I really loved this dentist I have never been a fan of dentist before but this time I can tell it's going to be different they are great and explain things

10 May 2022 - bad day at Dentistry by Design - normally visits are wonderful - not today - routine cleaning and check up - everything went swell for the first 30 min - cleaning and initial check up went fine - all I needed was the check up by the actual Doc, which normally takes less than 2-3 min - I'm told the Doc will be in shortly - 30 min later, no Doc, not a word from anyone - no one checked on me - not a, "how am I doing?" or, "I'll see what's keeping the Doc.", or "sorry for your wait, something unexpected came up." - I finally get up from the exam room and ask for the Doc - no apology or explanation from anyone - the Doc looks away and says nothing - a dental tech finally tells me I'm due for a check up and will need to wait - still no apology or explanation - I didn't wait, I left very upset - totally missed the value of explaining what was causing the delay and manage my expectations - totally failed patient courtesy, patient contact, patient awareness - something has changed at Dentistry by Design, and its not good.

I enjoy going to this dentist office. I have been coming here for quite sometime now. The actmosphere is always very pleasant and helpful. I tell people about them all the time.

The staff here are professional. The place is very clean. Dr. Patel is amazing she is patient with you. She explains everything as she go along. My hygienist Sharon did a awesome job. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. I thinks I have found my dentist. Yes I would recommend them!

I had my first visit with new dentist Dr PATEL that now owns business and I must say it was very pleasant I do miss Dr Vernon as she was such an uplifting person but I know she is loving her retirement. I highly recommend everyone to continue with Dentistry by Design.

On time with great customer service. My hygienist is the best and I wouldn't be anywhere else. She is friendly, personable, and gentle. She calms my nerves before I open my mouth. This is definitely A-1 service. I now look forward to these visits!

Amazing staff! Very friendly and always attentive to patient's needs. Karen always treats me like family. Dr. Patel is very attentive and I look forward to her being our new dentist.

My visit was very professional and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. My treatment by Marion and Sharon went well. Sharon cleaned my teeth and took the time to make me feel comfortable. I was very happy to see Karen who always greets me with a smile and hug. Thanks to all of you.

Best dentist ever! I went there as a child and now my child is going there as well. You can tell everyone who works there loves there job. It's a great place to be at as a patient and as a parent. All employees are so friendly. Dr. Vernon is the absolute best, however she retired but the dr who took over is so amazing too!

The staff was professional and very nice. They made me feel so comfortable.their hygienist Karen was awesome. It was a good visit from beginning to end. I gave found my dentist office.yay! I had my second appointment and it was great.they did their best to keep my anxiety down as they worked on my mouth. That meant a lot to me cause I'm nervous at the dentist. Dr. Patel is awesome .

The office staff is very nice, and very helpful to make sure you are comfortable. Dr. Vernon is the sweeties Dentist. I have been with her every since she opened her practice. I would recommend anyone to go and see them. You want be disappointed.

I recommend Dentistry By Design highly. The entire staff is pleasant and appear to enjoy what they do, the office has state-of-the-art equipment, And staff is knowledgeable explaining everything prior to exam.
