My family has been using Peninsula Dental Care for over 2 decades. l can't say enough about this place. Everyone is extremely nice and pleasant. Dr. Pham and staff are first rate. Whenever we go there, I know we are receiving the best dental care and treatment. I feel like I am visiting friends. Service with professionalism and compassion. I would never even think about going some place else. Thank you Peninsula dental care.

My family and I have been going to Peninsula Dental for years. We love it here. They do not over treat or rush appointments. It's easy to get through when calling to make appointments or when I have a billing question, which always gets resolved quickly. Dr. Pham and her team are awesome! I highly recommend using them!

I love this dentist! It's very easy to schedule appointments. When I come in, I am in and out of there. They do everything so efficiently, quickly and very friendly. I've only needed dental exam, X-rays and cleaning. I also just recently got fitted for a night guard.

My first visit there was very good. The front office were very friendly and helpful. Forgive me if I get her name wrong I believe it was Jesse the hygienist was great, very nice and I felt very comfortable with her cleaning and x raying my teeth and for that I Thank her. Dr. Phram was very nice and kind as well and I really like her and will enjoy seeing her as my dentist and being a patient at the practice. Thank you again.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. Everything that was going to be done at my appointment and in future appointments was explained thoroughly. Ashley was very personable and made me feel at ease. Knowing the issues I was dealing with, Dr. Pham was very gentle when she examined my teeth. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future to get my smile back. Would highly recommend anyone looking for great dental care in Newport News to go see Dr. Pham and her team.

Tuesday was my first time at Peninsula Dental Care, I gave them a four star but, today I went back to get my Procedure done, and 5 stars Is nothing to compare them with everyone was Amazing. I recommend them to anyone who need a dentist. Keep on doing the great work guys.

Never had an issue with any staff member. On my last visit the take home bag had sensitive toothpaste and I thought it was nice that they remembered. (I only use sensitive toothpaste) They also referred me to a wonderful pediatric dentist named Chompers. And they are amazing there as well for my kids.

I've had nothing but great experiences since I started going to Dr. Pham. Her entire staff from the front office to the dental team are very personable. They're very time efficient with getting the procedures completed with no complications. It's also a plus that you can chat with her about the latest Marvel/DC movies as she's also a fan.

This really is a wonderful practice. They are extremely caring and patient. Dr. Pham does excellent work! I strongly recommend Peninsula Dental Care to anyone in need of a dentist. I had ton of anxiety coming in and I was welcomed and set at ease by my dental hygienist, who was able to empathize with me.

Everyone was so nice there! Originally my first appointment couldn't be scheduled until the end of May but to my luck one opened up and they called me back almost immediately and I was able to get in there a couple days later. I loved it there. I felt so comfortable being there.

I always receive great service but I don't appreciate not being trusted to pay for the services rendered. In the past I was allowed to pay for the services rendered after my visit was complete but was told now they are enforcing the policy of payment first. This can become an inconvenience if the charges are not the same after the visit is complete. In that case I will need to present payment again or request a credit. I would give 5 stars but I don't like not being trusted to make a payment.

Yesterday was my first time at this office. I must say I was very impressed. When I pulled up I noticed you have to call before walking in. I walked in I was impressed with how I was the only patient in the waiting area. With Covid going on I appreciated that. They also had their air purifiers blowing. The two ladies at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant.

It was nice to finally put faces to the voices that I had previously had conversations with on the phone. The office was very clean and quiet. I was very nervous in the beginning but as soon as I got to the back and was greeted by the hygienist(I forgot her name) all of my nervousness went away. She was very sweet and explained everything she was going to do.

From the time that she took my FMX(x-rays)to her perio charting, to then her cleaning my teeth, I felt so relaxed and I felt no pain. She was so gentle. I actually closed my eyes a few times. Dr. Pham came in to examine me and I liked her right from the beginning. She was right to the point, didn't have me waiting a long time at all, and was so sweet.

I'm already scheduled for my next two appointments and I'm actually excited. I never thought I'd say that. I told my husband and three kids that they are going to love Dr. Pham and her staff. I know I do.

Dr Pham and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, competent, and welcoming. They do a great job of ensuring all patients are comfortable and that procedures are administered with observance of pain management. The entire experience is top of the line as soon as you walk through the door

Absolutely the best dentist office I've been to hands down. I'd travel from Virginia Beach to Newport News just to stay with this practice. From the front desk to Dr Pham, and everyone in between they are amazing. I've never had a bad experience.

The staff, are absolutely wonderful! Jessie, my dental hygienist, made sure that I was well taken care of. She has a really gentle technique. Dr. Pham, and all the staff, are very helpful, and they explain everything, that they are going to do, and keep me well-informed. If an opening, becomes available, before my set appointment, they get in touch with me, so I can have everything, taken care of. I truly, enjoy my visits, and having conversations with the staff.

The people who work here are absolutely amazing. I would recommend them a thousand times over at this point, and today was my first visit. I even had a great experience calling in for the first time. She made me feel so welcomed over the phone that there was no way I wasn't coming in to be seen. When I got there every staff member I encountered from stepping my foot in the door was amazing.

They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and just plain good at what they do when it comes to taking care of your dental needs. I'm talking way too much, with far too many run on sentences for a first visit. I'm deathly afraid of the dentist, but I actually look forward to going back to be seen here. Keep up the fantastic work beautiful people! I definitely appreciate you.
