Dr. Tony Chen and Dr. Lieu Cao met and received their DDS from SUNY Buffalo Dental School in New York. After graduating from dental school, In 2005, Dr. Chen and Dr. Cao decided to move to Roseville, CA to start a dental practice and a family together. They created Arbor View Dental Group, a state of the art dental practice that caters to patients of all ages and dental needs.

The Arbor View Dental Group team offers custom whitening trays for fast, dramatic results. The tray tooth whitening method involves having impressions taken from which laboratory fabricated custom vinyl trays are made. A carbamide peroxide gel is placed in these trays and the trays with gel are worn for about 3 hours, or overnight.

This place was great, my whole family loved it and we miss them! Here is why I am giving 3 stars. My family had been going here for 7 years and never intended on switching dentists. My husband and I work for the state and pay for the highest dental insurance the state offers. Dr. Chen informed us that our insurance will no longer be accepted there and we could stay if we upgraded our dental insurance or paid the difference.
I am not sure why they will no longer take Delta Dental PPO but apparently that insurance is not good enough for them anymore. Since last July we have been to several dentists in the area and they have all been terrible. I felt a little betrayed by Arbor View being with them for so long and the relationships they had with us and our kids making every experience delightful, to be turned away after 7 years because they decide Delta PPO isn't good enough for them. I don't get why any dentist would refuse any insurance.

Arbor View Dental is the best dentist office I have been to. They are friendly and gentle. They explain everything before they do it and continue to make sure you are comfortable throughout your visit. Arbor View has taken great care of my mouth for almost 10 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been going to Arbor View Dental since I moved back to Roseville over five years ago, and I will never go elsewhere. They consistently provide excellent customer service. They are all very nice, always remember me by name, remember what I do for work, and check in about how I'm doing. They are also never running late and complete their work quickly. And the best part for me is that I get to watch a movie while they do their work. It makes the time go by fast. Highly recommend this place!

I've been to many different dentists in my lifetime growing up in SoCal and I never found a dentist that I actually went to on a consistent basis until I found Dr. Chen and his staff. They are all so welcoming and friendly making you feel comfortable in a not-so-comfortable situation. They are genuine and don't ever pressure you into any unnecessary treatment. I also enjoy their set up with the TVs so you have something to watch since talking isn't the easiest thing to do with tools in your mouth. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Arbor View Dental a few years ago from a friend of mine after having a negative experience with another dentist. Dr. Chen and staff were welcoming, kind and provided excellent dental service and treatment from the beginning. I've had extensive work done over the years, and I'm always pleased with the end results. Dr. Chen is very kind and caring and has followed up with me after treatment to see how I'm doing as well. They're always on time and are very accommodating to my families busy schedule. I highly recommend Arbor view dental for the whole family!

Let me start off by saying I used to hate going to the dentist. I had a couple bad experiences after moving and had to find a new dentist. Did a search and found Arbor View Dental. My first visit was amazing! Dr. Chen and his team are fantastic. Dr. Chen talks you through everything. He tells you what he's going to do before he does it. There are no surprises.
Not even when it comes to billing. They really care about their patients. They are all so amazing! My husband had not been to the dentist for 10 years. He was terrified to even THINK of going to the dentist. I finally convinced him and he has not missed his six month appointments in two years. Arbor View Dental is highly recommended for those of you scared or have had bad experiences in the past.

My husband and I have been patients at Arbor View Dental for several years. The consistently exceptional service provided by Dr. Chen and his staff is worth noting. I am always struck by the serene, relaxing atmosphere in the waiting area. However, I don't enjoy it for long because without exception, appointments are called on time. Yes, it is "no wait" practice for scheduled appointments. The courteous interactions and professional treatment really makes Arbor View a gem!

I have been going to Arbor View Dental for over ten years. The office is beautiful and professional. The hygienist always refers to previous notes to determine the most comfortable ways to clean my teeth. I would recommend anyone to give them an opportunity to take care of you. We have been patients of Arbor View for several years and I always have a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Dr Chen is very thorough and really cares about his patients. Dr. Cao was also really great with my son, and made him feel comfortable at his first dental visit. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist.
