I had an emergency dental situation and Dr. Badaoi fit me in almost immediately. Lina was also so helpful- she contacted me from her cell phone regarding my email before they were even open/she was in the office in order to fit me in that morning. When I saw Dr. Badaoi he was so kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout my experience. He personally helped me schedule a follow up with him and also with his colleague. They have also been incredibly responsive when I have reached out and gotten back to me almost immediately. Highly recommend!

Dr. Badaoui and Dr. Moroi were incredibly professional and skilled. I got all 4 wisdom teeth removed here, and the turnaround time was so fast: after calling their office, it was only a matter of days before I had them all removed. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I am absolutely in love with this place and Dr. Badaoui. He continues to take very very good care of me whenever I come to the office. I have the ability to reach out to him after hours if needed if I'm in a lot of pain. He even helped me save a tooth from a root canal which is super expensive. I'm so grateful! In addition to his extreme due diligence for his clients, he's very personable.

He will ask how is work, how is life etc. It shows me that he truly cares and I respect that. I love him, love this office, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service. Truly.

I cannot say enough good things! I spent years avoiding the dentist until I knew I had no choice. I came to Copley Dental on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I did! I've now been coming for a year and a half and I cannot believe the improvement I've seen. Jodi at the front desk has been incredible in making me feel at ease since day one.

Dr. B was an absolute life saver. I had severe tooth pain Friday evening and was able to see Dr. B first thing Saturday morning. He diagnosed the issues (because i had two things causing me pain at once) and clearly outlined my options and next steps. I had a root canal and a tooth pulled, and both went great! Even when I started to feel a little sick during the root canal, Dr. B was great at finishing up the procedure and helped me feel better. Both procedures were pain free, and the extraction only took 10 minutes!

I had to get an emergency filling and Copley Dental Associates was amazing! I got in within 30 minutes of calling and they did a fantastic job. Very kind and efficient. 10/10 would recommend :

I was looking for an emergency dentist as I fractured my front tooth in a skating accident, got an appointment 2 hours after I called them. The staff was very friendly and helpful and Dr. Badaoui was straight forward with what needed to be done. The doctor did a great job fixing my teeth, and the final cost turned out be be lower than the estimate, which was a big relief!

Been coming here for a long time and they know what they are doing. Their work is high quality and I always leave smiling. I love the staff and they remember me between visits which is comforting. Couldn't be happier!

My sister had an excruciating dental emergency in very off hours and the Doctor was so kind and came in in the late evening of a Friday night to help. My sister had a major dental phobia which is now resolved after this appointment, having trusted the doctor so much to be able to do a root canal. I heard nothing but glowing reviews from a very grateful patient. I can't recommend this office enough, and he has gained a regular client in my relieved sister.

This is to give a feedback to a great professional dentist, Dr. Charles Badaoui, who took an extra care of me as a doctor and as a human in an emergency situation, where I was in need of urgent assistance and no other hospitals were available due to holiday season and absence of the walk in option (only precooked patients). This clinic accepted me on a walk in basis and the doctor provided all necessary medical assistance on a high professional level, I eventually felt better and have a hope to fully recover during holidays. In addition the doctor provided all necessary paperwork. Thank you, Dr. Charles, for your care, help and professionalism.

I've been a patient at Copley dental for nearly 20 years. I suffered some major dental trauma in high school which did not heal correctly and needed to be corrected. Dr Badaoui and his team corrected everything from my implants, to my gum repair and augmentation. Since then the care of my general dentistry and implant maintenance has been next level. Badaoui and his staff have become like family. I could not more highly recommend this dental practice!

Dr. Charles in Copley dental did an excellent job for my annual dental clean up. Before the cleaning, I have a lot of built- up stains on my teeth and it's very hard to get rid of. After the cleaning, I have shining white teeth again! I am very thankful for the doctor's excellent job! The staffs are also very nice! Definitely a five-star visit!

