Excellent customer service! Superior professionalism and friendly staff! My two boys don't necessarily like going to the dentist but afterwards tell me how "comfy" the hygienists make them feel. Dr Cazan and his amazing staff are top notch!

The dentist office is clean, king and understanding. Dr. Cazan is a great dentist and his prices are very reasonable, he tries to work with your insurance to leave as little out of pocket for you as possible.

I originally went in to have a crown re-cemented. They charged me $77 to have this done. Upon leaving the crown fell off within 30 minutes. I rescheduled an appointment to have it done again. They then told me it is not possible to re-cement this crown and I needed a newer version. I asked to get my $77 back, and they said they had to check with the insurance company. Joan told me they wouldn't pay for it the first time I was in, after they told me it would cost $38.

It is sad that they are trying to get paid for nothing. As a patient I am in no better position than when I first went in. It is so ridiculous that I am writing a review so that others do not have to go through this.

I appeared for my 8am appointment and the staff were very kind and helpful. They explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable with all of them.

I have been going here since I was a teenager, and now I take my daughter here. There is no place I would rather go than here. Dr. Cazan truly cares about his patient's. He recommended a great orthodontist (Damon) when I got my braces, kidds dental when my daughter needed specialty care for some genetic problems with her teeth and etc. He will ONLY refer people to other places that he trusts, and every time my family has always been taken care of.

My daughter even fell asleep while getting her teeth checked, and constantly asks when we are going back. My mom, daughter and I love this place! I cannot say enough good things about him and his team.

Very nice people. They weren't able to help me completely due to us finding out my insurance wasn't in network with them, but it was a pleasant experience nonetheless. Their customer service was great and they just seem like very nice, empathetic people.

I've been going here for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly professional and helpful. Dr Kazan always explains what's going on or any possible procedures that need to be done in a clear and understanding way.

I am nearly 60 years old and have been to a dentist as an adult maybe 10 times prior to meeting Dr. Cazan. This is due to the scary and painful visits I had as a child. From time to time I would see a dentist for a painful tooth. Since meeting Dr. Cazan and his staff at Airway Heights Dental, I have a healthy mouth. Broken and infected teeth have been repaired. Cleaning has been done.

Just yesterday I went in and left with clean teeth and no follow-up appointments for problems. The thing I like the most about Dr. Cazan is his soft spoken patient tone and willingness to explain what is wrong and what it will take to fix the problem. I also like his office manager Joan who printed up a "to-do list, " with prices for each problem.

This way, in conjunction with Dr. Cazan, I did the repairs based on priorities and my budget He has never hurt me and if something went a little bad he stopped and checked on my welfare. I also like the early morning appointment availability. This means I don't dread and build up anxiety for a later appointment. He also offers same day crowns and they are great.

I have a few and haven't had any problems. I highly recommend Airway Heights Dental and Dr. Cazan. I would have probably have ended my life with dentures had I not discovered this wonderful office!
