A nightmare of an experience, especially for someone with dental anxiety/phobias. I was having a root canal tooth pulled, and so many things were wrong. The dentist had a hard time getting my tooth out. Her instrument slipped and stabbed the top of my mouth, causing it to bleed. Once she got the tooth out and was stitching me up, she slipped and stabbed my top lip with the suture needle.

To make matters worse, I was quoted in writing on my treatment plan the price of $41 for nitrous (which I barely felt) but was charged $175.00. I didn't question it when I checked out, as I was in a lot of pain. A few days later I started the chain of phone calls and emails to the practice, only to have them ignored. Someone named Dawn from billing finally called me back and was extremely rude.

She stated that the $175 was for nitrous. I told her no, I was quoted $41 in writing. Her excuse: "Someone from the back gave you that quote, not from the front." HUH? She continued to be very snarky and said she'd give the practice manager a message to call me, but I never heard from her. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get the refund.

I will never go back there. Ever. Kind of comical how the responses to the bad reviews ask the reviewer to call the office, but doesn't say who to contact. You won't get past the rudeness of the front office workers.

As a new patient, they got me in on my preferred day of the week. Dr Toni was very thorough with me and clear on explaining my ex-rays. She even pointed out a few things I wasn't even aware I was doing and showed me what I can do to improve with a plan. They laid out a plan for me for my specific needs moving forward. The cleaning was excellent. Brandi and staff did and excellent job! I'd recommend this practice to anyone.

Always on schedule. Easy in and out with minimal wait time. Everyone is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Takes time to ensure all concerns and available options are addressed. No pressure to purchase items or rush to fix. Your schedule and finances are most important factor when determining the treatment plan.

Today was my first visit with Aesthetic Family Dentistry and I was so pleased with the level of care I received. They got me in quick as a new patient due it being an urgent visit and not routine care. I also needed some cleaning done which they squeezed in same day. Every single person that I came in contact with was wonderful but I can't say enough about Serena the hygienist. (I hope I got her name right).

She was so sweet and thorough and explained everything as she did it. It was the least painful dental experience that I've had and she made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable as it could be. I really appreciated her level of care.

It's said, " you don't have a second chance to make a first impression". kudos to Aesthetic Family Dentistry team, Amanda, Serena, and Dr. Pierantozzi. Awesome first impression for sure! The best dentist office I've been to by far. They made you feel so welcomed. The staff, especially Kimberly, were very knowledgeable and friendly. The dentist explained everything thoroughly and customized an affordable treatment plan.

Today was my sons very first dentist appointment! The staff and Doctors we so kind. S/O to Dr. Sarina she my son's first dentist appointment the best experience. She was very patient and informative. Also S/O to Ashley she was super sweet and calming to my son so that he wouldn't be nervous. Over all we had. Great experience!

I have been coming here for more than 5 years and really love this dental practice. The facility is modern and spotless, and the staff is extremely friendly and courteous. I have had to have a few procedures done beyond just the regular cleanings, and my experience has been great!

Finally found a dentist with compassion, very professional. Dr. Toni explained all pro's and con's on treatment regimen. Hygienist was skilled and cleaning was done thoroughly without pain. All staff pleasant and courteous. I couldn't ask for better group to have any dental procedures done.

It was not, relatively, a pleasant experience. The scanner didn't work properly, which resulted in my mouth being prayed open for about 30 min straight while the tech was trying to scan with multiple failed attempts. And her frustration with the scanner was obviously reflected in her tone when she gave me instructions, whereas I needed sympathy and a comforting tone instead. This practice used to be a family place but now it's more commercial, it seems that they are more interested in the numbers than in the well-being and care of the patients.

This is the best dentist and dentist office i've ever been to. all the hygienists are incredibly friendly, the doctors are great, and the office itself is beautiful. can't recommend them enough

Great practice. The modern look, new 21st century technology and amazing staff make every visit a pleasant one. They communicate well with clients and between themselves so all my appointments have been on time. They have a communication system so while my hygienist was finishing my cleaning she called for a dentist so I didn't have to wait. At the end she notified the ladies at the front desk what I needed so they had all my stuff ready. Thank you everyone for making dentist visits so quick and pleasant.

I am a current patient at Aesthetic Family Dentistry and usually see Dr. Linarducci. I had a dental emergency today and Dr. Linarducci was booked so I saw Dr. Toni. She was exceptional. She explained everything, was gentle and caring, and is very skilled. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Bel Air was our first pick choice because it is so close to our neighborhood. I appreciate all of the safety precautions and measures they are taking to keep everyone safe. The office is super clean and well organized. Savannah and Dr. Toni were both very supportive of and professional with me throughout my appointment. I felt well taken care of and had all of my questions answered.
