions for new veneers. I've been to a variety of dental practices in my life and always thought I was given good treatment. I just didn't know any better. After coming to Bittner Family Dental, I now in fact know what it feels like to be under amazing care. None of my other experiences even come close to mine here! From the second you walk through the door, you are immediately made family and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.

I saw Dr. Jerry and he did such an awesome job giving me a thoughtful treatment plan. You can truly tell that he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He actually has already given me two fillings using a laser, which I've never seen before, and I am beyond impressed. I was shown before and after pictures and you can't even notice there is a filling there!

Just looks like a regular ol' tooth. I've never had such confidence in a dentist before and would 1000% recommend Dr. Jerry and Bittner Family Dental Group to anyone in need of an amazing dentist!

My experience with the Bittner Dental Group has been very positive as the entire staffs are warm and inviting. On Wednesday, I had my teeth examined and cleaned by Dr. Jerry who was very professional and listened to your concerns and addressed them one at a time. I felt that he was extremely thorough in both the examination and cleaning while simultaneously making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and I appreciate his dedication to both his profession and his patients.

GENERAL: The office itself is distinctly modern and very clean, and I really felt like it had that pristine boutique-level vibe. The aesthetic is separate from the care itself of course (which is also great), but I feel like if I am going to get dental work, I would want to do it in an office that makes me comfortable, which the office really is. Isabel and Tom, the receptionists, are very kind and thoughtful with answering questions and welcoming you to the office. They, alongside the dental hygienists and assistants, are also very timely with reminders and appointment notices, which are done through both phone call and email.

If there was one area of improvement here, it would be if the Bittner Family Dental Group website itself was better about online bookings and offering the ability to modify appointments online. DENTAL CLEANINGS: In times I've got cleanings, I have been helped by several very good dental assistants and by Gina, the dental hygienist, who has done my cleaning. Gina is very proficient at doing the dental cleanings - I have had a number of below average dental cleanings across the Bay Area and she really is precise while being rightfully gentle and efficient.

A big factor in this is well is that the office seems to have the latest technologies and newfangled machines - they used lasers to clean my teeth, and they've never felt cleaner. I also suspect that the use of this technology seems to take a lot of skill, and Gina alongside the other assistants seemed to be very knowledgeable and adaptable. Alongside the cleaning, I can also say that the staff was great in giving me an oral health check and performing x-rays to identify potentially problematic areas. INVISALIGN TREATMENT: I also completed a full year and some change for Invisalign treatment which was expertly handled when I was under the care of a combination of Dr. Suri, Dr. Jen, the dental hygienist Gina, and dental assistants Shiv and Narda.

The Invisalign treatment started with a consultancy appointment with Dr. Jen. One of the things I appreciated most about that consultancy was that at no point did I feel like Dr. Jen was trying to overtly sell me on the idea of Invisalign, but just took time to answer my questions and provide the health benefits of my teeth if I were to go through the treatment, including fixing my snoring (which it did), having a much easier time cleaning my teeth, and straightening my jaw.

I personally feel like dental offices should leave the choice to the patient while educating them, and I am very grateful they chose to take this approach and hope that continues to be the case. After I agreed to the treatment, my teeth were scanned in by a very futuristic looking machine with the aid of Gina and Shiv, and I got to know Dr. Suri as she would then become the primary care provider on the treatment.

I would go for checkups on my teeth and treatment every month or so, and the office even maintained contact with me during the early days of the pandemic. Still, the treatment persisted, as did timely aligners and evaluations. In now having finished the treatment a year later, I can say that Invisalign under the care of the staff at the Bittner Family Dental Office transformed my smile.

My teeth are substantially straighter and healthier than where they were at the beginning of the treatment, and the staff was there to talk to me about how it was going, ensuring the aligners had a comfortable fit, and giving me a realistic timetable while ensuring that I was getting the full value of my treatment. OVERALL: As I mentioned in my intro, I could not be more grateful to the staff at Bittner Family Dental Group for offering excellent service from the moment I stepped in the door, to the times I've done my cleanings, and throughout my entire Invisalign treatment. I will keep going back, and my hope is that they continue to modernize the office while offering genuine opinions and care to every new and existing patient that comes in.

Everyone that I've met here at Bittner is professional and warm! Besides regular cleaning, they've been excellent at doing maintenance to my ancient fillings and crowns. Most recently, they've replaced two 20+ year- old crowns due to decay underneath, and the process was much more pleasant than I had ever anticipated! They have in-house 3D printers for the crowns, and the fit was just phenomenal, thanks Dr. Suri! Unfortunately, my insurance company incorrectly ruled on one of the crown work and initially denied the claim, but the team here followed through with the appeal and succeeded after 4 months (the patience!). Thank you all at Bittner for making dentist visits not so scary and dare I say pleasant :)
