Great, well-organized, well-staffed office. All three orthodontists & other personnel are friendly and, more importantly, competent. I visited the office regularly over the three-year period of my orthodontia and never had a single negative experience. I would give this orthodontics practice 10 stars if I could.

Like many of us who wore braces in junior high, I subsequently lost my retainers in college, and my teeth severely shifted. I knew I wanted to straighten them, but did not want to wear braces, again, given that I am a lawyer and that was not a look I was going for. I decided upon Invisalign, and could not be more thrilled with the results! Every orthodontist and staff member here is wonderful!

The office is beautiful, convenient, state of the art, and you every time you walk in the doors you are treated like family. I worked with both Drs. Trigonis and Swenson, and they are absolutely incredible. Dr. Trigonis is very skilled, and works hard to make his patients happy. He and Dr. Swenson will go above and beyond to help patients achieve the best results.

In terms of results, Dr. Swenson is an absolute perfectionist; he worked hard to ensure I was happy with the results. If I ever felt some stress surrounding the process, specifically in reshaping my teeth, he always set me ease. He's probably the nicest person on the planet, and he is incredibly skilled, patient, detailed, and genuinely dedicated to his patients.

I get compliments all the time on my smile; even with inquiries if my teeth are real! They definitely are, and I am so beyond happy! I highly recommend this office for any and all orthodontic needs; they are the best in town!

The team of doctors and support staff is Excellent. And that's saying a lot as I am someone who has had a few terrible experiences with dental care in my past and if I could avoid all dental visits I would. I am very grateful for how time and time again I feel heard, understood and cared for and this is still true even during this challenging time in our world. Dr. Swenson and Dr. Trigonis are wonderful. They are the two doctors I had during my time at SB orthodontics. They were super flexible with me as I lived abroad in the midst of my treatment but I still got to continue with them once I returned. Dr. Swenson is super gentle, genuine, easy to talk to, and very kind. And the office staff was very gracious to me when I would run late for my appointments when I lived very far away. I love this office and Dr. Swenson and Trigonis and would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Excellent orthodontic care, for anyone! I've had the pleasure of bringing my 3 kids (and now, myself) to this office, over the span of 16 years. From the front-office staff, the orthodontic assistants, to the doctors themselves; the expertise of everyone here is obvious! Dr. Swenson is excellent! Dr. Trigonis is excellent, too! Staff are friendly and helpful, particularly Nicole at the front. She's always, and I underscore, always bright, cheerful, helpful, polite, and professional! She's a gem!

Dr. Swenson is an amazing orthodontist. I had to get a new retainer and was referred to him by an exceptional dentist and Dr. Swenson has lived up to his reputation. They have the most competitive and affordable prices for Invisalign or braces. I visited 6 other orthodontists in the area and chose Dr. Swenson. So far my Invisalign treatment has been easy to understand, and everyone in the office is very nice. I do wish I got to spend more time with Swenson, the dr I had originally agreed to do treatment with- but his colleague Trigonis has also been great to work with. I would recommend this office to many people, especially someone seeking adult braces.

Extremely kind professional and quick office-Dr Edstrom made my Invisalign experience super easy to understand and complete. Nice office, easy parking, always quick efficient appointments. They worked out a payment plan to meet my specific dental insurance plan and schedule- very easy to work with! Always listened to my concerns and made my treatment work for me. My teeth are amazing now!

My child went through braces and I am excited to start Invisalign soon. Everyone makes you feel comfortable starting from the second you walk through the door. The Drs. are down to earth and realistic perfectionists. I would recommend Drs. Edstrom, Trigonis and Swenson for any adult or child orthodontic needs!

Although this business is a partnership of three orthodontists, my review applies only to Dr. Alex Trigonis, since I have no experience with the other two orthodontists, and Dr. Swenson joined the team after the events described here. Dr. Alex Trigonis is quite probably the most dishonest and unethical dental practitioner that I've ever encountered.