I have been going to Copley Dental for thirty years. Dr Badaoui's dental care is extraordinary. Staff is exceptional at finding convenient appointments for me and my children during these years. Staff is wonderful with working with Insurance providers. Always a positive and supportive environment.

I needed an emergency appointment to fix a painful tooth after 2 weeks of issues. Dr. Badaoui was so kind and gentle. I was anxious and nervous, he put me at ease, fixed my issue, gently! And made sure to let me know he was available if I needed anything and offered follow up help. Highly recommend!

DO NOT OPT in for a DENTAL EMERGENCY with this Dr. Charles Badaoui. They overcharge you and do not participate with Delta Dental /BCBS if it is an emergency and so they are considered NON-PARTICIPATING provider with the insurance and not OUT-OF-NETWORK. So they charge twice of what is considered maximum allowed by the insurance. So even if insurance pays 90% of maximum allowable, you have to bear 60% in total costs. UPDATE: I did reach out to the insurance as per your response, they told that the maximum allowable service fee was calculated as per the area. And that itself is only half of what you charge.

I have been seeing Dr. Badaoui and his office for over 20 years. This office is incredibly professional, incredibly passionate about dentistry, and ever so caring about satisfying the physical needs of their patients while displaying the utmost sensitivity to every specific situation. He gives you the information that you need to take care of yourself so you don't need to see him.

And when the time comes for you to need his services, he provides the options and explains the pros and cons of each scenario. I've never felt that this office wanted to experiment on my teeth for the sake of "doing a procedure." He's created a familial atmosphere at Copley Dental and there is no other dental office I'd prefer for my family than Dr. Badaoui the associates at Copley Dental.

Dr. Badaoui is the best. very knowledgeable, sweet and funny guy. Twice I've had extreme tooth pains and called Copley Dental, they were able to schedule me same day/following day. The staff are so kind. Very fortunate to find a great dental office in such short notice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Badoui is by far the best dentist I have had the opportunity to receive dental care from over the last 17 years. He provides outstanding service and access to a variety of specialty services. I have had general, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and pediatric services completed here. Look no further this is a great dental location, state of the art office, and CLEANLINESS.

Beyond grateful. I am a doctor and amidst the Covid crisis had my permanent retainer dislodge on one side. Multiple practices refused to see me because I was not established patient and my own dentist was out for three weeks. Dr. Badouri and his staff came in at 9pm the night of and fixed it within 30 minutes. He even submitted the insurance claim for me that night. Because it was raining and snowing and there was no Uber available, he drove me and his staff member to the appointment.

The WORST dentist experience I have ever had. I switched my dentists for location/convenience and I regretted it 15 min into my appointment. Reception was helpful and polite, my dental hygienist was rude, and rough and had nothing but bad things to tell me, made my mouth bleed and hurt for a few days after. The dentist came in - told me I had a cavity, then sent in a gum specialist who told me how I needed to all of this work done when it was completely unnecessary.

I never returned and instead went back to my original dentist who saw no cavities, no gum problems what so ever. "Copley" fancy downtown Boston dental only trying to bill your insurance for as many procedures as possible. Very disappointed. Then wanted $40 to transfer my x-rays.

I dislike going to the dentist. Surprise, who doesn't? I was fortunate to find this practice. Clean. Professional. Accommodating. This is an earned 5 star review. Thanks Doc Badaoui. You were as gentle as a lamb.

Dr. Grace is the best dentist I've ever seen. She fixed three fillings for me and not only was the work incredible, she was so thoughtful and considerate of my comfort throughout the (quick) appointment. Dr. Grace is a rockstar and if you're at all skittish, you're going to want her working on you.

