I have been visiting the IDC center for 15 years for all my dental care needs and have also received 3 dental implants there. I got a referral from my doctors to see a doctor at this place. I have done 10 implants so far during 5 years or so. I have been there for 5 years and I am still very happy with the service. I love my implants and I am planning in doing some other ones. Thank guys for such an care and attention to my needs.

This place is a disaster. Called to get information about a bicon dental implant where the crown that was attached to it had fallen out and I was referred from one person to another and it had been three weeks after having left several messages, no one has returned my calls. It seems like no one cares. Customer service is non existent. Extremely disappointing.

Truly the worst experience I have had with any a service provider. Dr Morgan was offensive from the outset and the service was a disgrace. They will treat you as an adversary rather than as a customer. Unprofessional, sleazy practice. They do not even deserve the 1 star minimum required to make this post. Avoid them at all cost.
