During my search for a dentistry practice in a new city, I was quite skeptical. You sometimes see and hear horror stories about the environment, the practitioner (staff members), and the end result. When I made the call to NCD, Anita N. (Administrator) made me feel right at home. She was informative, attentive to my dental concerns, and reassured me the practitioners on-site are the best in the area. Dr. Lincoln Fantaski is a dentistry GOD! High-energy, experienced, and works really fast. Casey and Gabriella (Physician Assistants) are absolute gems to the practice. Experienced and literally treat you with love and care.

Dr. Fagan is extremely skilled and committed to providing quality, lasting results. The staff is friendly and works hard to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction. Dr. Fagan recently replaced my veneers with crowns and my smile has never looked better! Natural looking and beautiful. Five stars, highly recommend.

When I went to see this practice, my teeth were ground down to the point it was uncomfortable to eat at times, and my bite was out of alignment from all the wear and tear of grinding. I liked that Dr. Fagan created a step-by-step plan I could approve prior to any treatment. He was more meticulous than any dentist I'd ever seen and the staff members were great. After a major overhaul with crowns, I am without discomfort, and as an added bonus, I have a great smile again. I highly approve of them.

I needed a complete dental reconstruction, so I became very acquainted with Dr. Fagan and his staff over a 1 year period. I was very pleased to find a 1 stop shop. Dr. Fagan was able to perform all of the necessary surgery (extractions, bone grafts, implants), as well as bite studies and dentures. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Dr. Fagan does amazing work, and his staff are all extremely helpful and supportive!

I have been visiting Dr. Fagan for a few years now, when you first enter his waiting room the first thing you notice is the extremely dated interior. Which for me does not breed confidence. However, I'm not here for aesthetics. Anita sits at the front and warmly welcomes anyone who steps foot in the door. She is extremely pleasant and personable.
Which is great for when you walk into a Dental Office.which most people dread even if it's just a cleaning. As great as she is, Adrienne is the best. She makes you feel at ease, she has a great chair-side (lol) manner and I look forward to my cleaning appointments with her. Matter of fact, all of the ladies I've come in contact with here are pleasant. Kudos to Dr. Fagan on staff selection. Speaking of. Dr. Fagan, takes some getting used. He's not warm and friendly, but he is knowledgeable and does immaculate work. That for me is more important than my Dentist being my bestie. So, I keep coming backkkkk!

Well they had a special for $50 for a waste of time consult. or that's at least what i got. Appointment at 3pm back in my car by 3:25. A waste of money. Sadly. Doctor was very dismissive not rude just not helpful. I would ask questions and he would just inch toward the door. The best part of this place is Anita (sorry if i spelled it wrong) the lady in the front door was very nice and she is the only reason i give this place 2 stars both for her.
I was only going to give this place 1 star. but she was so nice i give her 2. Now partially this wasn't their fault they did what they said would they took an xray but only of 3 teeth. Granted yes the one i wanted to fix but still not useful if i have to go to another place who i would guess wants to see all my teeth but whatever. Side note. $5 for parking. No one told me that going in. a minor annoyance.

I went to have some dental work done by Dr. Fagan, mainly replacing old cavities with new material at a reasonable cost as my previous dentist was a very expensive boutique dentist. A friend recommended Dr. Fagan to me. The very first time I went to his office, I had a brand new night-guard with me that this other dentist had made for me at a cost of $1800 (top and bottom guards). Dr. Fagan convinced me that it was useless, took it from me, put his dremel tool to it (or similar tool) and dismantled the part of the night guards that made them keep my jaw lined up.
He sent me home with a new $1800 night guard he had just made useless, and told me to come back, he would make me a new night guard via his bullet-proof method of using a "tens unit". He laid out the costs and convinced me that he was the only one whose method worked for aligning jaws. I believed him and gave it a try. Well, first point of this review to note is, I discovered that Dr. Fagan is a person who gets frustrated very easily and has to call in his receptionist to take over when he can't work any further due to his frustrations, which is often.
The very first time he got frustrated with me, it was my first time there for dental work, my mouth had been open for hours, my jaw which was sore already was at it's limit. When I expressed distress at how long it was taking, he left the room in frustration making a blanket statement as he walked out the room that I was never happy. I'm new to him, he does not know me.
This was my first time there for dental work, I had been an ideal patient for the 2+ hours it was taking, and he screams that as he goes down the hall? Also, his dental assistant accidentally dropped one of the tools in my mouth, so I jumped when the metal hit my lower front two teeth. Dr. Fagan yelled at her in front of me. Well, she was not taking any of that from him, and gave him an unpleasant retort right back, all the while with me, a new patient in the dental chair listening.
It was quite unprofessional. The final straw was after I tried his infamous "tens unit" method of making a night guard. I discovered that he wasn't making me a new one as promised, but was resurfacing the old one he destroyed. Rather than say anything, I let him finish trying to resurface what previously had been a brand new $1800 night guard. Dr. Fagan was not able to resurface it in a manner that let my mouth bite down in a comfortable manner, after HOURS of trying. Dr. Fagan got frustrated again and called in his receptionist to "finish me" and get me out of the office.
She told me to go home and try it, then come back. As the receptionist was charging me a $1000 for this fiasco, I kept stating it didn't feel right and I wasn't happy. I asked her to reverse the AMEX charge for $1000 she had just made, but she wouldn't. I immediately called AMEX when I got out of the building to register a complaint. Dr. Fagan issued me a refund of 50% of the $1000 that night because he did not want me to leave a YELP review.
But would NOT give me any more of my money back through my AMEX request for the remainder back. So, I am now out the original $1800 it cost, plus Dr. Fagan's $495 and I have a night guard that I cannot use. AMEX would not refund me the remained because Dr. Fagan called it "bogus". I wasted $2295 of my money on dental work due to Dr. Fagan. $2295 down the drain.
If you go here, I caution you he gets frustrated easily and cannot finish his work properly, he wants you to come back when he's refreshed and he can charge you for more time. His "tens unit" method for making a night guard was not anything special in my opinion. He thinks it's revolutionary which if it is, why isn't it industry standard now after all these years? If I can tuck my tail, I will probably go back to my boutique dentist who knows current dentistry methods to use.

My family's teeth have been cared for by Dr. Fagan and his staff for over 20 years. Dr. Fagan is a perfectionist. Having teeth even close to perfect is a wonderful luxury. Whenever another dentist has looked in the mouths of any member of my family, they have always marveled at the quality of his work. If you want it done right, go to Dr. Fagan.
