If you plan on going here make sure your day is wide open because we sat for over 1 hr 40 minutes to see the dentist. I finally got so fed up that we walked out. Our appt was at 10:30 and did not get called back until after 11. They need to figure their schedule out or something. We've been going here for years and never had this issue, I'm not sure what's changed but our last 2 appts (just a regular cleaning appt) this has happened. I wanted to give them one more chance to improve and it only got worse. We will definitely be finding a new dentist.

From the moment you walk in to the door the front desk staff makes you feel like family. There is plenty of toys to keep your child's mind busy and calm the nerves while waiting to be seen. Diana (who is my daughter's favorite hygienist) is always so patient and caring and always try's to make our cleanings as comfortable as possible. Despite my. littles stubbornness and nervousness.

A huge thank you to her for always being so amazing. We adore you Diana! Dr. S always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and understand what is needed for your child. The Toy Man is amazing at welcoming all clients and always brings a little something extra for those kiddos who are extremely nervous. The toy man also shows the kids magic tricks to help them calm their worries. My family appreciates this Dentistry. So thank you, One Very Grateful Mom

We waited over an hour for our toddler to be seen in the exam room. Anyone with toddlers knows that is unbearable! Then the doctor tells us all kinds of information that we do not agree with and things I've never heard. Definitely not going back.

Such an inviting space for children with sincerely warm, friendly, and welcoming staff. My daughter truly enjoys her time here, which makes this "dentist anxiety" mama super happy. Dr. Shebani and her husband, who manages the clinic, are extremely kind and caring people. You can see from one visit how much they really do enjoy working with children, because they are masters at it!

My daughter's (age 4) highlights: the lobby/playroom, complete with play kitchen, coloring table, toys, books, computer and a train that runs above that she can turn on with a push of the big red button! They also have tv's to watch their favorite shows at each exam chair. After a quick (I mean quick) and thorough cleaning and exam, she was able to go to the "toy room" to pick out a couple special trinkets to take home with her baggy of dental supplies.

Before checking out Mr. Toyman loaded her up with even more goodies to take home. Needless to say, my little one was a very happy little girl walking in, AND walking out. Thank you for your wonderful care and kindness.

Thank you dentistry for children - my son knocked out part of his tooth and everyone was so wonderful and got his tooth fixed. He was scared and the staff was super nice and made a scary situation into a good one!

Wow! This place was amazing to say the least. My 6 year old visited for the first time today and was beaming when she came out even after being told that a broken tooth would have to be pulled out. The office staff was incredible and hygienist absolutely wonderful! The Dr explained all of our options very clearly and gave appropriate recommendations.

My daughter was at ease and comfort the entire time. I would recommend this place to anyone! The design alone is stunning and perfect environment for children having to visit a place that is sometime not so fun. I only wished my dentist office was that cool! 10 stars!

First time today for my 19 month old. They did amazing with her. My 4 year old is excited to move to this dentist too. Thabk you for making it a positive experience for us all!

All my kids have been going here for years. Everyone is so kind. My kids have been to a few places im Vancouver. Some dental work not done correctly and another suppose kids dentist who were awful to the kids. Ive heard reports from other parents who have used them as well with bad experiences. I refer all my daycare parents to check out Dr. Shebani We love her & her staff!

One of the best pediatric dentists! Genuine, kind, does high quality work and is super great with kids. Dr. Shebani helped treated my 2 kids when we were desperately looking for a dentist who we can trust our kids with. My kids love to go see her, her friendly staff, and such a fun, and welcoming environment. My kids also love to see Mr. Magic man. Thank you so much for all that you have done for my family!

Dr. Shebani has been our son's dentist since his first tooth came in. Her staff is caring, attentive and quite good. They get our son - who does not like going to the dentist - to do everything they need to keep his teeth healthy and clean. The doctor herself is amazingly kind and caring. You will not find a better pediatric dentist in the Portland/Vancouver area.

Excellent experience with both the office staff and dentist. The owner is awesome and came around doing magic tricks for the kids. My kiddos are usually terrified of the dentist but they keep asking when it's time to go back! The decor is also perfect.its like a magical toy shop or something. Super impressed!

I have always been happy with this place until today when my husband and I were treated with such disrespect. My daughter went in for a 3:30 appt. and did not get done until 5:10. I was expecting it to be a quick maybe half hour procedure so I was upset that it took so long because we had another event that we had to go to. Had i known it would. take this long, i would have rescheduled.

I had called there a couple time during my daughters appt. because I was upset its taking so long. I was not yelling at the front desk staff, but I was clearly upset and the gal on the phone was professional. But when my daughter was done, my husband attempted to talk to Dr. Shebani's husband and he said he.

