You can find great dentists and specialists at Alameda Dental Group and Orthodontics! Our entire team is committed to providing a comfortable and convenient experience. We offer general and cosmetic dentistry with options for everyone. Cosmetic options include dental veneers, professional teeth whitening, and Invisalign clear aligners for teeth straightening.
Focus on stopping the bleeding and protecting the injured tooth or area by following the appropriate instructions in this section. Similar to braces, clear aligners use a gradual force to control tooth movement, but without metal wires or brackets. Routine dental checkups are vital to good oral hygiene and are the best way to detect problems at their earliest stages which saves unnecessary discomfort, time, and money. A filling repairs and restores the surface of a tooth that has been damaged by decay, fracture, or wear.
With proper care and good oral hygiene, the life of a tooth crown can range from 5 to 15 years. If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crown require two office visits. Your dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection. There are three types of crowns.
