Ahern Nichols Ahern & Hersey

Finally found a good dentist. Dr. Nichols is very professional and friendly. The hygienists are very gentle and friendly. I never felt pressured to have them do any work which is something I can't say for other dentist in the area. I really like them and will be a permanent patient. I highly suggest giving them a try if you're in need for dental work.

Do not use this dental office! If you call with a problem the office manager will promise the dentist will call you back but your teeth will fall out before you ever get a call. They take your money but not your phone call.

Thank you to all the staff at Family Dentistry. A special thank you to Lydia and Dr. John Patrick Ahern for making me feel relaxed and welcomed. I appreciate all that you do to make my experience a pleasant one. Look forward to seeing you in six months.

Ashley was very gentle and understanding. I have a mouth full of patched up teeth and I know they have to be a challenge. She was informative and personable.

Enjoyed Felecia for the first time - WOW! She is so thorough and proactive. When Dr. Nichols came in for his review, Felecia had 4-5 points that she brought up that she wanted him to check out. She is interesting, friendly, skilled and positive and upbeat. A pure delight on a Monday morning dentist visit. I enthusiastically recommend her!

Since 2008 doctor D Hersey has been our family dentist for me and my wife. I have found him and the staff to be a great group dentistry professionals. So much so that now that I have retired and moved almost 200 miles north I continue to drive down for all my cleaning and dentistry services. Lydia was perfect in every way. She made sure I was comfortable and then proceeded to take the necessary X-ray's and then cleaned my teeth. Dr Kyle checked my teeth and immediately noticed a small cavity and made an appointment to take care of it. I believe he is an excellent addition to the practice.

I hardly knew I was at the dentist. Dawn was so fun to talk with and very clear about any issues she saw in my mouth but did it in a way that was interesting and informative and not judgmental. She was efficient and professional. Funny that I had never met her in all the years she has worked there and the years I have been a patient of the dentistry.

Fantastic practice. The admin staff is super friendly, confident and knowledgeable. The dentist had THE BEST BEDSIDE MANNER! I was very nervous and he explained everything and made sure I was comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Our family has been patients of Ahern, Nichols, Ahern, and Hersey for many years. The care is always top notch. Today, I had to undergo root canal surgery, the first ever in my 60+ years on this earth. I am very happy to say that the incredible care that Ahern, Nichols, Ahern, and Hersey shows to its patients also extends to the endodontic staff, headed up by Dr. Mario Abdennour.

I hated going to the dentist, until I found Ahern, Nichols, Ahern & Hersey. More specifically, until I started seeing Marie for my hygiene visits. She listened to my concerns and we developed a treatment plan that keeps my teeth healthy. I haven't had any issues since beginning treatment at this office about 10 years ago. I've since moved out of Derry and no longer work in town either, but I will keep making the trip to this office as long as they are in operation. I recommend them to anyone who will listen! Visit this office. You won't regret it.

Been coming here for years and it's always a great experience. The entire staff are super friendly & professional. The equipment is state of the art, they offer call/text reminder, and scheduling is easy, just make sure you book your appointments 6+ months in advance because they're always busy!

Just started with this practice 18 months ago, and really impressed with the customer service and professionalism. Also great that they have a surgeon in the same building. They took care of a failed root canal (different dentist) with an implant. Great work!

I have also appreciated their balanced and practical approach to advanced dental care. This is in stark contrast to previous dentists I have seen, who have pushed crowns and orthodontia that likely wasn't necessarily.