COPLEY DENTAL ASSOCIATES SCAMMED ME AND SENT ME TO THE ER! Sit down and grab some popcorn cause this one is a doozy. I scheduled an emergency appointment at Copley Dental Associates for an infected impacted wisdom tooth. (Bottom right tooth) I showed up at 2:00 (keep that time in mind) for my appointment. The man at the desk seemed friendly, and at first I didn't feel like this place was bad. However, I was called into the patient room and Dr. Badoui came in.

Without even flashing a light into my mouth, he looked at my teeth for 1 minute (Not exaggerating) and quickly said I needed my TOP wisdom tooth taken out THAT DAY! I asked why, because it didn't make sense to me to have the top one taken out. It wasn't causing me pain. The main problem was the infection on my bottom tooth. I knew I needed antibiotics to clear up the infection.

Except he had not even mentioned anything about the infection or antibiotics, he hadn't even taken any X-rays. He was trying to tell me that it was more important to get the top wisdom tooth out so that I "wouldn't bite down on my gum" BUT THE REASON WHY I WAS BITING ON MY GUM WAS BECAUSE IT WAS SWOLLEN FROM THE INFECTION! He said that he would take out the top one first and then the next day take out the bottom one.

He was giving me an attitude the entire time as I asked my questions, trying to make me feel like I didn't know anything. However, I grew up with family and friends as dentists and I knew there was something wrong here. I told him I was not going to get anything removed today and that I needed to go. He wrote me a prescription for antibiotics and I LEFT IN TEARS!

The funniest part is that he charged me $200 for the a visit that was 20 MINUTES LONG! I was told they would email an itemized receipt to to send to my insurance company so I could be reimbursed BUT TO NO SURPRISE I haven't received any receipt, but only an email asking to leave a positive review. Anyways the appointment was so quick that I took the 2:40 train back home.

I ended up having an allergic reaction to the antibiotics he had prescribed me and had to go to the ER. While I was there I told the doctor about my visit, and he said normally dentists wait until an infection is cleared up before performing oral surgery. If he had performed surgery on the infected tooth I could have came down with Sepsis. LONG STORY SHORT!

This dental office is a scam and they are only out for the money. The dentists abuse their power by making their patients feel inferior and like they don't know best. This is how they scam you over. If I had let them take my teeth out I would've been overcharged $600 by the looks of the other reviews AND could've have even come down with sepsis.

I ENCOURAGE EVERYONE to please! Trust your instincts and get other opinions. If a dentist is rushing you around and telling you that you need to get procedures done before they even take any X-rays THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. AND THIS PLACE IS ONE OF THOSE PLACES TO ABSOLUTELY NOT BE TRUSTED. PS: Notice how their reviews on google are 4.5 stars but on Yelp it's 3?! That's because they can pay to have bad reviews removed!

Always get a cleaning here - they have great suggestions that pay off (electric toothbrush brand) and helped with teeth whitening. Very happy with the zoom teeth whitening as well - easy and not bad pricing.

Horrible place. The receptionists don't know the payments according to the health plan and the dentist, Dr. Badaoui is very rude and misogynistic. He insisted that his receptionists do not have to know the policies of the insurance and that it was just the responsibility of the patients. Before this incident, they kept making mistakes of my copayment, switching constantly everytime I went there.

Front desk is nice and professional. Overall good experience. I've been a patient here for several years and have had no problems. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Dentist made sure I didn't feel pain when working on my teeth.

Dr Bedoui has been my dentist since I was fifteen years old - he is very talented, pays extra attention to never cause pain and in addition is a great, friendly and kind human being. He really goes out of his way for his patients (comes in on holidays, late night calls). I no longer live in Boston, but still come back to him when I visit my family. Overall - best dentist on earth.

I'm a patient of Dr. badauoi for over 12 years. I no longer live in Boston, but I continue to travel long distant to get my annual cleaning and any major works done. I trust my dentist and if there is any issue, you could always call or contact dr. Badauoi. Dr. Moroi and Dr. Yamamoto are also very excellent Doctors! The good thing is the office will work with you.

