Your initial visit will include all necessary x-rays and a comprehensive examination. Once the doctor has diagnosed the type of cleaning you need, the appropriate appointment can then be made. If time permits, a same day cleaning may be scheduled. As soon as we walked in the Patient Administrator was very cordial and personable and confirmed the reason for our visits.

I've been going to American Dental for 10+ years now and I've always appreciated the customer service and care they give. I recently got a tooth extraction and bone graphing which can be pretty anxiety producing but Dr Paltec and his assistant Frankie have been wonderful. Frankie gives extra care and attention; she has been a gem! As someone who suffers from Chronic illness, having genuine medical care from someone that puts pride in their work is a comforting feeling. Frankie has made this smooth!

Well organized and accommodating as far as scheduling appointments. Rich is an amazing dental hygienist. I dread having my teeth cleaned. Once I expressed my concern regarding gum sensitivity and tolerance level for pain not only did he listen but he actually made it quite a pleasant experience. Rich has ensured I will regularly visit for my cleanings as I no longer dread the task.

This was my first visit to the office, as busy as this office was, everyone made it a point to make me feel welcomed. Betty Jane and Dee understood that I was nervous and have an very deep fear of dentist and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Paltac was warm and straight forward about what needed to done and what steps I need to do to get the results that I am looking for. As nervous as I am about what's to come, I feel as though I'm finally in the right hands for my dental care.

Such a great experience. The staff makes you feel so comfortable. They are very friendly and professional. The office is super clean and spacious. My daughter's Orthodontic treatment went well with Dr. Ram, she smiles with extra confidence now. I had my first visit as a patient this week and I'm completely satisfied. I decided to try this dental office because of the high score on Google reviews and the positive comments, but never again. There's another review from a person 2 weeks ago who had a similar experience. My experience at this dental office was one of the most time-consuming, nonsensical, unproductive dental visits I've ever had. I waited 2 hours to get a cleaning only to be asked to come back another day and never have my teeth cleaned.
Most of the employees were nice but that's about it. I was a new patient with an appointment for a cleaning at 11 AM. I also have in-network insurance with this dental practice. I was there 2 hours (50 minute wait to be seen, 20 minutes at x-ray, 10 minute wait in front, another 10 minutes waiting for dentist in the back, 5 minutes with dentist, 5 minute wait in front, 10 minutes with billing person to go over services, 10 minutes to find out from cleaning area they can't see me today because they're going to lunch at 1).

I give this place 2 stars because somewhere I read, if you want to get peoples attn in your reviews when leaving a negative comment, give them 2 stars. In reality this place deserves non. I am highly surprised this place has a 4.7. My assumption is.that staff is doing the ratings. I scheduled an appt here for my daughter and myself because I have by a new n insurance.
Great insurance! But I am having a hard time finding a DR. So after looking online I came across this place. I called, scheduled appt for CLEANING! Like about a few days later I get a call and the girl who calls me tells me ''I am calling to confirm your appt'' and with so many bad experiences I've had lately I confirmed with her, and said ''2 appts for my daughter amd myself for cleaning at whatever time it was''.
She then tells me ''2 appts for xray's'' I told her ''no. It is cleaning'' I clarified when I scheduled it. She insisted not for cleaning xrays. I then told her I will come in and speak with the DR or whoever was in charge. I get there. Parking is horrible, I go to the front desk and the girl I guess I had spoken to on the phone prior is who gives me papers to sign.
I tell her. ''Wait!'' Before I sign, are my daughter and myself getting cleaning. She said no and goes to explain the situation to another lady. I ho talk to her. She tells me it is xray we have you scheduled for cleaning you will have to do another day. Now I mentioned to her. I was very clear when making my appt. I get cleaning faithfully every 6 months or so.
Besides why will I waste time making multiple trips to the dentist when I shouldn't have to. I've been going to dentists for years, and they do xrays and cleaning all within the 1 appt. She than tells me we have to do xrays that is what we scheduled for you. I never said don't do xrays, and mentioned to her that wasn't my argument. My argument was, I scheduled an appt for cleaning, you can do the xray, but I need cleaning.
She than says well the n girl wjo you spoke to that day when you scheduled your appt doesn't work here anymorE, so I apologize for the confusion. So, now she was agreeing that I was right all along about scheduling my cleaning, and still insisted if I stay it will only be for xrays. I left and told her i will never come to that bb place again. They are ridiculous, and only want a reason to charge insurance more money.

It's hectic going to the dentist not understanding the process and procedures of service and scheduling especially getting the whole family in for different needs. Today I've had the opportunity to be guided by 2 patient ladies named Tanha & Dee. (AMERICAN DENTAL CENTER staff are great as a whole), rotating the building like clockwork, but Tanha and Dee gave me their time and explained the process to help me understand. Poor customer service from front desk! Staff are incompetent! Yesterday I had a consultation with the dentist in which he examined my teeth & recommended certain Procedures. Shortly after, I made an appointment for the following day; the woman at the front desk stated they had a 10:00am appointment however, when I received a text it stated 10:30am.
I already adjusted my schedule according to the time that Initially was given to me. I arrived, the dental hygienist was kind, professional yet, neglected to look at my chart prior to serving me. When she was done, the service she provided was incorrect. They attempted to "down play" the situation. I spoke with the woman whom made the appointment; as I am sharing my concerns she begins to talk over me and, attempted to dismiss me by saying "you can sit down".
She also, audibly stated she was trying to help me when their team, starting with her, were the ones who made the mistake. I reminded her that she is giving a service and your customer service is poor. I request to speak with the manager, another women steps in yet, she was not the manager. The First Lady storms off while throwing her hands in the air.
The unit manager steps in and attempt to deescalate the situation by offering me another service in which I did NOT come there for that day. At this point I am feeling unsafe & uncomfortable because she attempted to convince me of another service in which needed in the future yet, NOT what I should've been scheduled for. They refused to handle the issue at hand which was the "neglect" I received the "competence" & unprofessionalism of their staff.
If this medical professional can neglect to look at a patient's chart prior to serving them, what else are they neglecting? They lack patient education, communication, professionalism & Integrity. I felt because I had health insurance they were trying to get as many visits as they can from me. I will NEVER return! Terrible experience! I've never experienced anything like this in my life.

It was my first time at American Dental Center Union. The staff was very professional and friendly. (Maxine) really helped me to have same day Consultation with the Oral Surgeon because she knew I was in pain due to one of my impacted wisdom tooth. Overall Great Experience! I will definitely be going back for rest of my wisdom tooth extraction.

While I did have a couple of hiccups during my implant and crown, procedure. The final product left me very satisfied. The tooth looks natural and I am very happy with it. Hopefully, American Dental Center will be more diligent about communicating any delays with anything in the future. Overall they did a wonderful job, that I am very pleased with!

My family and I have been loyal patients for more than 20 years! Our son had his first cleaning and exam at American Dental Center and the doctors and hygienists were so patient and compassionate! We have referred so many friends and family over the years and have heard no complaints. Reasonable waiting time and service!

I was impressed with the staff. Very patient and I received a same day appointment (emergency) in less than 2 hours, that's unheard of these days. Very pleased with the service. Very busy place, but very much efficient. The shortest wait time I've ever experienced in any medical office. No complaints from me. The positive online reviews brought me here I believe it's the professionalism and service that will keep me here.
