First visit to Apple Tree Dental and I am very pleased with the service I received. All staff members were very friendly and explained everything to my satisfaction

The hygienist was great. I did wait 15-20 minutes to get seen, but did see that the hygienist turned the room around quickly between the patient in front of me and coming to get me. The front desk staff has a professionalism problem! On the front side of the appointment the outbound counter person delayed another patient by engaging in a personal conversation about softball pants (yes the whole waiting room hears it) with another employee who was on their way out to get their waiting patient.

Even more disturbing was a comment to me about how the hygienist billed incorrectly and then an announcement over the PA that she ". was fired again. "?!? Sounds like the makings of a hostile working environment and likely already have one in place. You may want to address quickly and comprehensively with training for the whole group.

Rude and standoffish front desk people, didn't receive any advice from dentist on my issue. She just wrote a prescription and a referral note and sent me away while my mouth was still gushing blood. Appalling way to treat a human being under any circumstances, but more so from a medical professional. I would recommend avoiding this place.

My first time at this dentist. I was treated very well. After the way my old dentist treated me, I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My family and I have been patients at Appletree Dental since they opened. Dr Derby and the whole team are not only expert, caring health professionals, but have also cultivated a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the office, making visits very pleasant. I can't imagine entrusting our dental care to anyone else.

I love this office. You get greeted the moment you walk in the office. My hygienist Nicole is the best! She has notes on my sensitive dental areas. I always leave there feeling good about my visits.

Haven't been to the dentist in 15+years but they made it very comfortable here. Dr. Nguyen was very detailed on what she needed to do/ have done

If I could give 20 stars, I WOULD! Thank you so much for working me in today. I called at 0800, desperate to get in to have my broken tooth fixed. Felicia was amazing, kind and so understanding. She worked me without hesitating. I showed up for my appointment embarrassed to smile and the office manager greeted me and we laughed over her minion collection. I was immediately comforted. Dr Darby came in and fixed my tooth perfectly! I was able to smile again. I can never say thank you enough!

Was a patient for 8+years and yesterday I had my routine check up. This is the last visit I have with them. Corrupt and terrible bedside manner. I had 1 cavity 4 years ago( roughly) and because of it they put me on a 4 month routine visit and deep cleaning. Fine no problem but as I have been great about having no cavities I asked them to take me off the deep cleaning and go back to normal cleaning (which costs me $50 bc my insurance doesn't cover the whole cleaning) they said no I can't it's not an option bc of my 1 cavity years ago.

I asked if I can ever do a normal cleaning and they said no.not exaggerating here. Hygienist showed me their codes they use to charge for the cleaning. Fuming I said fine glad I know. The next hour all I was told was how to floss and use bristles to clean my teeth when I literally had a teeny tiny bit of tarter.literally took all of 10 minutes to clean two teeth in the front and a one up top.

I am furious at the terrible bedside manner on schooling me on how to floss and use bristles. I know and I do the best I can and the dentist and hygienist said teeth look great. They just want my money and I am fed up. Buyer be leary of this corrupt business. I stayed 8 years only bc it was close to my house and I had already established care but my spouse and I are leaving immediately and taking our business elsewhere. Also I never had the same hygienist twice.ever.so know one ever took the time to establish a good patient to dental staff relationship.

Had a filling fall out and I was able to get an appointment to get it repaired right away. Dr Nguyen and Stephanie were fantastic. They did an amazing job and the tooth actually looks better than it did before. Thank you

Mag was awesome today. Very professional as was the Doctor. Staff looked very festive today.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst billing department ever. They make you leave a credit card on file. Then they send a letter threatening to turn my house over to the state.below that says they owe me money. It gets even better they make you jump through hoops to get you're refund even though they have your card on file. Will take my business elsewhere.

I've been calling and leaving messages and emailing and no one has gotten back with me.

Friendly staff, always have a great experience here. Never given procedures I don't need and the level of care is excellent.

Two words NO JUDGEMENT. I tend to fall off the wagon every few years with my dental hygiene appointments. Like I'll go religiously for 3 years, then skip two. I've never been made to feel bad about it. They are very caring and gentle. I don't care about the demeanor of my oral surgeon, but my dentist need to show empathy and have an understanding of my fear and pain level. At Appletree they do all of this very well.

I started the process with Applewood Dental to do a tooth implant. I was very specific to the time line on the surgery to remove the tooth to the when the flipper would need to be in. This was the first on many problems I had with this dental group. For some reason they were unable to have the flipper done in the three weeks that I had for the time frame.

The flipper was NOT even an impression of the tooth that was removed. It looked like a dollar store knock off. Very disappointed. So I had to come up with a different plan. I was not going to be wearing something that looked like it didn't even belong. So I started Invisalign, where the orthodontist was able to "paint" the tooth gap to make it look natural. as the story goes on.

I now am ready to have the mold done for the implant. Trying to get an appoint to have the mold done is literally impossible. I call, no answer. The answering service leaves them an email. No return call. Call back the next day. the answering service remembers me from the email and states that he shows they tried to call me back. We all know that our cell phones show all missed and received calls.

Nothing from them. He then sends me to the office phone and they set an appointment for the next day. JOY! I get off work early and get there to be told. it is on the following day. ugh. Ask to have my dental records emailed to me so that I could find a dentist that would be able to take care of their patients. To this moment I have not received my dental records via email. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP IF YOU WANT PATIENT CARE AND SERVICE! you have been warned.

Today was my first appointment with Appletree Dental. Amy was my Hygenist and she was very kind, knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. Mauterer was also very sweet and thorough. Going to the Dentist is not my favorite, but I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I have been to Appletree twice now, once for an emergency filling and once for a followup visit to start a care plan. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. Dental work is never my favorite thing, either for my mouth or my pocketbook. But they do their best. Like with all such providers, check out their policies to make sure it's a fit for you before you need it. Your insurance may not be accepted. They use a discount plan that is very good, but you may need to apply for that in advance. Plan accordingly.

I LOVE Appletree Dental. They are all about honesty, integrity, and quality work, not about sales. Because of this I can trust their dental advice and have had nothing short of fantastic visits with them.

Just had my first appointment with apple tree and the ladies are very very nice. They do a very thorough job in cleaning.