I have been here for years, but today as i had a bad experience and an upset customer.dr. shebani's husband chose to not listen to why we were upset. But said he didnt need our business and told my husband to get out in front of my child! And pointing his finger at my husband the whole time! I then called there because i could not believe how my husband was treated but he too did not want to hear anything i wanted to say.

I had to scream to get even a word in and he hung up on me.a customer! Never have i been talked to or treated like this as adult ever. Her husband does not understand customer service. If you wanted to be treated like crap then this ia the place for you! He does not know how to deal with an unhappy customer and should not be working in the front office!

Went here when I was little and never even knew I had a shot in my mouth till my mom told me years later, most friendly staff and they do amazing work. Wish I could still go!

I have been bringing my 5 kiddos here for almost 13 years now. Both Dr. Shebani and her hubby are the BEST! The staff is professional and I have always had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them!

Amazing staff, amazing doctors. My children both look forward to visiting the dentist. I am very grateful to have found Dentistry for Children and look forward to my children growing up with healthy teeth thanks to this incredible group of people.

After looking at their website and reading reviews, I thought this seemed like the perfect place to take my daughter for her very first check up and future visits. She had her first visit today and it was everything I expected and so much more! It is filled with toys and wonderful staff. Everyone was so great and truly treat you like you've been. going there for years!

I think my daughter met every staff member : She had so much fun with the toys, people and even a photo for her to take home of her with Minnie and Mickey. I literally had to force us to leave or I think she would have stayed all day. It was above and beyond what I'd hoped for her first/new dentist and I look forward to going back with her.

Update! Make sure your insurance is in order, because if you end up with a bill from this office is extremely expensive! There was a mistake with my insurance and the service date, so my insurance deny coverage and the office is billing me $245 dollars for flossing my 2 year old son's little teeth, oh! and a plastic toy. Nice office and all, but extremely expensive :/ The office is like Wonderland, and the service is first class!

I took my toddler for his second check up, and surprisingly he did not want to leave! I was amazed, since his first dentist check up was made elsewhere, and he did not enjoy it at all. I will be bringing my two kids to this office for as long as I can!

They are the best dentist office ever! We will never take our children anywhere else. The love and care they receive here is amazing! Not to mention all the awesome toys. Dr. Shebani cares about her patients. Especially great for special needs children.

I wouldn't recommend Dr Shabani to anyone. She's only out for personal and financial gains. I took my son there a while back and had a horrible experience. It's interesting that I left a negative review as well a while back but somehow keeps getting removed. Hmmmmm.

Dentists are good, but the office staff leaves something to be desired. Absolutely RUDE and unprofessional. These receptionist are the reason I won't go back.

Wow! This place is fantastic! I took my shy five year old and he came out beaming! Was a wonderful experience with toys, interaction, learning and involvement. Great place, awesome staff and it was super fun for both me and my son!

What a Great experience! I highly recommend this office if you have little ones that are apprehensive about going to the dentist. The dentist and staff were wonderful! Beautiful office with toys and pictures everywhere to keep the kids distracted while taking care of they're dental needs. My 4 year old daughter has always been pretty nervous around new people but they were patient and treated her great!

I don't know anyone nicer than the Shebanis. My children have been patients of Dr. Amna Shebani since they began going to the dentist six years ago at the age of three. They LOVE going to the dentist and why not, it's fun! More like Disney than a dentist's, the family run office hosts Mr. Shebani teaching magic before their visits and the entire office, from lobby, to each station, to the toy room, is entertaining and engaging. Trains travel around the room tops, there are videos to watch, photos taken of the kids each visit, and popsicles given before leaving with toothbrushes and other dental accouterment.

The Shebani's have thought of everything. But that isn't even the best of it. My kids hug the Shebani's every time we leave because there is genuine caring exchanged during these dental visits. I could hug the Shebani's, too, because of the efforts they have gone to on our behalf from scheduling to finding the right orthodontist to assisting with self-pay to changing insurance companies.

We moved to Portland but still drive back to Vancouver because always professional, ever kind, the Shebani's don't just go above and beyond, they ARE above and beyond the highest expectations. A sincere thank you for making it a pleasure to go to the dentist :

I have been taking my children here since they were born. My oldest son is 13. Dr. Shebani is very caring and treats her patients as if they were her own children. They make dental visits for children comforting so it won't traumatize them when they get older. I highly recommend their dental office for any parent looking for a dentist. I live in Fairview, OR approximately 15 miles out and I will make the drive for Dentistry for Children.

This place is great. All the staff members were helpful, professional, and kind. We will definitely be back again.
