Wish i had a great experience but i didn't. The doctor was wonderful, so was the dental hygienist with him, and the receptionist. But the person who did my teeth was not. She laughed when i told her i had ANXIETY and would need to go take an anxiety meds due to the construction noise going on. I almost did not return but the receptionist saw how upset i was and convinced me to return.
I was not happy that when i had to return for my second visit, she was the one who whitened my teeth in the room closest to the construction noise even though I asked not to be. Didn't bother to ask to take a before picture to compare to the after look. I will never return

From the beautiful, newly renovated office to the ladies that greet you at the front, Dawn and Kelly, it is a great experience from the start! Dr. Betor is not only extremely patient and knowledgeable, but also takes the time to make conversation and answer all of your questions. If you are looking for a new dentist, this one comes highly recommended!

Highly recommend Betor for your dental needs. My family are long time patients and we couldn't be in better hands. We've had simple to complex procedures and are always amazed by the skill level performed. Not only does Betor have the expertise but he truly cares for you as a patient. The office staff love their job and it shows. They greet you with a smile and ask you about your day. The newly remodeled office is amazing too.

From the day I walked into the office, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. This is a professional atmosphere and they care about the needs of their patients. They provide up to date procedures, the ladies (staff) are awesome, and the doctor is wonderful. Thank you all for your help in creating an even beautiful smile. Had two wonderful experiences so far here! The first was on a whim to fixed a crack tooth. Best filling I've ever had! And I'm someone who dreads going to the dentist! Had my teeth here cleaned as well and the technician did wonderful. They also said I could continue to do preventative measures instead of getting three cavities filled like another practice told me I needed done. Definitely appreciate their approach!

I use to be a patient with Dr. Richard Betor and have smoothly transitioned to Dr. Michael Betor. There aren't enough STARS to express how wonderful he is. I am never nervous about having any pain, he explains things well and he has a great sense of humor. He is there for you, when you need him. Can I give 10 **********?

I am a student, and my school's insurance covers dental care at the Case Western dental school. I came to Dr. Betor for a check up, Cleaning, and x-rays. Everyone was very sweet and accommodating. The x-rays were extremely fast, painless, and easy. The dental hygienist indicated the x-rays are digital and could easily be sent to my regular dentist at Case.
I enjoyed my visit. The only downfall was that my dental insurance through school did not cover the appointment, so I had to pay a little over $300 for the services rendered at the appointment. If my insurance covered it, I would be back.

I have always had bad experiences at dentists' offices, however, I think I finally found a great office! I had the best cleaning I've ever had. I experienced absolutely no pain. I then went to get zoom whitening. I never believed my teeth could be so white! I drink coffee and wine, and I also smoke. my teeth are sensitive as well. Holy crap balls.hardly any pain! watching someone bite into ice cream sends tears down my face, yet I only felt a few zingers! they definitely take care of you! the best part is that the flossing lecture is minimal and they don't make you feel bad for your vices. I actually set up an appointment for 6 months for another cleaning; I have never done that! definitely check this place out!

The teeth whitening was amazing - I've had it done 5 times and this was my best Zoom treatment yet! - and the assistant was extremely, extremely nice. Even the younger dentist working there who I met on my first visit was extremely nice. It would have absolutely been a 5 star review up until 2 minutes before I left. As I was leaving, the senior dentist came to speak with me, I'm assuming Dr. Richard.
He started talking about problems with Obama and Muslims and other politically incorrect information. God love him, and I'm sure he didn't know, because I was wearing just a hoodie due to the circumstance, but I happen to be Muslim. I just don't expect to hear political and religious commentary from a dentist, and don't really appreciate it, but if you only care about how your teeth look, I would recommend it. Wish the team all the best, but it would maybe be a consideration to be a little bit less controversial.

I bought a groupon for Zoom teeth whitening in March. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The Zoom whitening itself was not painful (I also took 2 advils before the procedure) but I did have a couple "zingers" towards the end of the treatment. I loved how white my teeth were for about 3 days, then I noticed my natural color coming back slowly (yellowish at the root of the teeth). Although I got a good deal from Groupon, I dont think it's worth it because the actual bright smile lasts for about a couple days.

I have to say that I found Dr Betor before our wedding. He made my teeth perfect just in time for my wedding day! I have never had to wait long for appointments and I never wait long in the office before being seen! He does a great job! I have never had billing problems like I have had at MANY other dental offices. I recently went back with my 4 year old son and I could not be happier with his care!
My son is not scared to go there and I can take him back again without worrying about him being traumatized by a bad dentist. All of the staff is amazing! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE EVER!