My son Michael was treated by Dr. Trigonis in 2012. I have four main issues with this treatment: (1) Dr. Trigonis enormously overstated his familiarity with jaw surgery. Also, when he saw how concerned my wife and I were about the prospect of our son having jaw surgery, he revised his initial opinion that "your son's condition cannot be corrected without surgery", holding out the false hope that a non-surgical treatment was possible. Ultimately, four other dental experts--Dr. William Arnett (dental surgeon), Dr. George Lyman (pediatric dentist and professor of dentistry), Dr. Robert Kiken (dental surgeon), and Dr. Stewart White (orthodontist)--agreed that a combination of jaw surgery and orthodontia (Dr. Trigonis' original recommendation) was the only good option. (2) Dr. Trigonis has admitted in writing to having violated our rights to informed consent.

He claims that he decided without our consent to take the non-surgical route for treating our son. (I believe that this was actually a false admission, in that he was attempting to cover up having incompetently prepared my son for the surgery, but this is hard to prove). Either way, per long-established legal precedent, Dr. Trigonis' actions constitute dental malpractice. (3) When the jaw surgeon (Dr. William Arnett) informed me that my son's orthodontic preparation was not correct, and that rework would be required to address the problems, Dr. Trigonis demanded more money to fix his work.

Given the concerns about his honesty and competence, I decided to switch to another practitioner (Dr. Stewart White). [Between Drs. White and Arnett, my son's dental problems were efficiently and professional corrected.] (4) There is one additional issue that is worth mentioning: When I brought Dr. Trigonis to small claims court, he falsified the dates of treatment. Their appointments take forever, upwards of an hour for braces tightening. So ridiculous. Had one child go here and one child go to another ortho down the street, WORLD of difference. I would've switched but I already paid in full. I won't be recommending these guys to anyone.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. All of the girls are so sweet, and always in a great mood. I am always greeted with a smile and genuine "hello" which doesn't happen everywhere. What a great staff! Dr Swenson is such a refreshing addition to the team! He is always cracking jokes, and like the girls, always in a great mood.

He makes you feel comfortable and important like you're not just another person taking up a seat. I just got my braces off after having them for a little under 2 years. Any time I needed an appointment change or had any questions they were all there to help. I'm absolutely IN LOVE with my teeth now and I can't stop looking at them. I highly recommend that if you're thinking about braces you should check out Edstrom, Trigonis, and Swenson. You won't be disappointed!

Big thanks to the orthodontist office of Drs. Edstrom & Trigonis. When I first got braces, I went to another orthodontist. The end result was not satisfactory. I was told there was nothing eles that they could do. It was hard to hear, but I wanted to see if maybe another orthodontist could help me. Luckily, Edstrom reviewed my case and was able to help me.

Throughout my treatment the service and their expertise was great. At the end of my treatment I was so happy that he could fix my smile. I am so thankful and my smile looks great. He did a great job. It was truly a great experience.

Dr. Trigonis is a perfectionist! The staff is always warm and friendly, appointments are easy to schedule and we never had to wait. I loved Dr. Trigonis recommendations for my teeth as well as my daughters. I m so happy we waited until Dr. Trigonis was satisfied with my daughters teeth, they just gorgeous!

Dr. Trigonis was rude and unprofessional to two different teenage girls in his care. He yelled at them for not wearing their rubber bands instead of asking them why they weren't, and seeing if he could help. He scared the girls. One cried! The other was shaking! Two different visits. He yelled and told them angrily that they were " wasting his time!" In a loud voice.

I could hear it. So could everybody else. HIPPA VIOLATION! He has issues! Go somewhere else! He would not dare speak to me that way, but young Latina girls, he felt like he could get away with it. Jerk.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Edstrom. He saw my boyfriend's daughter right away when her retainer came off. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and explained everything very thoroughly. He took his time with her and to top it off he didn't charge us anything for the visit! The staff was wonderful too. Thanks Doc!
