Radiation reduction-Digital image receptors require less quantity of radiation to produce a diagnostic image. The receptors are much more sensitive to low levels of radiation than film radiographs. The amount of radiation is reduced by 70%! Easy diagnosis-Digital x-rays have made it much easier to diagnose certain oral health complications.
The removal of plaque-Plaque is the result of a thin biofilm that is constantly forming on the surfaces of our teeth. The bacteria found in plaque will grow by feeding of the starches and sugars in your diet. When plaque is not removed, the bacteria will produce toxins that eat away at the enamel and cause infection of the gum tissues.

Personality-People who have aggressive, hyperactive, or competitive personality types are at an increased risk of bruxism. Medications and substance use-Certain medications, as well as alcohol use, tobacco use, and caffeinated beverages have all been linked to bruxism.
All-ceramic crowns-This type of crown is fabricated using a porcelain-based material and is best suited for restoring teeth in your visible smile. However, recent advancements have led to their use for posterior teeth as well. Porcelain-fused to metal-This crown is extremely durable and provides a stronger bond than regular porcelain.

I have been a patient at Bagley Dental for years and the staff have always made sure I felt welcome and cared for. I appreciate how courteous all of the staff are. During my latest appointment, I wrote down the wrong starting time, and the staff called to confirm I was still planning on making it to the appointment. Staff have always been able to answer any questions I have.
My retainer has been bothering me while flossing for the last few months and I was unaware if I needed to a referral to fix it. However, Dr. R Bagley and his staff made sure to take care of it in office as well as answer any other questions I had. I never once felt dumb for bringing up concerns or questions. These things make me feel like I am a cared and valued patient, and not just another person walking through the door.
After my check up, staff helped me reschedule a follow up so I don't slack on scheduling one on my own, which I appreciate. It is super easy for me to procrastinate appointment scheduling. I highly recommend Bagley Dental to anyone in need of a Dentist in Tri-Cities.

I visited Bagley Dental with a cracked tooth and a good deal of trepidation. I left with a big smile on my face! The needle pokes into my mouth were almost 100-percent pain-free, and from there it was smooth sailing. For the last year I have been dreading a deep-cleaning I need-- now no more! Their use of nitrous oxide during the procedure is also state-of-the-art.
I thought I was going to need deeper sedation or maybe even general anesthesia-- not necessary! Anyone experiencing my degree of dental-work anxiety should definitely go to Bagley Dental.

I've always had an excellent experience at Bagley Dental. I see Dr. Andrew - he's professional and funny. I spent less than a minute in the waiting room before being taken back to the room. X-rays and cleaning were easy and well done. I strongly recommend the Bagley brothers to anyone needing dental cleanings / treatment. A++

Always a pleasant experience to go to Bagley Dental. The staff and doctors are kind, helpful and caring. They make sure my teeth, gums and mouth are in the best shape they can be. They provide reminders for appointments, especially because I need to take antibiotics before every one of my sessions. I so appreciate that! Who knew a trip tot he dentist could be so comforting? It's true, at Bagley.

I've been going to Bagley Dental for years, and have always been impressed with the consistent quality of care I've received! The staff is very kind and informative. Because of my sweet tooth I've have a couple of operations done, and let me say, they were painless and quick. Dr Bagley also helped me brighten my smile with some teeth whitening options, which I really liked.

My experience was awesome, I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to a horrible dentist visit in the past which caused me to have fear of the dentist, Dr Andrew and the hygienist were so nice and made me feel comfortable which never in a million years I thought would happen. I went to Bagley dental after years of avoiding the dental office because of past bad experiences, and they did an awesome job. I felt totally comfortable with the hygienist and dentist, and they did very good work. I had my teeth cleaned and some fillings done all in the same day, and it was much easier than expected. I'd highly recommend them to family and friends.

Horrible hygentist went there today to get a wisdom tooth pulled and I was already falling asleep from the sedation and the hygentist gets down in my face and says "your old enough to not cry or be afraid of a needle so buck up" I had one tear fall down my face and she's yells NO CRYING or your not allowed to come back! the doctor saw me cry and told them not to do it anymore. this is absolutely horrible we have been going there for years! We will not be returning! horrible service

I've been really happy with my experience at Dr. Bagley's. Everytime I go in, it's always a very short wait. They usually call me back to the exam room within five minutes of when I arrive. Dr. Bagley is always patient and he takes the time to answer my questions. I like it that he explains what he's doing and why. Plus, he always gives me options and I don't feel like I'm being forced into something I don't want to do.
The staff has been informative and when I need it, they break stuff down like insurance, deductibles, benefits, and payment so I don't leave feeling like I don't know what I just paid for.
