Dr. Hoover enjoys the practice of general dentistry for all ages and utilizes his team of dental specialists for referrals when appropriate. At Azle Family Dentistry we offer dental treatment for both children and adults including cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Implants - Dr. Hoover is part of the implant team working with the Oral Surgeon and provides the implant supported restoration(s).

Azle Family Dentistry accepts most PPO Dental Insurance Plans, and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Some procedures may not be covered by your insurance company therefore the patient is responsible for payment. Care Credit is a financing program which allows you to start treatment today and spread payments over time.
At Azle Family Dentistry we value the time we have with our patients and strive to provide the best and most thorough dental services possible. All patient treatments are by appointment only. We understand that at times it may be difficult to keep an appointment you had previously scheduled. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we appreciate a 24 hour notice so we may update our patient schedule. We appreciate your efforts to keep your scheduled appointments as that time has been specifically reserved for you.

Azle Family Dentistry was professional and the hygienist was friendly and very nice. I was pleased with the teeth cleaning appointment and was glad to find my new dental provider since I just moved to this area. I asked both the hygienist and the dentist to take their masks off for a moment so I could see their faces, should I run into them at a different time and wanted to be able to recognize them out in the community. They were both smiling broadly. I am happy to be able to wholeheartedly recommend Azle Family Dentistry.