You could ask step by step process of a procedure, the cost breakdown, and even payment options. For example: monthly Invisalign payments or if some major surgery with a crown, if that could be spread the process through two calendar years. For example: surgery in dec of 2016 and crown in Jan 2017. Therefore you could maximize your flexible spending and dental allowance and minimize your out of pocket.

During your check up, you could always ask the doctor the health of you teeth and if he/she foreseen any work you might need to be done, so you could allocate to your flexible spending. If you teeth is health, the dentist will simply advise so. Copley dental is more on the expensive side. However I had works done any never regretted or had any fear that something went wrong.

The worst is getting something done and having to go to another dentist to get it fix all over again. I understand a few people have issues with the front desk being rude. All I could say is that she is not very approachable compare to the previous girls, but she does her job.

I cannot say enough good words about Copley dental associates. I was out of town and my mom who came from overseas had a dental emergency. They were able to get mom in the next day. She did not speak a word of English and they were still able to help her. Doctor immediately relieved her pain and was able to create a recommended path to recovery. She did not have us insurance so they also gave her a bit of discount.

Copely Dental Associates is not to be trusted. I went here for a cleaning because my coworker suggested them and I'm new to the area. The dental hygienist was nice and appeared to have done an okay job. However, the dentist took one look at my teeth, without so much as shining a light in my mouth or tilting me backwards, and declared that I had a cavity that needed to be treated immediately.

She said it was "quite deep". I was surprised at this because I have not had any cavities in the past 10 years because I take good care of my teeth. I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another dentist, who used a light (gasp!) and x-rays and even took macro pictures of my teeth to show me, that indeed, my teeth were cavity free. I have not written a review before in consideration of my coworker, but they continue to pester me by signing me up for automated reminder services that email or text me every week about visiting them.

I unsubscribe but they keep coming. This is just part of the way they are creepy. When you go into the office, they immediately ask for your credit card information, and ask you to sign a form saying they can charge you. They also ask you to sign a form saying you received a notice of privacy practices, which they do NOT give you. I asked for the notice and they took 10 minutes to find a copy, which was badly copied with a huge smear streak in the middle so you can only read the 30% of the notice on each side of the streak. Seriously, this place gives me the creeps.

WORST DENTAL OFFICE IN BOSTON! This place is a nightmare. The front desk staff is RUDE, condescending and bunch of lazy idiots. I was told I needed multiple procedures to correct my dental issue. After months of painful visits, and thousands of $$$ collected, I still have the same problem. And let's not forget how much they OVERCHARGE patients, not only collecting thousands from insurance, but also thousands more from the patient. Add to that non-responsiveness to phone calls and emails, you definitely should AVOID this place at ALL COSTS!

I take my kids here and couldn't be happier. They treat them well, are super flexible and they are NOT suggesting crazy ortho or other procedures (like another boston dentist we went to) for my kids. They gave me honest opinions, with some future forecasting and suggestions to wait another year or two. The staff are all excellent from what I can see. They are also one of the few who take the Aetna DMO which covers me at 100% for most procedures.

This is closer to a 3.5 rating than a 3.0. I feel that the reviews here about the costs (save for the person who was billed twice) are somewhat irrelevant - you should know going in what your dental insurance does/does not cover and pick a provider accordingly. As Copley Dental was an in-network provider under my employer's dental plan, I have had to pay little to nothing for my services.

My experience with this office has been very good - and I have had to come in for a variety of tooth-issues (oral surgery, regular cleanings, chips). I can make and re-schedule appointments easily, and they are good about sending email reminders since it's pretty difficult to keep those little appointment cards six months ahead of time. My one complaint is that I needed a pre-approval on a procedure from my insurance company, and I wasn't told until I came the day that the procedure was scheduled that they hadn't heard back yet. That was annoying, since I had taken a day off of work. However, the approval was necessary so I wouldn't have to pay $1,000 out of pocket.
