Had a painless filling with Dr. Nguyen and prep for implant. Can not say enough about the quality of care here. My anxiety with anything dental related is off the charts but they seriously have your comfort and care in the forefront of their care. No matter who I see here, I'm confident I'm in good hands. Everyone from check in to check out is wonderful. I'm absolutely elated I can get an implant here with Dr. Nguyen. Their new facility is fantastic!

We just recently moved to the area and last weekend, I cracked a molar while eating. By Monday morning, it was so extremely painful. Not knowing much about the area at all, I started calling around and nobody seemed to care that I was in so much pain because I was told that I could be seen in 2-3 weeks by multiple offices. I texted a friend who then recommended Artistic Smiles and I'm SO glad that they did.

The staff at Artistic Smiles cared right away. They told me to come in as soon as I was able to. The front desk staff was wonderful, the dental assistant was so sweet & caring, and Dr McConnell was the best dentist that I have ever met. She was so kind and caring and quickly identified that I needed a root canal. Her team called an Endodontists office that was able to see me within a few hours. I quickly scheduled my follow up appointment + cleaning at this location. This office is amazing and I'd recommend them to everyone I know!

If you have had bad experiences go here now! I have seen so many dentists in the past 4 years and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr McConnell, her whole team makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in the door. I felt like my concerns where genuinely taken seriously. Thank you so much!

Today's appointment was amazing! This is the best dentist I have ever gone to. The staff is amazing and are all very friendly. The location is also very nice. Dr. Nguyen was very understanding and took care of any concerns. He also provided a detailed explanation of the care that would be given.

Both Dr. McConnell and Nguyen have been very skillful and gentle in procedures for me, providing excellent analgesia and motivating preventive care along with their hygeinist staff. Front desk staff always make my wife and I feel welcome, and they go beyond expectations in scheduling. We have moved to another state and established a local Dentist for urgent matters, but we have been so happy with the quality of care and comfortable experiences at Artistic Smiles that we continue routine preventive as well as procedural visits with your office. This place is the magical unicorn of dentists' offices! I first came at the recommendation of a friend. I've had two appointments here so far and from the second I made my first appointment, the experience has been a million times more exceptional than my experiences with other dentists. First of all, everyone who works here is SO NICE! They are thorough and mindful of details in a way I'd never experienced before. Dr. McConnell, herself (not a robot!), reached out the day before my first appointment to introduce herself and confirm the appointment.

The person at the desk when I walked in for my first appointment sat with me to make sure I understood the paperwork. She then gave me a short tour of the office. The dental hygienist was so sweet and took time to get to know me. She even asked me my priorities for my dental care (like did I care most about comfort, beauty, budget, functionality etc.) I've never been asked this question before and I really appreciated it!

I also really appreciate how they use clean towels for a bib instead of disposable paper (seems like such a small thing but it shows they are actually giving some thought to their environmental footprint. I love that!) Both my hygienist and Dr. McConnell were extremely thorough, kind, and nonjudgmental. This place is absolutely exceptional and I'm grateful I've found a fantastic dentist that I don't dread going to!

Was in for my 6mo Hyg visit with Amanda and loved every minute of her professional care she gave me! Dr. Pat followed with a great exam and smoothed a tooth that I had chipped on a cherry pitThank goodness I didn't do more damage! I went here after not having gone to a dentist in over a decade. Dr Nguyen and ALL the staff are amazing, full of genuine care, very sincere, and I was really blown away by how they prioritized my comfort in every way. They resolved my crisis (broken tooth, needed filling) right away on my first visit. On my second visit I got an amazing tartar debridement that was seriously as relaxing and comfortable as getting a tattoo.

They helped me make a treatment plan for the rest of the work I need, meeting me where I am with my financial abilities and keeping me in full control and letting me set my own pace so that the subsequent work I need won't be overwhelming. The emotional support and care I got from EVERYONE was unexpected and makes me not just confident and secure in returning for more work, but actually excited to see them again and continue to share this journey of restoring my oral health. I recommend them with all my heart!

Great experience for my 12 year old who was crying about getting a "shot in her mouth" and ended up laughing after saying it didn't even hurt. Thank you Dr. Nguyen!

I hate the dentist due to terrible past experiences so I was so nervous going in but everyone made me feel so welcome. They actually ask you about yourself and care about what you want in your care. I can honestly say that they changed my mind and I left loving the dentist.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The staff was amazing. The dentist was the nicest you will ever meet. Very patient and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my broken tooth in one day. A tooth that I thought was unsaveable. He was very gentle and talked me through every step. The staff was very plesant with my daughter even though she wasnt recieving service that day they gave her a toy for her good behaviour.

Already book another appointment for myself and my 8 year old daughter a cleaning. Plus my husband will be setting an appointment soon. Very nice experience. You wont be disappointed.

This has been my first experience in any health care setting where the staff asked things about myself to get to know me. Everyone was super friendly and the environment felt more personal than business. I could not recommend this office enough for anyone looking for great dental care. Dr. Nguyen took the time to explain things in detail and never gave the impression he was rushed or didn't have time, plus just a really cool guy all around! Thanks to all the staff for being such great people.

Left my previous dental office to come here. My first and second experience. Dr. Nguyen was excellent in repairing a tooth I had that was fractured and needed a crown, followed by a couple cavities. His knowledge shows as he is very proficient and professional in his craft, best dentist I've had! And never experienced any pain during the procedures. Emily was the dental assistant and she was so pleasant and professional in her work and just made me feel comfortable the entire time.

My teeth cleaning was scheduled and Amanda was my dental hygienist. Loved her attitude and professionalism! Quick and precise and definitely noticed a difference when I looked in the mirror and smiled; shiny and clean! Also very knowledgeable as she answered all my questions in detail. The ladies at the front desk are wonderful too. Very cheerful and pleasant and make you feel at home. FANTASTIC experience. I had 5 canker sores I needed taken care of and was turned down by 6 other offices in the area because I was not an established patient. Dr. McConnell understands my fear of the dentist. She helped me with prescribing the right medication to relax me before my procedure which makes the anesthetic work so much better. Another wonderful thing she does is make crowns in the office that fit perfectly the first time and you are done in two hours leaving with all the work done! Today I celebrate Dr. McConnell!

Professional & Personable! My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Patricia Mc Connell for the past nine years She and her staff exceed all of our expectations. I highly recommend Dr. Mc Connell as your family dentist. She is thorough, friendly, and creates a calming dental experience. Tonight, I had a crown put on and prior to that work beginning, I was offered complimentary services: paraffin hand wax, a warm, fuzzy blanket, headphones, use of an ipod, and nitric oxide. The experience was pain-free and I'm happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.
